Retiro perfecto para parejas! Oceanview 2 habitaciones Casa de pueblo Summerhouse 136

Una hermosa vista desde el balcón en esta vista al mar de 2 dormitorios / 2. 5 baños casa adosada. Hay un baño convenientemente ubicado abajo. La unidad tiene suficiente para dormir cuatro. Está amueblado con dos camas king, una en la habitación principal y otra en la habitación de invitados. Hay dos televisores, VCR, DVD y un estéreo para el entretenimiento dentro del condominio. Hemos decidido usar alfombras para amortiguar los pies mientras descansan de la arena. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. Nuestra área común alrededor de las piscinas está cubierta de hierba deliciosa y bien cuidada con un corto paseo hasta la playa. Nuestra unidad de alquiler cuenta con un amable personal de recepción y mantenimiento en el lugar para ayudar a resolver cualquier problema rápidamente en caso de que surja. Tenemos una pequeña biblioteca y un gimnasio disponibles durante el horario comercial normal para su comodidad.

Advertised as a two king bedroom unit. It is not which was a BIG deal for us. It is a king/queen unit. I have stayed in a lot of rentals and have never been asked to start dishwasher, walk trash down to a dumpster, and start laundry before leaving. Why did I pay a VERY HIGH NONREFUNDABLE cleaning fee??? Also, ONE roll of toilet paper for 4 adults and a 3 night stay??? ONE dishwashing tablet and box of laundry soap? That’s just stingy. Nobody wants to spend their vacation going to the grocery store to buy cleaning supplies and toilet paper, especially when they’ve paid a premium to stay somewhere. Did not appreciate that I had to check in late because management company was trying to move me to another unit because they didn’t have mine ready. Kept blaming their “system” for not reserving this unit, for not sending the cleaning crew, etc. The “system” seemed to work fine when it fully debited my account minutes after the booking was made. Manager was friendly and resolved issue quickly, but only after I absolutely insisted I would not take another unit sight unseen. I even mentioned that the reason I chose this one was the 2 king beds...I should have been told then that there was a mistake. I wasn’t. Pros for the unit were that there were plenty of dishes, updated furnishings, lots of towels and blankets, everything new and sparkling clean, proximity to beach, assigned parking, onsite management and a great view.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very minimally stocked - 1/2 roll of 1-ply TP in each bathroom. Nothing else supply-wise. Couch was comfortable - other chairs not for a long stay. Bed was great. Furniture appeared clean, but then we had dog hair on our clothes from couch and pillows. Office sent someone to vacuum the area and they did a great job. Living room fan needed cleaning. No panty for food. No bathroom drawers for our stuff. Great view. Domestic squabble next door had us leaving early. Would we recommend this unit? Maybe...

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The woman living in Unit 135 is making it her mission to ruin Renter's vacations. She smokes pot all day, our unit literally smelled like someone smoked pot in the unit it was so strong. Her TV is always blaring loud, I asked her to kindly turn it down and she turned it up, she said she does not care about Renters. I had a fan, sound machine, and ear plugs and I could still hear her TV. My family rented unit 136 and 133 and we'll never book near her again. I emailed Management but never heard back. When I checked out Management said they had talked with her "so many times" so it sounds like nothing will change. She's really hateful toward others. She uses the word "Renter" in a very derogatory context. She also has a dog that barks a lot, we couldn't sit outside because if her dog was on the patio it would bark at us the whole time. One night the TV was SOOOO loud so I called Management but the only option they offered was for me to get a Hotel, after spending $$$ to stay here this was really disappointing. Also, the GM would absolutely not take my phone call, which is the opposite of customer service. Management should show in one way or another that they care, and I never felt that. My family had 4 units in total, so that is a lot to spend to have the response from Management be silence. It was a terrible and uncomfortable experience overall. I told Management I did not feel safe next to her, the response was for me to lock my door. Not okay. Do better Summerhouse.

Very disappointed!

Advertised 2 king beds but one was a full on wood blocks, no get stand were wood stools. This condo does not meet Summerhouse standards and should be addressed as such. We have been coming here for 40 years. This was the worst condo we have ever rented at Summerhouse.

Rejuvenating retreat

Lots of room for clothes, suitcases, places to hang swimsuits and beach towels. Kid friendly with step stools in the bathrooms and gates for the stairs if needed. Quiet place, never heard neighbors on either side of us. Spectacular view of the ocean right out the family room and master bedroom. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Wedding Weekend

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time trip to the area to attend a wedding with reception being held at Summerhouse so we stayed here. The rooms and view were great as was the staff to check-in. Very friendly. Everything was wonderful while we were here. This is not a resort with much other on-site activities besides tennis courts or small pools. We ended up going up to St. Augustine to walk around each day - about a 15-20 min drive. Had a great time and would stay again.

Great family vacation

We had a wonderful time. The resort had everything needed to keep everyone happy. Weather was beautiful and not too hot! We will be back!
