Thank you for taking the time to send Island Realty a review. It is true that sofa beds are not as comfortable as a regular mattress. Thank you for sharing your experience. The owner of the property would like you to know that they are going to replace this mattress. Unfortunately sleeping on a sofa bed mattress is not going to ever be as comfortable as your mattress at home. Island Realty and the owner do hope that you come back again next year and test out the difference in the new sofa bed mattress.

Unfortunately when there are internet problems on the Island it really can be inconvenient. Thank you for your understanding when it comes to internet appointments on a barrier island. Thank you for taking the time to send us a review. Unfortunately the things you mentioned are controlled by Sea Cabin community HOA. It is unfortunate that there is only one parking pass allowed for the Sea Cabins, that is why we do advertise this fact. Island Realty would also like to share that there is parking available from 8 p.m. to 8 a.m. in both public lots and in any metered parking spot. This is advertised on the IOP website for any questions about city parking in the future.
