Te encantará este Meiselman de 1959. Ubicado en Palm Springs, Ca. Como aparece en la Semana del Modernismo. (Palm Springs City ID # 3377)

Aproveche esta tasa muy baja mientras dure. Esta casa fue administrada anteriormente por una compañía profesional de administración local que logró revisiones estelares para esta casa. Ahora estamos comenzando de nuevo por nuestra cuenta, con una tasa muy reducida para generar nuevas reseñas.

Convenientemente cerca del centro de Palm Springs, repleto de excelentes restaurantes y tiendas. Elegantemente amuebladas, la espectacular piscina y las impresionantes vistas a la montaña, son solo algunos de los aspectos más destacados que esta increíble casa moderna de mediados de siglo tiene para ofrecer.

Nuestro Atomic Bungalow ofrece tres dormitorios, dos baños, cocina totalmente equipada, aire acondicionado central y piscina climatizada (con cargo adicional). ¿Mencioné el enorme parque como en el patio trasero? Lo amarás. Ven y quédate un rato, te lo mereces.

Esta es una casa remodelada súper limpia con muebles modernos y contemporáneos. Todo lo que necesita está incluido en esta casa, hasta la prensa de ajo. Piscina completamente renovada con equipo de piscina tranquilo y fuente de agua. Vistas a la montaña sin obstáculos, de frente, sin postes ni cables que interfieran.

Comfortable and clean

We had an amazing time in this incredibly clean, organized home. Mark immediately responded to any questions we had. The sun rose over the palm trees on one side of the yard and moved toward the gorgeous view of mountains on the other side. It did not seem real. We could not believe what we saw out the windows really existed. We want to go back!!!

Atomic Bungalow for the win!

We left Palm Springs today after a relaxing 6 nights in this lovely home. Everything is just as pictured with the exception of fabulous wallpaper which has been added to 2 of the bedrooms. The beds were extremely comfy, the house was spotless and the kitchen was very well stocked. The pool, backyard and views of the mountains are stunning. The house is in a quiet residential area which adds to the relaxing vibe. Mark was very responsive, easy to deal with and he clearly takes great pride in this property. My husband, his 80 year old mother and our 19 year old twins had a great time in this beautiful home and hope to return in the future.

Glorious Winter Escape

This is a beautiful property, extremely well taken care of and outfitted to make our stay care-free. Very comfortable house, the pool was lovely and the setting stunning, with a beautiful lawn and gorgeous views of the mountains. Owner could not have been more helpful and hospitable. Didn't want to leave.

Paradise in the Desert

This is a true gem. The house, grounds and pool are all beautiful and Mark, the owner, is very responsive to questions and to one's every need. Located just a bit north of downtown, you're only a short drive to everything, but the house is in a very quiet neighborhood. We are already thinking about our next trip!

Just What the Dr. Ordered!

We couldn't have been more satisfied! The Atomic Bungalow was exactly as it was depicted and described as - a very chic Bungalow in a great area with the most amazing view of the mountains from the beautiful, meticulously kept back yard and pool. Loved this place!

We just spent 5 nights in the Atomic Bungalow and had a great vacation. The pool was clean and had plenty of umbrellas to provide shade. Beautiful views from the pool too! The house was stocked with everything you could need and the labels made finding kitchen items easy. The snack gift box was a welcome suprise. The hosts provided easy check in and great local recommendations. The house was in a fantastic neighborhood that was convenient to downtown, restaurants, etc. Would highly recommend this place!

Amazing Atomic Bungalow

We really enjoyed our stay at the Atomic Bungalow! The house is very stylishly furnished in true mid century fashion, with cool Art displayed throughout. Very clean and extremely well organized. The beds have memory foam mattresses and were very comfortable. The kitchen is very well stocked and has everything to cook or reheat a meal. The neighborhood is quiet and the view of the mountain from the pool is unbeatable. The neighborhood is amenable for walking or biking. The owner was very responsive and easy to communicate with. We surely will be back at the Atomic Bungalow!

Perfect getaway

We had an awesome stay at the atomic bungalow. The house was very relaxing, clean and had everything you needed for a great time. Mark was easy to communicate with and was very helpful throughout our stay. The location of the house is great and close to the downtown area of Palm Springs but we barely left since we were having a such a wonderful time by the amazing pool. I highly recommend staying here and we look forward to returning some time soon!!

It was private, and the perfect size for me and my husband. The pool was great as was the temperature. Grounds were beautiful. Grilling was fun and we enjoyed eating outside every meal. Home was immaculate and the owners go out of their way to make sure you have a fabulous stay. Would not hesitate to book again.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mark and Alma's 'Atomic Bungalow' during a recent weekend getaway. Their mid-century modern home is nothing short of amazing. It's definitely a vacation rental that stands out, even in a place like Palm Springs. It's classy and chic, with fantastic furniture throughout. The home is sparkling clean and the white floors are simply gorgeous. The views of the San Jacinto mountains from both the living room and backyard is jaw-dropping, and the location is perfect, just a 5 minute drive to downtown Palm Springs and within a short walking distance of great restaurants, bars and even a spa. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the fact that the house is completely stocked with everything imaginable. They even had fun board games for both kids and adults, a perfect excuse to take the kiddos' phones away and spend time with us instead. ;-) My parents came along as they were visiting from overseas. When I noticed that my mom had tears in her eyes one sunny afternoon, I asked her what was wrong (other than that her wine glass was empty again). She smiled and said that this felt like one of the best vacations ever. She loved spending time with us and the grandkids in such a beautiful house. After our stay, my wife and I decided it's time to purchase a Palm Springs vacation home ourselves; hopefully we will find a place as stylish and lovely as the 'Atomic Bungalow'!

Great Location and Beautiful Property in Palm Springs

Some friends and I stayed at Mark's Palm Springs home for New Year's Eve. The location is great- you're 10 minutes from downtown Palm Springs, you've got bars and restaurants in walking distance and you're central to everything Palm Springs has to offer. The house and pool are beautiful! The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed to make breakfast and dinner and there was nothing that was overlooked- they even had an ice bucket for our NYE Champagne! The pool and patio are gorgeous- even in winter and with the pool heated, it was awesome going for a dip during the sunny hours of the day. Highly recommend!

My wife and I are both born and raised in Southern California. We live in Los Angeles and own a Mid Century 1959 Charles DuBois. We are beyond thrilled to add this 1959 Meiselman Mid Century, desert oasis to our portfolio. We call it our Atomic Bungalow.

We love to travel and explore new countries, cities and states. We understand what makes a guest feel more comfortable and desire to have all of our guests who stay at our Palm Springs getaway, feel just that. We both speak English as our first language and fluent in Spanish as well. We hope you love our home as much as we do!

Palm Springs is all about Mid Century architecture. You will find some of the most iconic Mid Century Modern homes in the world here. Our home was one of only 250 or so Meiselman's built in Palm Springs, making it much more rare over many others.
We love that our view is unobstructed by telephone poles and electric wires, as so many are. Waking up in the morning to that view through our clerestory windows is priceless!
Our home is remodeled, fresh, clean and stylishly furnished.
