Este hermoso condominio casi como nuevo condominio estilo casa adosada de 2 dormitorios, 2 baños y medio es el lugar perfecto para relajarse sin preocupaciones en el mundo. Ingrese en el segundo piso a una decoración fresca y un espacio luminoso. Salga al balcón privado de la sala de estar y pase por alto una de las dos piscinas de la comunidad. Diríjase arriba a un dormitorio principal que cuenta con una cama king size, pantalla plana y otro balcón privado que ofrece ligeras vistas del océano Atlántico. El segundo dormitorio ofrece una cama Queen y para huéspedes adicionales hay un sofá cama en la planta baja. Ubicado a pasos de nuestras hermosas playas de arena blanca en San Agustín y a 8 minutos en auto del centro, tienes infinitas opciones de diversión.

Perfect for Two Couples

Great location- near plenty of restaurants and downtown. Easy beach access also. Perfect for two couples traveling together with one King and one Queen bedroom and 2.5 baths. Would definitely recommend to others and would also book again!

This was not my first time staying at Sea Place—and it definitely won’t be my last. The property was absolutely perfect: right on beautiful Butler Beach, clean, wonderfully decorated, and fully stocked with everything you could possibly need for a relaxing getaway.I especially appreciated the beach furniture and cooler that made our time by the ocean even more enjoyable. To pay it forward, I added a beach cart and umbrella for future guests to enjoy—and of course for me when I come back!Thank you for another fantastic stay in one of my favorite places.

Butler Beach

The property was very clean and very comfortable for 2 couples, each bedroom has its own bathroom, it has two lanai’s one has full sun the other shaded. Butler Beach is a very walkable beach, level and hard sand. Checkin was super easy didn’t even need to talk with the property manager. I would stay again. Also it was recently remodeled with new appliances etc. very nice.

We’ve stayed in a few different places on this property. This one was well decorated, nice furnishing l, master bed comfortable. We did have an issue with the A/C freezing up on the day of our arrival as the previous guest turned them down to 60. The property had someone out to take a look at it that night and someone came again the next day to ensure everything was working. Kitchen is well stocked for pretty much anything u could need. They do have some chairs and umbrella for the beach if u don’t feel like bringing with u. The property was listed incorrectly though. It wasn’t ground floor or 3 bedroom, which wasn’t a big deal. They do need to correct this though for future bookings. 2nd bedroom has queen bed which kids said was comfortable as well. All and all a good place to stay, in the future I’d book something else though since the 2nd bedroom doesn’t have 2 twins.

Great long weekend

We had a great stay! The property was beautifully decorated, well appointed and great service by the management company. Just a quick 2 minute walk to the beach. The property was quite and we just can't say enough about how pleased we were with our rental. It was a great way to celebrate the end of the school year and give my mom and I a chance to just enjoy the ocean for a few days. Would love to stay longer next time.

Wonderful!

I am difficult to please. This property was perfect--very clean and comfortable, lovely decor. Can't think of anything that could have been improved. Great balconies, great beds, great everything. Easy walk down to beach. Easy check in and out. If we go back to Saint Augustine, we will definitely try to book this property again. Thanks!!

Great Place

The condo is beautiful! Decorated and furnished very nicely. Has everything you could need. A bit of a drive to downtown, but we didnt mind that. Very short walk to the beach and balcony overlooking the pool. We really enjoyed our stay!

Beautiful beach property

Sea Place is a quiet, well-maintained property just steps away from the beautiful beach. This property has been upgraded and has very nice accommodations. Would definitely stay there again!

Nice condo. Perfect location

Newly renovated condo that was updated very well. Pool view from the balconies. Beach is maybe a two minute walk through a private access gate. Located close to everything. Will stay here again next year.

Precious beach vibe filled condo with all the amenities and a properly stocked kitchen for all your cooking needs. Easy access to beach and pool. Lots of activity during day and peaceful at night. It was a lovely getaway!

Clean property and perfect location.

Loved this property. The condo was clean and modern. The two floor concept was awesome. We had two teens and two tweens, and still plenty of space. Overlooks the pool and a quick walk to the beach.

Beautiful condo!

Great location on the beach and only 6 miles from historic downtown St Augustine. Beautifully redone with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. Beach is a a short path away. I would stay here again just longer next time.

Beautiful St Augustine Condo

This unit was truly a gem. Both balconies overlook the pool and have comfortable furniture to sit and have breakfast or a glass of wine at the end of the day. Everything is up to date and beautifully furnished. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed during our stay. Having the washer/dryer in the unit was also a plus. The grounds and pools are well maintained and the landscaping was lovely. Unfortunately, they were replacing the roofs on several of the building during our stay, which did get noisy during the day. But we could either head to the beach or the larger pool by the clubhouse to escape the noise and relax. We would definitely book a stay here again!

Great place at the beach!

This property made you feel at home. Very clean, ample supplies in the kitchen, plenty of towels, close to the beach and pool. We will definitely stay here again. We felt very comfortable and didn't want to leave.

Wonderful Holidays

It was an absolutely wonderful condo to spend the holidays. Very clean, comfortable, and beautiful! i put up a little tree and some Christmas lights and it was festive. The kitchen was outstanding and had everything for cooking. Booster seat and plastic dishes were a plus for my 2 year old grandson. Loved it and would stay again. Have been in a lot of Airbnb's and VRBO's and none were as equipped as this condo.
