This is the perfect destination for your relaxing beach front getaway! The living room offers a spacious and sunny living area with comfortable seating, and private balcony to enjoy the beautiful ocean views. The decor is fresh and beach-themed, creating a calming and inviting atmosphere. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your cooking needs, featuring a Keurig, full-size stainless-steel appliances, granite countertops and breakfast bar ideal for casual dining. The bathroom is newly updated and includes a walk-in shower to ensure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay!

*PLEASE NOTE: The Sea Cabins community will be undergoing scheduled roof and HVAC stand replacements from October 20th, 2025 through February 13th, 2026, with work taking place in phases by building. Each building will be closed to guests during its scheduled work period, so you can rest assured that construction will not occur in the building you are staying in. Minimal noise or disruption is expected, and we appreciate your understanding as these important community improvements are completed.

Nice place to stay

Condo was nice, in a great, walkable area. Very close to the beach and not far from some great restaurants. Clean and well-outfitted. Would love to stay here again!

Couple get away

We had a great stay. Check in was easy. The condo was very clean and pretty. Just a short walk to the beach or shops. Also has a very nice pool. Very close to Mt Pleasant for a variety of restaurants and shopping. Will definitely stay here again.

Very nice

Enjoyed it and would stay there again. Only minor problem was low water pressure for the toilet and the flapper valve chain kept getting unhooked.

Great Stay

Check in was easy peasy, in and out with all the info we needed. Loved the location with private beach entry and pier. Condo did have a smell bad when we checked in, but it went a way after a while. Do wish there was a TV in bedroom. But over all completely satisfied. Plan on visiting again.

Check in was a breeze :) We love the Sea Cabins. The rental was a smelly upon arriving. Like a musty smell. We chalk that up to the beach life though. We will always return to the Isle of Palms :)

Clean cute condo close to the action on IOP

Very clean, cute, condo. Having parking was great. Convenient with beach, pool, and pier access. Walk to lots of IOP restaurants/bars. Our unit was in building A right next to the park. The beach was quite crowded in front of the hotel. We walked a few blocks down and had the beach all to ourselves. Condo was very quiet even in a large building and next to the park. Would stay again or recommend to others.

Location and convenience

We greatly enjoyed our Sea Cabin stay. The easy beach access, pier access, and private pool gave us plenty of options for our week. Space was enough for the three of us, beds comfy, thoughtful details like coozies and lidded cups for the beach. Wish there were beach towels and body boards provided, but grocery store 1.5 blocks away had both (as did Walmart 15 min away). Acme restaurant was spectacular and only a 5 min walk. Balcony outfitted with comfy chairs and outdoor pillows. Laundry room was sketchy, but there is a laundromat near the grocery store. Island Realty and housekeeping folks were great-- easy check in, easy communication. Will stay there again for sure.

Overall a great place to stay for a quick beach trip. Location is fantastic for being right on the beach but also having quick access to Mt. P and Sullivan’s. Code entry made it easy to not keep up with keys with multiple people going on and off the beach but they still made us come by the office to unlock a box with our code on it? Seems like most VRBOs you could just send us the door code and not make a thing about check in times and after hours pickup. Was also disappointed that my VRBO rewards dollars weren’t applied to this rental because it’s a third party? Slightly musty smell which always makes me worry about mold in the air. It’s a very cozy rental so we moved a lot of decorations for suitcases and such (just three adults). Would be more practical to have less clutter in the unit. I’d take the dresser out of the master or put it in the closet because the bed is already basically against the walls. I liked that this unit has the bunks and pull out as an option. But again there’s a coffee table and entertainment stand in the living room so I’m not sure where you would move those. It’s really quite full with just 3 adults. We used the pool once and that’s a nice feature too. Great area to run or bike from. Several restaurants in walking distance. First floor made it easy to unpack and re pack with pretty close parking since there’s no elevator. Good water pressure in the shower. Provided linens were nice but more hooks to hang towels to re use them would be helpful.

My kids shared the pull out and luckily they sleep almost anywhere because the pull out mattress has definitely seen better days. It should be replaced. There were also febreeze plug ins in there to help give the place a nice scent and while it smelled fine, it was a little strong and also those things are not healthy for you. The condo is equipped with everything we needed but I think additional towels should already be there. However there was lack of communication with the customer service. The phone was never answered.

Not Happy

We didn't have internet at all. Found out that owner was having it repaired 4 days after we left. Therefore no TV. We were offered a hotspot 2 days before we left. A little late since the management company was notified immediately. The Air Conditioning was not even adequate. The 1 Full Bath was tiny. There was not place to put anything. There was only one dresser in a three bedroom. The outdoor furniture was dry rotted. It left black material all over our backs and pants.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our condo was nice, clean, well supplied and comfortable. There were a few minor maintenance issues. The Sea Cabins exteriors need a major refurbishing. The location was excellent. The parking is unacceptable. Currently, only 1 parking pass is given per condo and there were lots of empty spaces. There was no other overnight parking on IOP that I could find. All the public parking was not overnight. The property management was not very helpful. Their suggestions were not feasible. Trying to find parking for another car was time consuming and frustrating.

Always a Wonderful Trip

Obviously I'm satisfied since I continue to rent it. My friends are satisfied with sofa bed which in other units is often a complaint. My only complaint is that the comforter in the bedroom is too heavy for Summertime. Through no fault of Island Realty, the parking lot was flooded from recent Hurricane Debby. Arrangements were made for parking at the Isl Realty office, which is about a 1 block away. We were lucky there were some nearly dry spots in front of our building. I would recommend Sea Cabins invest in more pumps since their lot floods with major rain events. We noticed one minor maintenance issue that needs to be resolved:the outside handle on the sliding glass door is loose because of a missing screw.
