Great property

Perfect condo for our family of 5. Plenty of room for my husband and I and our 3 teens. The condo was clean & had everything we needed. The storage area on the ground floor was so awesome to have to store all our beach chairs, umbrellas and gear for the week. Beach access is easy and the shower is very convenient. The pool was nice too. The property is quiet and the staff is wonderful. Our only con, and it's a small one, is that the memory foam mattresses were a little too firm for our liking. We would definitely stay here again!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This place turned our vacation around When we came down to Myrtle in august of 2022. We started off at a different hotel and it was a nightmare. We only stayed one night. The next morning We called the Arcadian first thing when they opened. They were so helpful and quick to accommodate us. The condo that we stayed in was very clean and big enough for my family. We had such a great time, the pool was nice and clean and the staff was very friendly. We will definitely be back.

Garbage disposal was leaking and they fixed the day after it was reported. only complaint would be the mattresses on the twin size beds. The were covered in plastic and besides being very uncomfortable they made loud noise every time someone moved. Would suggest these mattresses be replaced. Also, coffee machine did not turn off automatically, would replace it as well. Otherwise it was great.

Great choice

Listing was as described. The property was beautiful, clean and well managed. The condo itself wasn’t cleaned well. It smelled like the previous renters had a seafood broil prior to our stay. The countertop in the kitchen and floor was visibly not clean. Everything else seemed to be clean. The unit was auto set to 73 degree. No matter how many times you set it always went back to 73. So we woke up hot every night. Unit needs more towels. All beds have memory foam mattress and were comfortable. I would have liked more towels/wash clothes. Over all it was a nice stay.

Wet and dirty ! It wont let me.leave a longer review ... beware

Family vacation means super excited !! As we arrived we were very excited to stay at the peoperty , i was already a little upset tho. After paying in full for the property the communication stopped from theproperty owner" later came to find out it wasnt them in the first place but the receptionists at the fnt desk sending replys under his name . Anyhow , we first got to the property check in was a brease.. told them my name they gave me keys no i.d. shown just took my word for i was who i said i was . Boom the keys unlock the door were in the rental !!!! . IMMEDIATELY we notcied badly stained couches chairs, bed sheets and blankets, to the point it was just nasty, i was upset ... we found clothing under beds left in drawers on the night stand . Trash where rhe floors hasnt been cleaned ( remind you after the family befor us checked out and the cleaning people were there, they send around a "room inspector" to check the rooms ) the floors were less then desirable. Ok anyways we came to have a good time not gonna let a dirty house stop us !!!! It wasnt until we came back from dinner on a rainy evening to find all my sox, underwear, money and the other things i had on the night stand in my master bedroom soaken wet from the steady run of water coming from the leaking ceiling !! The side of the bed was wet , the floor was wet, my pillows wet from the water splashing , a major inconvenience.. i spoke to the office no discount no reimbursement. No offer to help .Review cut short

Floor so we went to the PH Floor. The washer worked on the PH Floor, but the dryer would not work. So we had to take our wet clothes back down to the 15th Floor where the dryer did work.

Enjoyable stay

My family and I had a nice time at this unit. Plenty of space, right on the beach, close to a lot of attractions, and great golf around. The unit does have mold issues, but that might be a building problem.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I have stayed at the Arcadian several times over the last several years. This was by far the least happy I have ever been. The unit did not have a linen closet to provide extra towels or linens (pillow cases). All the other units I have stayed in did have this. The furniture was dirty. The dishwasher had an issue when we were there to check in at 4pm and we had to wait to check in, however no one from maintenance ever came to check it. There was an overwhelming smell of marijuana coming from what I can only assume was the vents from another unit. Over all this was not a unit I would rent again.

Great Location

The location was perfect for our stay. We enjoyed the pool and the beach daily with restaurants and shopping just a short trip away. It would have been nice to have a key pad on the unit instead of carrying keys to the beach, but we made it work.

Very clean, great access to the beach

This place was exactly as described. The access to the beach was even better than I imagined. The view was spectacular and I enjoyed our stay.

Property was not clean

There were several issues with the property during our stay. There was mildew in the shower, stains on the sofa, stove was dirty and mildew on the door to the water heater area, just to name a few. Owner refunded the cleaning fee after providing several pictures and complaints.
