Casa Sunflower es una villa de lujo ubicada a las afueras de la ciudad andaluza de Coín, en el corazón de la Costa del Sol, a solo 25 minutos del aeropuerto de Málaga y a 20 minutos de la playa más cercana.

La villa está amueblada y presentada con los más altos estándares, todo con un gusto y diseño modernos. La villa está totalmente equipada con los últimos electrodomésticos y aparatos.

De propiedad privada, nos enorgullecemos de brindarle todo lo que pueda necesitar para sus vacaciones, hemos agregado muchos toques personales y extras para que se sienta como en casa y bienvenido.

Nuestra Villa está ubicada en la exclusiva urbanización Sierra. Orientación sur con espectaculares e impresionantes vistas del valle de Gualdaforce con vistas a los pueblos cercanos de Coin y Alhaurin el Grande. El color del valle cambia a lo largo de las estaciones, desde el invierno verde hasta los amarillos del verano, durante el día los pueblos a lo lejos parecen pequeños ladrillos blancos de Lego y la noche las luces brillan como estrellas.


Área de salón y comedor .: Gran salón y área de comedor, que conduce a dos terrazas orientadas al este y al oeste para el sol de la mañana y la tarde. Ambas terrazas dan a la piscina con espectaculares vistas de los alrededores.

El salón está totalmente equipado con TV de pantalla ancha, DVD, Smart TV. Servicio de TV WIFI Streaming.

En el salón hay un comedor separado con capacidad y capacidad para hasta 6 personas. Si prefiere cenar al aire libre, puede usar el comedor en la terraza o en la piscina.

El salón y las habitaciones de la villa disponen de aire acondicionado y refrigeración y calefacción disponibles.
Se proporcionan tumbonas en las terrazas.

Dormitorios: El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King Size y grandes armarios empotrados, con vistas y ventanas que dan a la terraza.
El segundo dormitorio tiene dos camas individuales, armarios empotrados y vistas a la montaña detrás.

Hay otra casa de la piscina (3er dormitorio) con baño, habitación doble con salón privado con vistas a la piscina. Esto forma parte del área del sótano y conduce a una terraza al lado de la piscina. Esto está disponible a un adicional de £ 125 por semana para cualquier temporada. Esto NO SE DEJA POR SU PROPIO, y solo se puede agregar como un extra opcional, esto es ideal para familias y amigos grandes o extensos, aseguramos cualquier uso exclusivo y privado de la villa y los terrenos. Ventiladores de refrigeración se proporcionan en la casa de la piscina.

Cocina y baños: hay una cocina totalmente equipada con los últimos electrodomésticos y artefactos que ahorran tiempo y energía que puedes encontrar en una villa de lujo. Para su uso, hay un servicio completo de mesa y vidrio para ocho personas. Hemos tratado de proporcionar todo lo que pueda necesitar en la cocina para que su estadía sea agradable. Estos incluyen lavadora, lavavajillas totalmente integrado, vitrocerámica con anillos de inducción, horno y parrilla de tamaño completo, nevera-congelador, microondas con parrilla, hervidor de agua, cafetera y plancha.

La Villa tiene un baño familiar con bañera (ducha) WC y un área de ducha separada. Hay otro baño que está en suite con el 3er dormitorio que tiene un baño con ducha y WC (3er dormitorio adicional, ver arriba) y un aseo WC separado.

Little trip to Andulucia

Family break in Andulucia . Check in a bit concerning as we arrived and no instructions given or codes. Eventually got through to host and a few hours later we gained entry . Not sure who’s responsibility it was to send entry code however it was resolved some time later. Property is very clean well presented and situated close to supermarkets etc. nice balcony and pool area. Fresh orphaned and lemons. It was a littlest cold in the evenings as we visited in late Feb however with the heating on it was fine. Lots of interesting places to visit close by, Marbella old town, Rhonda and Competa . Very enjoyable stay.

Great Place - Great Stay

Beautiful house with all the necessary equipment. The view is fantasctic so is the pool. We were there for a full month. The house was cleaned on a regular basis as the pool. Had to communicate with the owner once. The reply came immediately. Would definetely recommend!

Fantastic holiday

Fantastic holiday. We loved the location, in the mountains but easy access to all facilities. House was as described, spacious, well equipped and pool area just what was needed in the extremely hot weather. Lots of outside seating areas to choose from. Very peaceful and relaxing.

Quiet with expansive views

This is villa is in a nice quiet estate with very little traffic. The pool and garden are fantastic place to spend time in sun or shade. The wild surrounds of the villa makes it a good balance between rural and urban with the access and parking the suitably urban side. The villa itself is very modern and equipped with everything required for self catering and entertainment purposes.

