Este moderno apartamento recientemente renovado se encuentra en el distrito de Giudecca, al sur del centro histórico de Venecia, al que se puede llegar en 3 minutos en vaporetto. La zona es tranquila y residencial, con pocos turistas. El apartamento puede alojar hasta 7 personas y se distribuye en dos niveles. Disfruta de una vista maravillosa del canal de Giudecca y tiene un diseño contemporáneo, al tiempo que mantiene elementos clásicos como techos con vigas y parquet que crean un ambiente cálido y acogedor. The Only VBRO We Wouldn't Return To

The apartment is nice enough and has a great view but the shower upstairs leaked into the first floor. We notified the property manager with no response. Also the AC didn't seem to work so we opened the windows and had a nice breeze but that let in a lot of mosquitoes and now our kids have a ton of bites. You also have to manage your own trash. Next time we'll pass. (This is our first negative VBRO review.) Aircon, no leaks, and screens on the windows would get 5 stars.

Lovely Apartment with a beautiful view

We stayed two nights and loved this apartment, great location just far enough away from the hustle and bustle but within a two minute walk to the nearest water taxi. The communication with the host was great and keys left in a lockbox on the door. We didn't use the cooking facilities but there seemed to be everything you would need if you wanted to. Would recommend and stay again.

Schöne Aussichtslage; laut durch Trattoria direkt drunter und laute Motorboote in der Nacht; bei Anreise mit 7 Personen waren zwei Schlafgelegenheiten nicht bezogen; Sofas zerschlissen; Küche (Backofen, Schubladen; Küchenschränke) dreckig; zu wenig Besteck und Sitzgelegenheiten für 7 Personen; keine Geschirrtücher und Spülschwämme vorhanden; keine Beleuchtung über dem Esstisch; Bäder winzig; Treppenhaus verdreckt.

Great view and convenient location

Great view and convenient location away from the tourist traps near San Marco. Senore Federico was very responsive. If you want the amenities of the Hilton Stucky you can stay there but at this price point, there is probably not a better option in all of Venice.

Great!

The host welcomed us at the ferry terminal and gave us clear directions on how to get to the air bnb from the train station. The apartment felt very safe. The view from the window is amazing to wake up too with the water - just like the photos. The host gave us great restaurant recommendations and helped on any questions we had which made our stay in Venice perfect. As we had a late flight we were also able to leave our luggage there during the day which was a massive help as it meant we didn’t have to carry our bags around for the day. The area is much more quiet than the main island but highly recommend as it’s only a 10-15 min ferry to the square. Highly recommend to stay here.

My Worst Rental Experience Ever

The apartment is in a lovely spot, with a great view of the canal. Unfortunately, that is all that can be said for it. The air conditioning cools only the front of the apartment. Upstairs is unbearably hot (and I am very tolerant of the heat, having lived often in Venice). The only place where one can sleep is on the lower floor, in the room with the two not very comfortable single beds. It could be ok for two travelers, but that's it. Couples and larger groups should avoid this place. The apt. is managed by an agency in Rome, which doesn't know Venice well. They have hired a Venetian to come and go for them, so a guest is at three degrees removal from the owner. When a problem arose (a shoddy key, which broke one evening in the lock, just a few days after our arrival), it was a nightmare to solve. The agency called or sent messages every day, both from themselves and from the owner, who lives in Morocco and demanded that we pay for everything. The experience ruined the entire stay. Everything the other reviews say about the agency and its sudden demand for fees at the end of the stay is true. Avoid this place, unless you have money to burn and are traveling in a cold month, alone.

Schön gelegenes Apartment, mit kleinen Mängeln

Die Ferienwohnung war sehr gut gelegen, leider funktionierte das Warmwasser in der Küche nicht und die Klima ist nur im unteren Teil der Wohnung einsetzbar. In der Galerie oben war es aufgrund der Wärme nicht möglich zu schlafen. Das Treppenhaus zur Wohnung stank erbärmlich. Die Reinigungspauschale von 150 € ist zu hoch angesetzt und steht in keinem Verhältnis zur Sauberkeit! Resume unserer Kurzreise, schöne Wohnung an sich, tolle Lage und Aussicht leider Sauberkeitsmängel.

Fantastisch uitzicht maar kapotte airco, geen warm water keuken, kapotte wasemkap, nauwelijks werkende wifi, wasmaschine stond onder in een vies hok, vanaf smorgens vroeg kabaal bij buren.

A good location, directly on the canal, with large windows with a good view of parts of Venice.

