Vacation
Took us almost 2 hours to park, because the parking garage was under maintenance. Which was a big inconvenience being told our vehicle would be towed at our expense, and nobody let us know upon arrival. Finally after arriving into the condo they left wet sheets in the washer, dry towels in the dryer, and a dishwasher completely full. It wasn’t clean, and the balconies do not slide open, so the chairs on the balconies are false advertising. The keys hardly would work to get into any of the doors,all of the on site management who reside there were so snobby, sarcastic and beyond rude. Maintenance just walked into our condo without a notice as we were home, and it made us feel so unsafe. One of our showers didn’t work properly. Asked the onsite manage what time the pool closed he laughed and said idk 7:30, and walked away. When we arrived they were beyond rude, and very nasty to us. They do not leave any laundry supplies , and no supplies at that. They do have beach chairs ect, but it’s a pain to get to them. Very upset with our stay, and zero communication. Very ran down!!! The only nice thing was the location on the beach. I would most definitely never stay AGAIN, and I won’t recommend any of my family who stays at Anna Marie to ever book with this place. HORRIBLE STAY! Was shocked when the maintenance knocked, and then helped themselves to just walk into our condo while my teenage daughters were inside. It was so unacceptable, and there is absolutely ZERO communication.
