Nuevo sof������ cama Queen mayo de 2017 Balcón privado con vista al mar. Cocina totalmente equipada con lavavajillas. TV con reproductor de DVD en la sala de estar y TV en el dormitorio. ¡Qu�����date fresco y agradable mientras duermes con nuevos ventiladores de techo en la sala de estar y el dormitorio! Nuevos pisos en la sala de estar y dormitorio y techos recién pintados mayo de 2017! Acceso a la playa / muelle de pesca / piscina comunitaria / instalaciones de lavandería complejas. 490 pies cuadrados Sea Cabin Comunidad inalámbrico a Internet sin cargo. Ropa de cama incluido. No Fumar. Sin mascotas.

Nice location, fairly clean, well equipped. BUT, it needs a lot of TLC. You have to lunge against the front door to get it open, a lot of places looked like they are rotten, (especially in the closets), the biggest thing was the smell, the musty smell was strong.

The bathroom plugins hairdryer and flat iron kept falling out and lighting was very lacking and paint coming off mirrow. The TV was terrible you could not operate it to get local abc cbs nbc and there were no instructions how to operate it. Put on in that people can operate.

The doorknob on the inside of the shutter door was broken and just had a metal piece sticking out, the fold out couch was stained and the bed part was vey hard to pull in/out and the balcony floor was soft underneath the carpeting. We loved staying her minus those few things. We loved the private beach, pier and pool access.

Kylie in the office went the extra mile to take care of us.The unit itself was very clean but a bit tired. The owners need to update the coffee maker (rusty) and the kitchen items as they were well used.The location of the unit was just at the top of the stairs to it was and easy in and out. Be sure to bring a sleeping mask as the outdoor lights are very bright even with the shades.

Toilet runs. This unit is tired and a bit musty but has a nice view. Hot water tub turn on needs repair. It actually can sleep 6. I have stayed in other units I prefer.

Shower curtain rod very rusty and shower curtains need replacing. Also the “mattress” on the sleeper sofa was a disgrace. Had to sleep in an. S shape to avoid the pokes and dips. Hope to come back next year. Maybe a different sofa bed? Thank you.

The mattress was bad, the bathroom was in bad shape; the deck flooring and furniture were in poor condition. The kitchen and living room were ok. You could barely walk around the bed and there was no room in the bedroom for your luggage. Landscape need attention. It was convenient to beach and the boulevard.
