Registrarse siempre es fácil con nosotros. ¡Simplemente ingrese su código de puerta personal en la puerta principal y comenzarán sus vacaciones! ¡Flexible y simple, esto hará desaparecer el largo viaje en automóvil! Entra y quita una carga. Te sentirás como en casa en nuestra encantadora y acogedora casa de vacaciones. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Well lets see. There was no lock box for the golf cart key. Found it in a dish inside the condo. Went out to the cart location and found no cover on the cart. Dirty, moldy and the front seat was just sitting on top of the mounting hinges lose. Fixed the seat so we could use it and cleaned the cart. Didn't want to mess up are clothes. other than that it went pretty good.

Amazing experience

We had the BEST week! We had one question about the golf cart, and they were quick to respond and even followed up the next day to make sure everything was okay. I would 100% return! It is a beautiful condo, great location, and CLEAN! Oh the beds are SO COMFORTABLE!!!!!

The fact we had three bathrooms, a golf cart and a screened in porch were all a big plus. A binder listing WIFI information along with golf cart location and keys would be very helpful. The unit does need a little TLC in the owners suite. There was a plumbing leak in the unit above that was addressed, however, the drywall in this unit has not been repaired.

The property was outstanding, but we could not believe there was no extra paper towels, toilet paper, dishwasher, tabs, washing machine tabs. For that amount of money you would’ve think it came with it.

Beautiful Golf Front Condo

The large living dining area was a plus. The golf cart allowed us to get around the resort and it was easier to find parking for a golf cart than a car! I felt we left the unit cleaner than we found it, however. The management company needs to schedule a deep clean.

THE CON but also the PROS

Let me first say that I have stayed in multiple properties in Destin and also own and rent on VRBO in Destin. This property is on the first floor and you can literally hear every step taken from above. I hate this for the owner because the property is amazing! The location is perfect, back porch is awesome, pool is 30 yards away. Just a great condo! Unfortunately, the building was not soundproofed properly between floors and it was BAD for us. That is the only complaint we had. When the renters above us were away it was magnificent!! The host was great.One other small con. The golf cart provided was old and only a 4-person cart. It was very slow and we routinely pulled over to let the traffic by. Again, a small issue that wasn't horrible.

4th of July Stay

I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was nice. We've stayed several times in this area of Sandestin. But unfortunately the owners/property managers were not very thorough. We looked for a pan to make brownies in and it was disgusting! It still had ALOT of food stuck on it and was never washed. So we figured we would use the clear pyrex dish to bake our brownies. While they were in the oven, we went to find oven mits and found nothing but 2 small dish towels. We had to contact the owners about this so that we could use the oven without burning ourselves. The golf cart listed in the hospitality app that was given to us in the instructions was the WRONG GOLF CART. Apparently we were using someone else's cart for almost the entire stay (1 week) and didn't know it. It was located rather far from the property but the number and picture listed in the app matched the "Kentucky Univ" golf cart and key that we were using. We only found out this was the wrong golf cart bc the headlights to that golf cart did not work and so we called for maintenance to check it out. We also planned to grill burgers the last day of our stay. When we opened the bbq pit it was extremely dirty and looked like it had not been cleaned in a long long time, so we figured we would put aluminum foil on top and grill that way. When we started up the grill it would not light up. This was the last Propane in the tank. Consequently we had to fry our burgers on the stove. Not too happy about that at all!! The property managers never even responded to that or apologized. Lastly there were 3-4 remotes for the main tv which were not labeled. It took a while to figure out which remote to use that would power the cable box. Would have been nice to be given some proper instructions instead of wasting time trying to make the tv work with a remote that was not really applicable to the operation of the tv. I think the property management needs a lot of improvement. There are alot of other Sandestin props to choose from.

We did not have a golf cart for two days of our stay which was the main reason we chose to stay here and not on the beach. Golf carts are fun! It took some strong talking and convincing to get another one. We were refunded $75 for the 2 days we were without. Other than that it was very nice and great location!

Booked my house back in June 2020 and 30 days before my arrival I left several messages before anyone called me back and the house was no longer available. Big hassle. Then 7 days out I never heard back for welcome packet, again has to call and leave several messages. The place was find except the wine openers were poor quality and both broke, dirty coke can under master bedroom nightstand. Couch needs updating. Found several cockroaches in bedroom and kitchen.

It was a great property. Only issues were 1) low water pressure in smaller bathrooms, 2) not enough light in the non-master bedroom, 3) golf cart parking was a bit inconvenient. I'd still rent again!

Condo was beautiful, well maintained and spacious. Very comfortable stay for my family of six. Beautiful views out back, and steps from the pool which my kids enjoyed. The golf cart conveniently allowed us to access the bread and some delicious restaurants close by. Just make sure you ask the person at the gate for directions. Lol. Well stocked with everything you’ll need for your stay and to cook meals if needed. Definitely would visit again!
