Stunning property

The house was stunning and the entire property was meticulous! It was exactly as pictured. The views from the decks (yes, TWO decks) were amazing. We were close to everything, yet far enough for it to be very quiet and relaxing. The owner was fantastic to work with and was really nice. We had zero issues and absolutely NO complaints! We will stay here again!!

Beach beauty

819 Plymouth Place did no disappoint! It was clean, with room for grandparents, parents and two kids. It is so close to everything, we could easily walk to the beach, the boardwalk and Varsity Inn! They had a closet with beach chairs, umbrellas, beach toys, etc. it was a great vacation!

OC trip

First time in OC. The property was as a good as advertised. The landlord was very responsive and check in/out process was easy. If you have young kids and want to be close to the boardwalk and shops, I would highly recommend.

Great vacation home!

No detail was overlooked. From the new sponge left for us to use in the kitchen sink (I’m a clean freak) to the hooks for towels and robes in the bathroom. The home was well appointed, clean and comfortable. The location was great for the kids to walk down to the boards and beach. Lauren (the owner) was quick to respond to any questions and concerns. We hope to be back soon!

Laurens Ocean City Rental Home was fantastic!!!

Me and my family enjoyed the rental very much! It had ample space and all the amenities that made our vacation complete. I even learned how to play Battleship with my 11tear old granddaughter!! lol Lauren had a lot of games for children. Every time I reached out to her, she responded in a relative short time and resolved all of my questions. This rental is definitely a beach beauty. I would highly recommend this home to my family and friends. I was also impressed with the book Lauren put together to let rentals know about the area and what to do and how, when to do all the things you need to do step by step. It is great having 3 bathrooms!!! The outside shower is great to have as well. Thank you so much Lauren for allowing us to share your gorgeous home for our vacation. Appreciate it very much. Perfect location

Had a wonderful family vacation! Great location to walk everywhere! The front porch was the best! We didn’t want to go to the beach some days. We just relaxed on the porch with food, drinks and a view of the ocean and boardwalk. The house was very clean and the kitchen was spacious and fun to cook in. Plates and bowls were so cute also. Nobody was fighting over the bathrooms because there are three of them! The steps to get in were a little much at first but you get used to them. The host Lauren is amazing and is quick to get back to you if you have any questions. Will definitely book here again.

Perfect location

Perfect location with a short walk to the beach and boardwalk. Condo was very spacious for our family of 6 adults and 2 children. Lauren was very responsive and answered my questions in a timely manner. Our family would definitely rent here again!

GREAT home close to the beach and boardwalk!

We liked this house so much that if I was in the market for a beach house, I'd buy it. Great deck where we spent a lot of time outside as well as a roof deck.

Myself and 6 of my friends stayed at this property and it was really nice. Truly , out of everything , I enjoyed communicating with Lauren . There was a little mishap on my end with confusion where to go and she helped me out but she was very fun to talk to and we joked a little bit about the whole situation. Shout out to Mrs. Pressler. Lauren answered all Q: when I asked and helped make sure we are accommodated appropriately. The place was very clean, I'm a neat freak and a I travel with bleach and disinfectant wipes but barley used them. Everything that you need is there to cook and eat with. The little things that we needed were there as well such as garbage bags, dish / dishwasher soap, cleaning supplies, etc. I had bought a bunch of things as if I was moving in to Laurens house but truly didn't need everything I bought because it was there. My friends and I saved money by cooking our own meals, we bought food out on the boardwalk once because we had a late dinner. The location is great, literally a 3-5 min walk to the boardwalk. Again, Lauren was who really sold the whole trip to me and very much appreciative of her and hope to get the opportunity to come back again.

Comfortable and spacious

Everything from the booking process to the check out process was easy. Communication with Lauren was great every step of the way. There were only five of us in the house but we could have easily fit four more people. The location was perfect, so close to the boardwalk. It did rain most of our trip so we were inside for the weekend but it was still a great time because of all of the comfortable seating in the living area and the large dining table was great for all of the games we brought. I would definitely come back again!

Great Location with nice outdoor spaces

We really enjoyed our stay at this property as we were looking to have easy access to the beach, boardwalk, and downtown and this fit the bill perfectly. We also really enjoyed the deck overlooking the street to the boardwalk and the rooftop deck giving great views of Ocean City at night. The owner was very helpful and easy to communicate with leading up to and during our stay which was great as we tried to decide what we needed to bring. The property was very child friendly which made our stay easy and parking was great as well.

Perfect location

We just completed our stay at this property, and it couldn't have been better! There were four adults and three children (ages 6 - 10.5 years). The location was perfect - beach block, easy access to the beach and boardwalk, and right in between both amusement parks. The place itself was very clean and more spacious than expected. The bedrooms were also quite large with ample storage in both the dressers provided and the amount of closet space. The two decks provided great options for relaxing after a day on the beach. Working with Lauren was so easy - any questions/concerns we had, she responded in a timely fashion. We would definitely rent this house again, and are already seeing if we can find a week next summer to do so!

Great house and manager

Lauren was communicative and gave all details up front. It was very easy to get into the house. I had a couple questions during thr trip which Lauren promptly answered. She's as good as it gets. The house itself was great. Clean, lots of bathrooms, access to a patio and roofdeck, and centrally located not far from tje boardwalk/beach. My family and I would happily rent again.

Family vacay!

We had a wonderful beach trip at the property! It was very close to the boardwalk and beach! We loved having three full bathrooms and an outside shower. It was perfect for our family!

We wanted a house that would allow us to vacation as an extended family! With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, we stay with all the cousins and grandparents and everyone is comfortable. We also wanted the convenience of walk-ability. Packing up a car every time you want to go somewhere is time-consuming and labor intensive with 5 kids between us, so beachblock and 2 blocks to downtown really appealed to us. The final cherry on top was the roof deck. Seeing the Ferris Wheel, AC, & ocean from up there is magical!
