Este es un hermoso apartamento frente al mar de 2 dormitorios / 2 baños tiene suficiente para dormir seis. . Entras en el primer piso y no tendrás que preocuparte por subir escaleras. Esto hace que su estadía sea más conveniente sin la necesidad de subir y bajar equipos de playa. Está amueblado con una reina, dos camas individuales y un sofá cama. Hay dos televisores, videograbadoras y un reproductor de DVD para su placer visual. Todos los pisos de baldosas. Parrilla eléctrica. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. Nuestra área común alrededor de las piscinas está cubierta de hierba deliciosa y bien cuidada con un corto paseo hasta la playa. Nuestra unidad de alquiler cuenta con un amable personal de recepción y mantenimiento en el lugar para ayudar a resolver cualquier problema rápidamente en caso de que surja. Easy and close access to the beach, parking close to the front door and no steps. Great location but generally in need of some updating. Small TV, squishy seating on worn dining room chairs, wicker chairs and sofa and love seat are not particularly comfortable.Queen size bed should be a king.

Reviewer Comments: This year was the best customer service we have had in 10 plus years. We have been coming to Summer House for over 25 years. Noah and Isabella were diligent about resolving any issues we had. Thank you Noah and Isabella! The unit overall was fine, the kitchen needs to be remodeled with new appliances. The unit is advertised to have a Queen bed in the Master, it is in fact a Full Size bed. This was brought to the attention of the Summer House office (Isabella) and she has notified the owners to update the site. There is no reason this unit should not have a King Size bed like many of the other units. Noah went beyond the call of duty assisting our group of 12 units! A huge thank you again to Noah. Noah is extremely knowledgeable of all aspects of his job.

UNIT 207 OCEANFRONT CONDO

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: THE LOCATION OF MY RENTAL HAD A FABULOUS OCEAN FRONT VIEW. OUR 1ST NIGHT WE ENCOUNTERED A COCKROACH IN THE UTENSIL DRAWER. MAINTENANCE DID COME WITHIN A HALF HOUR TO SPRAY. ALSO THE TOILET A DAY OR TWO LATER NEEDED REPLACING COMPLETELY. CONSTRUCTION NOISE AND DUST ON EACH SIDE OF OUR CONDO KEPT US FROM ENJOYING OUR BREAKFAST ON OUR PATIO WITH WORKERS WALKING BACK AND FORTH.THE STAFF WAS FRIENDLY ALONG WITH OUR FELLOW VACATIONERS,, THIS PARTICULAR UNIT NEEDS A FACELIFT

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family loves the summerhouse property. We have rented multiple unit between 6-10 units for the past 30 plus years. We love the family atmosphere being able to share family meals , playing cornhole, kids playing on grass very relaxing. The unit 207 needs updating although new TV’s were added the same bedspreads and furniture have been in this unit for most of our years renting. We chose a different unit next year , giving up the oceanfront condo .

Condo 207 Refrigerator not working entire stay

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We arrived for our 3 night stay 5/26/23 and refrigerator door at the top was open. We called maintenance due to lower part not getting cold. Spoke with Trevor. He was sending someone to look at the problem 5/27 due to after hours because our check in on Friday was late. No one never let me know if he came to address problem. We noticed our food was not cold after stocking fridge on 5/26 and by 5/27 our food was warm. Had to put what we could salvage in our cooler and purchase ice unexpectedly. WLkex to office 5/28 to report refrigerator still not woekinh. Thankful we brought a small cooler. They sent a maintenance guy out. He said the refrigerator had froze up from housekeeping leaving door open when cleaning.. Maintenance man unplugged the refrigerator and said it was not useable and to find other ways to cool our drinks and food. I had to throw out all condiments and food. Total expense for us and inconvenience for the anoint if money we paid to stay. I feel a refund is needed and would like some answers.

Reviewer Comments: The best thing our condo had going for it was the location to the beach. Literally 100 steps to the water, other than that list of negatives is quite long in our option. First off, the pictures do not match the condo condition for the most part. Most of the decorations and the stove are very out of date. The stove only worked part of the time and was very difficult to cook on. The queen-sized bed in the master bedroom was very uncomfortable, and the sheets did not fit correctly. The TV's have been updated but are very small and hard to see. The tv in the living room is in a cabinet that make is very difficult to see from any seat other than the couch. The condo was NOT stocked with items like dish soap, dishwasher soap, hand soap, toilet paper, and paper towels. These are not traveling supplies. In every beach condo we have ever stayed in there has been some form of beach toys, chairs etc; but not this place. Two big empty closets and to beach stuff. Last but not least, the cable has no children's channels. We spent a lot of money for this condo, and all these little negatives add up and distract from the vacation. Please be aware of these conditions

Great Vacation Condo in Need of a few Updates/Repairs

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo was perfect for my family of 4. The layout was ideal. We live Summerhouse and enjoyed out stay. The condo was in need of a little attention:-the sliding glass door lock was missing so you had to use a broken room handle to lock it-The dryer took two 70 minute high heat cycles to dry (140 minutes)-the dishwasher left dishes very dirty. That explained why so many dishes were dirty in the cabinet. Plan on hand washing dishes!

The only large burner on the kitchen range only works intermittently. The flatware needs replenishing. We ran out of small spoons every day. The tvs are really small compared to those in other units. They could also use an upgrade.
