Acogedora y espaciosa con enormes vistas, Mountain Ridge Cabin es una encantadora casa de 2 plantas con capacidad para ocho personas. La ubicación es clave cuando busca su lugar de vacaciones ideal. En Mountain Ridge, estará a solo un par de millas del acceso al río Tuckasegee, a unos 30 minutos de destinos como Cherokee, Bryson City y Cashiers, y a 45 minutos de Asheville. ¿Vienes a la ciudad para asistir a un evento deportivo universitario de la WCU o una graduación? ¡Este es un lugar privilegiado, a solo 5 minutos del campus! Restaurantes, tiendas, senderismo y mucho más te esperan en Sylva, a solo 10 minutos en coche.

¡Retírese a la cabaña Mountain Ridge y complazca a toda la familia! Arriba, en el nivel de entrada, encontrará dos habitaciones: una equipada con una cama queen y la otra con una litera y un futón que encantará a los niños. Sylva cabin

The home was perfect for our stay. Exactly as described. Comfortable and cozy! Very clean with comfortable beds! And the view was awesome! Spent much of our time on the deck!! It was just a short drive to downtown Sylva and close to Asheville and other small towns as well as the Blue Ridge Parkway. Perfect location!

The house was very nice and had tremendous views, plenty of space for all of us and everything we could need. The one issue we had was with the wifi/tv. The instructions on the email did not match the instructions in the house. The wifi only worked for a couple hours during the 2 days. We couldn't find the router although the instructions said (located in the second bedroom??). Directv is on the tv but not active :(

Amazing

My family rented this home to attend WCU graduation. Location was perfect, very close to WCU. Home was exactly as described and had a lot of space. My family was able to spread out a bit and not be crowded. Kitchen was extremely well stocked with just about every kitchen gadget you could want. The only issue we ran into was finding it the first time. It is very much at the top of the hill on a one lane road, arrive before dark if possible. We would certainly recommend this home and would stay again if we were in the area.

Great home with a view Only concern is the many wasps in the bedroom. Luckily, they were discovered before anyone was stung They kept falling down from the attic access in the hallway must be a nest there.

Loved the cabin!!!

The cabin was perfect for our family of 8. Lots of stuff to keep the kid occupied with the pool table and closet full of board games. The only issues we had were that the TV’s hard a hard time streaming anything (which we kind of figured might be the cases with how remote the cabin was), and the crazy steep and narrow road that led to the cabin. The road can only fit one vehicle at a time and was really twisty so if we ever came across another car going the other way (lucky this did not happen to us during our stay) there would literally be nowhere to go in some places as there were drops and rock walls on each side of the road. It was scary to drive during the day and terrifying when dark. Especially since there are not street light.

Mountain Getaway

We spent a magnificent week here. We enjoyed our stay tremendously. The cabin was so clean and comfortable. The deck and the Mountain View's were beautiful. We welcomed spring with wild turkeys walking by and lots of fishing. We appreciated all the extra touches in the cabin that made our stay so nice.

Great location, views and very clean

We were in town for a WCU graduation and needed a place to stay. The home was very clean and well equipped. We were able to make dinner for 5 people as the kitchen had everything we needed. The huge deck had beautiful Mountain views with comfortable rocking chairs. This place would be great for a much longer stay and would certainly accommodate many more guest.

Pretty view

We enjoyed our second stay at Mountain Ridge cabin. We like the fact that the cabin is located in a quiet neighborhood that feels very remote but is near many of the things we like to do in the area, as well as restaurants, shops, and grocery stores. The cabin is comfortable and cozy, and the views are really pretty.

Graduation group

The good things about the house were, the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed and had a nice big table to accommodate everyone, the family room was comfortable, an the view was beautiful. The reason for our rating is that there were dead bugs all over the floors downstairs, the refrigerator leaked water inside and everything that was in the drawer was ruined, the WiFi was very spotty and it was difficult to watch TV because it kept freezing, the kitchen faucet was about fall off and the light over the stove didn't work and we were very disappointed when we tried to play pool because there was a rip in the middle of the table and the slate was broken under the lining and you couldn't play! Also the bunk is not a full on the bottom it is a twins!

Lovely place

You cannot beat the view. The only downside was there was only 1 TV for 3 bedrooms. The one downstairs wasn't hooked to anything. We loved having a Smart TV in the living room. It was all well stocked and the beds were comfortable. Loved the area. Management Response: Thank you for your feedback! We will speak with maintenance in regard to the downstairs TV so that we can resolve this issue. We hope to host you again!

Great house!

My family of 6 loved this cabin! It's an older cabin but to me that makes it even better. The views were amazing, the game room was so much fun, and the seclusion was perfect! My kids even asked if we could stay here on our next visit. The drive up is not steep at all which is a plus. Only thing that may concern those with larger vehicles is the road up to the cabin is extremely narrow, one vehicle only, and no where to pull over so you have to back down that narrow winding road which can be a little nerve wracking.