Maison agréable avec des + et des - : Les + : maison principale agréable avec tout le linge fourni,2 chambres,1 sdb. Une terrasse balcon avec belle vue.piscine entretenue. Les - : manque de vaisselle ( une cafetière classique et une expresso avec percolateur mais pas de tasse, que des mugs qui passent pas dessous,2 verres à vin, pas de parasol ( exposition plein sud pour manger), une belle tv dans la chambre principale mais il a fallu que je réclame la télécommande et câble qui avaient été retirés(on n’a jamais réussi à faire marcher)..dans la pool house 1 chambre 1 sdb : matelas à changer (creusé au milieu), on a jamais réussi a allumer la lumière de la terrasse en bas ou au niveau piscine pour barbecue .Les matelas des transats sont à changer ils sont vraiment très « usés « Dans l’annonce Abritel France, elle est présentée comme une maison 3 chambres 3 sdb, Si vous avez l’ensemble de la maison il n’y a que deux salles de bain. Enfin de compte si vous louez pour quatre vous avez que la maison principale où il y a deux chambres une salle de bain. Vous payez un supplément si vous voulez la pool House avec une chambre une salle de bain supplémentaire. Ça on ne le sait qu’après. nous avions aussi des voisins qui faisaient de gros travaux le matin dès huit heures, bon là pas de chance!. C’est un quartier en pleine construction. Résumé : Hôte très agréable et réactif, maison sympathique Avec très belle vue Mais avec des manques à améliorer, Donc un peu cher pour les prestations.

Great location fantastic views

The Villa was very clean modern and comfortably furnished with all the up to date appliances. Very well equipped. Exactly as advertised. It was in a great quiet location with fantastic views.!! Local Supermarket on door step. The local area of Coin is lovely with all amenities and fantastic selection of Restaurants. Also recommend Alhaurin de Torre and Alhaurin de Grande nearby. Great location to easily travel into resorts of Torremolinos, Benalmadena, Fuengirola and slightly further afield Marbella. Recommend highly

Wow what a find

We were very lucky to be able to take a much holiday after a winter lock down. We wanted to be away from crowds yet not remote. This location was excellent for us just a short trip fron the Airport, the villa was perfect and everything waa brand new and I am sure some of the paint must have still been wet, we were the first guests of 2021 the owners explained they had spent lockdown decorating, the villa and views were stunning we could not have hoped for more. Located just outside the town of Coin we found some great restaurants with very friendly people, sadly not many customers. Back at the villa is where we spent most of our time either beside on in the pool as we had great weather (not too hot) and we could walk to the shops and restaurants on the development, Guadalmarket is a must visit, grocery, butcher, fruit shop loads cheap beer and a cake shop wity the biggest cream cakes you have ever seen, and they taste great. So a great holiday, good location and a fantastic villa for a holiday anytime. Highly recommended

Great setting

The house is in a great setting with fantastic views across the countryside. The house was spacious enough for a family of 4 and the outside space was also good with 2 terraces and a nice pool area, again with those great views. The house was clean and disinfectant was provided by Bryan the host. There is a seperate unit downstairs which we did not have access to. This unit did not have any guests so the outdoor areas were exclusively for our use. There are however somethings you should be aware of when renting this home. 1) the houses either side of the property both have multiple dogs and on occasion, their barking was an issue. There is obviously nothing Bryan can do about this, but is does disturb the tranquility of the setting. 2) the beds are very uncomfortable. In my opinion the house needs all new mattresses 3) the dishwasher did not work from the day we arrived. We reported this and the property manager came around quickly, but could not repair it. Bryan the host told us he was ordering a new one and he hoped it would arrive early in our 2nd week. It never arrived, so we had to wash up every day of our stay 4) off street parking is available, however the lock on the gate was very temperamental and would not always unlock. Again we reported this, but the property manager could not fix the problem. We parked on the street as we we worried the car would be locked in and we would be unable to get it out. I recommend replacing the lock. 5) the air conditioning is on a timer. This is not a big problem during the day, as you can simply reset the timer if you are in the house. It is however a big issue at night. Electric fans were provided, but with overnight temperatures in the mid to high 20's they were not enough and we needed the air conditioning on overnight. This created 2 problems. Firstly, the AC goes off when the timer ends (2 hours max) so you would wake up really hot and have to get up and reset the timer, before returning to bed. Secondly, when the AC units are on, a bright light at the bottom of each unit is lit and as the unit is directly above the headboard of the bed, this shines directly in your eyes when you are trying to sleep. This coupled with the uncomfortable mattresses, do not help get a good night's sleep. It is a nice house in a beautiful setting, but these issues did detract somewhat from our enjoyment of our stay Ian Cook

Simply Stunning!

Bryan’s villa is simply stunning! You will not be disappointed, everything is on hand to make your stay very comfortable, the kitchen equipment is all of very good standard as is the furniture. The air con was very welcome during the 35 degree heat in May! The 3 terraces are ideal for any part of the day providing beautiful areas to enjoy dining and a cheeky sangria watching the landscape change. The villa is located minutes from Coín town, supermarkets and good local restaurants. The pool is beautiful with fabulous views of the valley and mountain range. We also hired the pool house which provided a private ‘apartment’ for my parents. All very clean and highly recommended. Nice touch of boxes of inflatables and kids toys which our son loved.

