Casa adosada de 2 habitaciones con vista al mar - Summerhouse 130

Bellamente remodelada casa adosada con vista al mar directa que tiene capacidad para 6 personas. Vistas al mar desde la sala de estar, balcón y dormitorio principal. Vista intracostera desde el segundo dormitorio. La unidad está decorada en un tema de playa y completamente amueblada con todo lo que necesita durante su estancia. Las comodidades incluyen una cocina totalmente equipada, acceso inalámbrico a Internet, lavadora y secadora en la unidad, 3 televisores de pantalla plana con reproductores de DVD / Blu Ray y un sistema de juegos Wii para entretener a los niños después de un largo día de diversión bajo el sol. También tenemos sillas de playa, una sombrilla y juguetes de arena para usar durante su estadía.

-Dormitorio principal: cama King size, silla, tocador y TV de pantalla plana
-2ª habitación: 1 cama individual, 1 cama de matrimonio, cómoda y TV de pantalla plana.

¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. Nuestra área común alrededor de las piscinas está cubierta de hierba deliciosa y bien cuidada con un corto paseo hasta la playa. Nuestra unidad de alquiler cuenta con un amable personal de recepción y mantenimiento en el lugar para ayudar a resolver cualquier problema rápidamente en caso de que surja. Tenemos una pequeña biblioteca y un gimnasio disponibles durante el horario comercial normal para su comodidad.

SUMMERHOUSE 130 AT CRESCENT BEACH

Everything was perfect. The location near Matanzas Inlet @ Crescent Beach was fantastic for beach combing, fishing and cycling. The resort was beautiful and extremely well kept. Its beach access and pools were very convenient. Condo 130 was very clean, the decor was very welcoming and beautiful, the furniture was very comfortable, the kitchen was well furnished and the view from the unit & balcony was awesome. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay there again,

The perfect beach getaway

Thanks to a rouge tornado this place was entirely remodeled a few years ago. All decor , flooring, kitchen, 3 baths are new and beautifully appointed. It is so clean and comfortable. Walking the beach for miles near the quiet end of the Island, swimming in the ocean or heated pool was so relaxing. You have to be comfortable with stairs. Not handicapped accessible if needed.

I actually forgot something and called when I got home. The staff was very kind and helpful. They found my item quickly and called me back. The location is perfect. Close to the inlet. You can walk there. The beach is pristine. People are regulars and the ones who live there are very kind to travelers. Kid friendly. Great pools. Beach access is close to all condos.

Very clean and fresh

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with our 4 kids. Everything was clean and fresh. The beds were very comfortable. The condo was a perfect size for our family. My kids especially loved the pool, I just wish we realized the pool closest to our condo wasn't heated bc it was broken. Last few days we went a little further to one of the other pools on the property and I couldn't get the kids to get out of the pool. I also loved all the beach house decor, I could tell much thought was put into it.
