Escapada de lujo a la montaña

Thank you for your wonderful review and recommendation to others. We look forward to hosting you again when time permits!

Thank you Joseph for your review. Just to clairfy: hiking is right behind our shed, as mentioned in the house info. There is no official man-made trail that is cleared out and maintained, but we are on the spine of the mountain range and you can hike for hundreds of miles if you wished on the “natural rugged” path. Also, we do have a huge flat yard (around 1 acre) on one side of the house (new deck stairs lead down to it) and then a sloped yard on the other side (great for sledding in the snow!) :) We hope that this is seen in the house pictures. All the best.

Hi. Thank you for your review. We kindly must say that we have only had the place for less than 5 years. We do make an effort to keep it clean and upon your review we made sure to look at certain areas with more detail. The guests failed to communicate with me during their stay with any of their concerns, which I could have either explained or helped. Post checkout they reached out about matters, such as not being able to figure out the smart thermostat, but did not let me know. Something that could have been easily addressed on my end. The washer is functional and we are in the midst of having it replaced, which is mentioned in the welcome email. As for the mustiness, we have never experienced this in our less than 5 years of possession and so made sure to get it addressed. Privately, the guests did mention other positive things about the property post checkout, which they failed to mention in their review. We hope to always improve and have also relayed your inputs to the cleaner.

Thank you for the wonderful review. The stink bugs are in full force this season. We are changing all the windows in the house in a couple of months, so we hope that this will help resolve the problem tremendously.