I would caution any "senior" about the spiral stairs leading to the upstairs master bedroom loft. They are of uneven depths and quite challenging. They did a good job of utilizing the small space with the cabinets and furnishings that maximize the overall feel of largeness. The location is close to two vaporetto stops, the fish market, 3 bakeries, and a short 5 minute walk to the coop (supermarket) No TV for video or news watching, but I assume everyone is on line anyway, so not a big deal. No microwave, but not a terrible inconvenience. No dishwasher, again not much of a bother. With the downstairs bedroom it will comfortable sleep 4 adults, and two extra beds upstairs if you have kids or teenagers that don't mind a lack of privacy and don't mind sharing the small bathroom (there is a second bathroom on the bottom floor. I'm giving it a 4 star for the reasons above, and the cost of the property being quite high relative to many other properties we've had on Giudecca.

malgré avoir respecter toutes les consignes donées par ABRITEL home away il y a eu une très mauvaise coordination a l arrivée de venise avec la personne de l'agence, impossible de contacter cette personne au 1er n° de téléphone, quant au 2ème n° ce n'était pas le bon,(ces numéros de téléphone étaient indiqués sur le site ABRITEL HOME AWAY d'où 2 heures d'attente sur la place ROMA;nous avons du contacté ABRITEL en france ce qui nous à bien dépanné. Quant à l'appartement qui est bien situé, pour le tarif élevé, il manque tout de même une série de casserole, des cuillères à café, une bouilloire et une télévision!!!!!

Alto potenziale mal gestito e poco curato

La casa ha enorme potenziale per l'ospitalità di breve periodo: posizione, vista incantevole, design interno MA si propone fin da subito in modo sciatto e molto poco attento ai suoi ospiti. In particolare: 1. la pulizia non è curata: molta polvere in luoghi non frequentemente usati dagli ospiti 2. i tessuti erano macchiati e sporchi (poltrona, sopraccoperte, tende e cuscini di arredo) Insomma, con una gestione più attenta la casa offrirà un rifugio ideale per vacanze a Venezia in Giudecca.

Great view and close to water bus stops. Stylish decoration and clean.

Lovely atmosphere with nice decorations and view stunning from living room windows. Really knew you were in Venice. Main drawback was lack of air conditioning unit for upstairs sleeping area as it was very hot at the end of July when we visited. Kitchen is a little basic but OK for short stay. Lots of great restaurants nearby. Host helpful and prompt for key handover.

man möchte nie mehr gehen

die Wohnung ist sehr geschmackvoll und individuell zugeschnitten und eingerichtet. Das Bett auf der Empore vermittelt Leichtigkeit, die Aussicht ist traumhaft und verführt erst gar nicht mit dem Boot auf die Seite fahren zu wollen, die man den ganzen Tag aus der Wohnung sehen kann. Die Bootshaltestelle ist einen Steinwurf entfernt. Außer im Sommer werden wir immer wieder diese Wohnung mieten. Im Sommer befürchten wir die Geräusche des unter der Wohnung liegenden Restaurants, wenn die Außentische benutzt werden können. Jetzt im Februar war vom Restaurant nichts zu hören. Wenn es etwas zu mäkeln gäbe, dann ist es höchstens der hohe Preis der Endreinigung.

Beautiful location

Location is what this apartment is all about. The Giudecca is the ideal place particularly for those who are familiar with Venice. This apartment which looks out over the canal towards San Marco and Dorsoduro is attractive inside and out. The ground floor has twin beds and a nice large bathroom; the upstairs, which is actually a mezzanine, has a large bed and two twin beds on two levels. The bathroom upstairs is adequate. I would not recommend the apartment for older people if they plan to use the upstairs. The stairs are steep and the extra steps to the larger bed quite dangerous in the dark. Young people and children could use the upstairs area happily. The kitchen is small but adequate and there are numerous food outlets very close so it is very pleasant having breakfast around the table. Cooking for a group would be difficult. The letting agent is in Rome which has its downside. The corridor and steps leading to the apartment were unswept and untidy and when we spoke to the local contact he said it 'is not my job'. Perhaps not. We liked very much the manager of the marvelous laundromat a few steps away, so helpful and cheerful. Is he available? On the whole we think this is an apartment that several young couples or a family would very much enjoy.

We enjoyed our stay in Giudecca

Very well located with tremendous view. Not so spacious for a family of six. Internet did work properly. No dish washing machine. Very hot in the rooms beneath the roof ( air condition for upstairs urgently needed). Very high costs for cleaning.

Nice little apartement, with small handycaps...

It war really as nice, as it looks at the pictures. But: The vaccumcleaner was not working and should be changed. I would not recomend this apartement to families with small childreen, because the upper floor, with the doublebed is a littel dangerous for little explorers. The couches were very squashy and the bathrooms are asking for beeing refurbished. Nevertheless it is a very nice little apartement and we would come back. Especially the big windows, with the awsome view on the chanal, would be a reason to book this apartement again. The kitchen is small, but functional. Maybe a family with one or two bigger children (over 5 years) would fit good in this apartement.