Lovely, spacious villa, spectacular views, everything you need for wonderful, relaxing holidays

"Casa Sunflower" is located in Sierra Gorda, about 30 min. from Málaga airport. It's surrounded by the typical andalusian mountain range with spectacular views (especially when you go or drive up to the highest point). Nearest beaches are Fuengirola and Benalmadena, about 40 min. by car (depends on the route: through the hills or via motorway). Coin is not that touristic and has an original flair. Supermarkets are near (5 min. by car). We spent two weeks as a family (with three kids, 8, 9 and 11 years old) in Casa Sunflower. The house provides everything you need: a wonderful Pool area (with BBQ possibilities), a well-equipped kitchen, modern technical gadgets, comfortable lounge area, A/C in most rooms (except Pool House), sunloungers, toys for the kids and most of all: it's very clean, tidy and everything is arranged with a love for the house and the people who might spend some of the most important days/weeks of the year here. We felt very welcomed and had a great time. Thanks, Bryan! Suzan & John were wonderful, many thanks to them, too! ♥

Beautiful villa, stunning views

Arrived at casa sunflower on the 11th June 2016, to be greeted by suzan and john who were both extremely nice and welcomed us to the lovely clean villa which was to be our home for a full 14 days. Beautiful views across mountains, oudoor barbecue was great for dining out, pool was fantastic and kept clean by john, lovely gardens and the peace and tranquility was very relaxing. There is a nice Indian restaurant 5 mins away by car and is excellent, ( we went 3 times during our stay) highly recommend staying at casa sunflower if you want a lovely villa with peace and quiet , car hire is needed but in all honesty you really don't need to leave this stunning villa as it has everything you could need to enjoy your stay, we spent many days having barbecues and just lounging round the pool :-) the weather was 42degrees some days and we absolutely enjoyed every minute and was sad to leave and come home to rainy Leeds :-) thank you to suzan and john for your hospitality and also to bryan for allowing us to stay in his lovely villa :-) hope to return in the future. lovely place

lovely villa - weather didn’t allow us to try the pool, but looked great. Agents were very welcoming, and gave lots of great advice on vicinity. Handy for visiting nearby towns - would particularly recommend Mijas and Malaga.

detached villa in quiet urbanisation

We had a fabulous week of total relaxation in this well equipped villa. The pool area was just perfect and it was hard to drag ourselves away, the surroundings were stunning, and we never tired of looking across the mountains from the garden. Most of the tourist spots were about half an hours drive away, the same for Malaga airport. We've visited many villas over the years, this being our favourite to date, and hope we'll return next year.

Outstanding Holiday

Where can I start ? Two Adults, 3 Kids 7,12,15. The service we received was second to none correspondence with Brian 5* and meet and greet service excellent. Villa is located on a quiet urbanisation with private parking and has its own pool which was great for kids, the villa is very modern and was very clean and spacious, There is a bar/restaurant on urbanisation about 10 min walk very good food .A car is definitely needed to get the most out of the area with plenty of places to visit within 30mins travel. Coin is 5 mins in the car for supermarkets , restaurants , shopping centre , fuel , cinema. If you want a beach Fuengirola , Benalmadena approx 20 min drive , Mijas Pueblo traditional Spanish village with amazing views over Fuengirola is Absolutely Worth A Visit. Plenty of golf courses in area. Would Definitely Visit Again

Best Choice

I can honestly say this was the best choice of villa for our holiday it was the most perfect holiday ,we enjoyed our stay very much and would definatly return,we would highly recomend to anyone. It was very well presented spotlessley clean and had everything there to make our stay easy and comfortable. The views were amazing the area very peacefull with anything you needed pretty close by ie shops,beaches and fun days out for all the family but u definatly need transport which wasnt a problem as there are plenty of hire companys around . Would like to thank the owners for all their help and kindness and look forward to returning in the future ... 100 % Happy,

Location

The property is in a very very good location with major routes close by if you intend to travel to other cities. There are supermarkets and shops close by (car rental is a must though). Coín isnt that small. There is a shopping centre (new one) and many restaurants along the main road. If going shopping for food, i recommend you either go to Lidl and/or Mercadona which are pretty much next to each other. Next to Lidl there is also a very good butcher to get your BBQ meat, with excellent quality meats and a very very good price. A short drive of around 30 mins, you are in Marbella where you can enjoy a large shopping centre with big name brands and many different restaurants in the sea front with excellent food and at reasonable prices too. Would definately go back to the same property due to its location.

In 2004 I stumbled across this plot of land, when actually looking for a small traditional Spanish townhouse to run as a B&B.
A villa had never been on he cards, but as I sat on the side of the mountain in the beautiful warm spring sun and fell in love with the views, I knew where I wanted to be, the villa took a year complete (well half of it) and have spent as much time as possible making it home, he garden started from a few weeks and we kept planting more plants trying to get them to grow, then before you know it, a mature garden giving added privacy.
My favourite time of year is winter, when its is so cold damp and dark in he UK and in Spain beautiful clear blue skys with a bright winter warming sun.
