La Unidad 219 es un apartamento con vista al mar de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños, lado soleado. Completamente remodelado con mejoras en todo. El impresionante océano Atlántico y la piscina climatizada están a solo unos pasos. Nuevo master king-size con baño privado grande y abierto, dormitorio de invitados y baño con dos camas individuales y un sofá cama Queen. Nuevo comedor y cocina totalmente equipada con encimeras de granito. Condo duerme hasta seis cómodamente. Niños y bebés amigables con Pack'n Play, trona y silla elevadora. Nuevo azulejo decorador en todas las habitaciones. Las paredes de color verde azulado y la decoración de la playa hacen de esta unidad un destino vacacional increíble. Se incluyen tres televisores con canales de alta definición, DVD e Internet gratis. ¡En Summerhouse tenemos 4 piscinas con temperatura regulada para elegir en la propiedad, lo que hace que sea cómodo nadar durante todo el año! También hay cuatro canchas de tenis, dos canchas de racquetball y una cancha de pickleball. Tenemos dos áreas de parrillas y dos parques infantiles para los niños convenientemente ubicados en cada extremo de la propiedad. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our 27th year at Summerhouse was another great week! Our unit was great - nicely decorated and well stocked. We arrived late - couldn’t get the lock box to work but Tyler was there in a jiffy to let us in. He also came back to help these grandparents figure out the TV remotes. 0ur unit was just a few steps to the pool and a few more to the beach. The beach was quiet - not too crowded. It’s convenient to drive in to St. George St. downtown St. Augustine. Lots to do if you want. Peaceful time on the beach if that’s your choice. You can’t beat it!!

Close to pool and beach with nice furnishings. Our grandkids grew up at Summerhouse and come back from their jobs and college to join us. A great place in the summer, Labor Day and after Christmas!

We first started going to Summerhouse over 40 years ago when there was just a Phase 1. We love that the condo is located next to Matanzas Park, so the beach is not so 'traveled'. We found the staff this year was friendlier than ever. We even had the pleasure of concerts from a nice young man in the condo next door. He was so polite, had a wonderful voice, and charmed us with his singing. Look forward to spending many future summer vacations there.

Front Office Staff is THE WORST

Reviewer Comments: My extended family (14+ condos rented) has been spending Memorial Day weekend at Summerhouse for over FORTY years and this year has been the worst due to front office staff. Family members have been lied to repeatedly. They are aggressive and rude. New rules regarding parking are ridiculous! Despite the property being beautiful, we are looking for a new property next year.

Padgett Summer 2020

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Need nightlights in unit and a railing between dining and sunken living room. I fell the first night and had to return home Sunday to seek medical care for a sprained right knee. I am in a knee immobilizer for up to six weeks. Was not able to return to unit. Due to the COVID scare I had to wash the two twin spreads to use on the sofa for my two grandchildren as there were no sheets until I requested them on Sunday. Appreciate the prompt repairs to the dryer and AC (twice). Trust the extra COVID fee covers washing the spreads between rentals as well as additional sanitizing measures. Hoping the owners of 166 have a change of heart as we rented their unit many years and always took excellent care of it.
