The kids had such fun eating plums from the tree and playing hide and seek and yard games. It was a lovely stay:)

Fine for a quick stay

Overall a good stay for a quick trip. Some of the towels had stains and location was not super ideal. Layout was a bit odd and not great if staying more than a couple days.

Sand Hollow Trip

This house was perfect for us. We had 2 trucks and 2 flatbed trailers and this house had plenty of space for parking both setups, with more space to spare. We liked the room setups, as most of them were away from each other, giving us all more privacy. The only downfall to this rental was that the beds were not that comfortable and the room with a queen bed that is right off the kitchen did not have any vents so it was an ice box unfortunately. Other than that, it was great. All and all, we would definitely stay here again.

Awesome Stay

Perfect for my family and me. Felt like home away from home. Zion not far from here plus other antique shops and a kids park around. We all had so much to do and we all had so much fun !! Will definitely book in the future ❤️

Cute property with plenty of beds. Clean and prepared nicely for guests. Great proximity to Zion and also for a day trip to North Rim Grand Canyon. Gas station across the road made it convenient for basic needs but it was a little noisy on Friday and Saturday nights.

Perfect Home for our Mini Christmas Vacation

First time my Family visited Zions and We loved the home it has plenty of space for everyone, The girls loved the mirror/table in the hallway to do their Hair & Make-up. Having the Bath towels well stocked was a plus. Easy check in and check out. We Would love to return in the spring to visit Zions again. 2 days was not enough time to hike the beautiful trails in Zions National Park.

Great house for the price!

House was exactly as expected. Clean and comfortable. Appliances were new and working well. The house was perfect for our family. The only complaint I had was the road noise at night. There were a lot of very loud vehicles that would take off from the intersection and wake us up but other than that we loved the place.

Good location

The location was good for Zion. The hot water was a challenge because there was no warm. It’s either all hot or all cold. Plenty of rooms but I didn’t like that there were no bed pillows, only shams. I wondered how clean that was. Otherwise it was great

Zion Family Trip

Great stay in Zion area. Host fixed a toilet problem promptly! Easy to work with and an enjoyable stay. 2 bedrooms didn’t have AC, but with doors open, it worked out ok. Master shower had some hot-cold issues… would continue to get warmer no matter where the dial was. So we either had to hurry OR turn it off, wait a second and start over in mid shower. House is right on the highway… which is good access, but also a little noisy. We enjoyed our stay. Thanks!

Okay if You're Used to Noise

Good: Centrally located. Close to restaurants and services. Lots of space. Tankless water heater. Plenty of beds. Bad: It's on a major road and there isn't enough insulation to keep the noise out. It's right next to a convenience store that popular with the motor sports crowd, and they don't drive away quietly. If this house was one block farther into the neighborhood it would be fine. The location and poor sound insulation is the problem. I can't speak about the other beds, and this may change at any time, but if the mattress in the master bedroom is memory foam, it forgot a long time ago. It's the worst bed I've ever tried to sleep in at a guest lodging, ever. I had a feeling that I should've packed my air beds, and the instant I laid down I realized why. It was a rough night. Rain sounds on YouTube helped with the noise, but nothing could help the mattress The honest truth is that I will never stay here again simply because of the noise that gets onto the house. If that doesn't bother you the by all means stay here. The kitchen was great for a group of adults that ate in restaurants and were off doing adventures all day. It had a good stock.of utensils and dishes, but table space is lacking tor 10 people. A half bath (toilet and sink) would be nice so two people could shower at once, but we made it work. The tasks before checkout were reasonable too, far less that some places I've stayed. This might be the perfect place to stay for you. It just wasn't right for us.

Painted Sands was awesome!

We really enjoyed our stay at Painted Sands! It was clean, well kept, host was responsive, and it worked great as a place to stay as our home-base for hiking through Zions. There was a blinking light outside one of the bedroom windows, but a blanket hung over the blinds fixed that problem.

Hurricane is great!

The house was great, as others have mentioned, it is on the main thoroughfare, so there's some noise from that, but the owners were very nice and the house was great! I'd suggest only two things: Put a second door on the front bedroom, and the spaghetti strainer has holes that are too big, hahaha. A small thing and an easy fix. We had a great week in southern Utah! Thank you!

Great Property

This property has more than enough room. It was very clean and had all we needed for a relaxing evening after hiking all day. It was a great location to hike Zion. We would stay here again if we are in the area.

Zion National Park visit

This house is a great location for visiting Zion National Park. It worked great for our family of 7. Beds were comfortable. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. Negatives were street noise. It sits on a major road. Another negative is a couple bedrooms were not adequately cooled.

Great location for Zion & Kolob

This was a great base for the start of our trip. There's a Super Walmart down the road, gas station across the street and a local grocery that you pass on your way to Zion. It's about a half hour drive to Zion and beautiful views all the way there. The hosts were quick to respond to my questions prior to our visit. The house had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Highly recommend.

The house was nice and clean! Communication with the owners was fast and pleasant! House had plenty of room for all of us! It’s so much nicer than staying in a hotel! Would definitely stay here next time.

Convenience

My family had a great time at this house, we spent Easter weekend here and enjoyed the beauty of Zion National Park. I loved the location, on Main St next to a Maverick made getting off to the the park in the morning a breeze. The house has all kinds of storage cubbies my kids loved for playing hide and seek. The beds were comfortable and everything clean. The only big downside, as pointed out by others, was the traffic noise - this was compounded by a car show in town that weekend - the white noise machines in the rooms helped more than I expected they would.
