Este es un hermoso apartamento frente al mar de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños tiene suficiente para dormir cinco. Entras en el primer piso y no tendrás que preocuparte por subir escaleras. Esto hace que su estadía sea más conveniente sin la necesidad de subir y bajar equipos de playa. Está amueblado con un rey en el dormitorio principal, un pequeño televisor de pantalla plana para ver cómo te duermes y una ducha a ras de suelo en el baño. Hay una litera doble y una individual en la habitación de invitados. También hemos provisto un Kuerig y una cafetera en la cocina para que pueda elegir cómo quiere preparar su café. La gran televisión de alta definición con pantalla plana en la sala de estar tiene un combo VCR / DVD y complementos HDMI en caso de que desee traer su propia conexión. Disfrutando del océano desde el maestro o la sala de estar. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Great location!!The unit could have been cleaner. Dirt behind bead and sofas. Wall in master bedroom paint and drywall was peeling. Refrigerator was leaking. Coffee machine was old and not working great. Front light was out. We asked twice to have it replaced because we couldn’t see coming in at night. It never was.We love coming to summerhouse and hopefully will return next year.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We love the location and everything Summerhouse has to offer....beach, pool and outside upkeep of the grounds. The unit itself had several problems when we walked in: all slipcovers were off the couches, overhead light in the kitchen was broken, 2 screens were in need of repair and the master bathroom shower had mold. The office sent someone to repair one screen. The light was partially fixed in 5 days and completely fixed in 3 weeks. The office is very nice when hearing what needs to be done but the process of "needing to contact the owner" seems very slow.

Underwhelming

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We live about 45 mins north and my family comes down from VA each year and stays here. They love it, so we decided to join them. We stayed in unit 204 and were underwhelmed. When we arrived we discovered that the oven was not heating properly. Unfortunately it was after-hours and the after-hours number was disconnected. I had to wait until the next morning to call the office. They sent a maintenance crew, however the part had to be ordered. We went 3 days without a working oven. Which meant we had to figure out different plans for our meals. So, we decided to use the stove. Only to find out that the burners didn’t appear to be working properly. When turned on they would “cycle”. They would get hot and then shut off and re-heat. This meant making simple meals (burgers, pancakes, etc) took much longer than it should have. Between both the oven and stove issue this made cooking very challenging. To top it off we had a roach problem for the first half of our stay. Maintenance came out to spray and that seemed to solve the issue. The maintenance and office staff were very attentive to all of our issues. Unfortunately, at a price tag of almost $3,000 for a weeks stays these are not issues we expect to have.

The office responded right away when we said the sliding screen needed fixing. The master bath needs a thorough cleaning as mold is starting in between tiles. I mentioned this last year too. We love Summerhouse location, grounds and views. Have come here for over 40 years!

Reviewer Comments: First off, this property offers a beautiful Ocean Front view that can't be beat. But, the property is in need of many updates and maintenance. A lot of the finishes are outdated and it had some water damage in the bathroom, chipped paint in several locations, windows that didn't lock and doors that wouldn't shut properly. This property could be great with some TLC. However, the management company at Summerhouse was extremely helpful in getting us into a new unit.

Fantastic Trip!

Beautiful and clean unit that was so easy to access the beach and pool. We love how there are 4 pools to choose from as well! Never crowded. Especially with 3 small children. There was a leak coming from under the washing machine that spilled water daily. And the top bunk bed railing was the same height as the mattress so didn't protect a young child from falling out so we moved him to the other bed and other kids doubled up in the other bed. The ladder to the bunk bed too wasn't attached and not sturdy and you couldn't close the bedroom door with it up. Neighbors upstairs were young and partying until 3 am for half the trip as well so it wasn't very quiet. We have been coming to Summerhouse since I was a child and always love it here!
