Es un apartamento acojedor 50m2 ubicado en el primer piso de un edificio del los anos1600, restaurado completamente en el 2012. Los techos tienen trabas ala vista de época en madera rosada antigua y pisos en mármol Veneciano. Decorado con muebles antiguos y modernos. Tiene vista a sia la laguna en frente puedes ver la isla de Murano. Cuenta con cocina independiente con electrodomésticos de marca Miele, baño lujoso con regadera de cerámica (Villeroy& Boch) , 1 recámara una con cama king size. Cuenta también con una sala con sofá-cama (King Size). El departamento tiene capacidad para 4 personas.Tiene toda comfortabilidad nesesaria.
Cuenta con aire acondicionado en cada abitacion, TV, teléfono, calefaccio'n, autónoma, horno a microondas, lava vajillas, refrijerador. Cuenta con todas los utecilios necesarios en la cocina. Esta situado en una posición central y tranquila. Desde su ubicación se puede visitar la ciudad a pie o en transporte publico.
En 10 minutos a pie se puede llegar al Puente Rialto, en 15 minutos a pie se llega a Plaza San Marco.
La parada de las embarcaciones publicas se encuentran a pocos pasos de distancia. Cerca del apartamento puedes encontrar bares,pizzerias,y restaurantes. y varios tipos de negocios.
Los propietarios habitan en la parte superior del edificio,hablan y escriben fluidamente Ingles,Francés y Alemán. Están a su dispocicion para cualquier tipo ayuda o emerjencia. El precio incluye tos los servicios.Limpieza final 50 euro.

Magical Venice

Amazing place, amazing host. Great value compared to other places we were looking at. It's a bit off the beaten path, which means about a ten minute walk to get to the really touristy spots, but Venice is so small and walkable it's not really a problem. And so easy to get to Burano / Murano!

Great Location and Excellent Host

Elise was an excellent host providing us with information about how to get around Venice and recommendations for eateries. We communicated through what’s app. She brought us some dessert one day! The apartment is well decorated and comfortable. We we’re grateful for the quiet after walking through Venice. It’s located close to the transit boats which made it easy to get around. I would highly recommend this property.

Localización y estancia perfectas

La localización es ideal tanto para caminar por la ciudad como para moverse a otras islas: Murano, Burano, Torcelo. Hay comunicación directa con vaporetto a otros lugares de Venecia y hacia el aeropuerto con el allilaguna. La zona es muy tranquila y tiene varias trattorias, heladeria y pizzería cerca, por lo que hay ambiente. El apartamento ofrece todos los servicios. salón amplio y cómodo, cocina completamente equipada y con detalles como aceite, azucar,café,; la habitación amplia y el baño cómodo y completo, aire acondicionado. El mobiliario es bueno y puesto con buen gusto. Las vistas a la laguna estupendas. La relación calidad / precio muy buena. A todo ello hay que añadir la amabilidad de Elisa, su dueña que informa de todo y está dispuesta a solucionar cualquier problema que surja (por problemas del avión llegamos en la madrugada y ella nos recibió sin una sola queja). Completamente recomendable

No better VRBO rental to stay in Venice!

Five stars for this beautiful apartment in Venice. Elisa was better than the perfect host. Meeting us as we disembarked the airport boat shuttle on the Fundemente Nove stop, she gave us a thorough introduction to our well-stocked, roomy, meticulously clean apartment. For five days we experienced labyrinth of Venice with great pleasure and fun, but always looked forward to returning to our retreat. The neighborhood was Venetian, rather than touristy, with a beautiful full view of the lagoon and distant Murano. We had perfect quiet any time of day or night, and an immersion into real Venetian life. Thank you, Elisa. And yes, we will come again and send our family and friends to your welcoming apartment!

Magnificent!!

This was an amazing place to stay .... Every detail from arriving to departing was more than perfect. The apartment is beautiful and everything I needed was provided..The owner was so kind and helpful....and I was sad when I left. She became an instant friend .I will definitely return to this amazing place in Canneregio. Perfect location.

Quality location with excellent host!

Elisa was phenomenal! Met me at the ferry station which was super close. She helped me with my luggage since I had 2 pieces. Gave me a tour of the unit. The kitchen and bathroom were roomy and the guests needs were well thought out (coffee, washcloths, microwave, very large shower with soaps etc. The kitchen is fully stocked with quality pots, pans, olive oil etc.) and bed was comfortable. The unit is newly remolded and very modern. Even the utensils were nice quality. Elisa gave a lot of useful tips for my stay. The view of the water was perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I watched both with some Italian coffee. I would definitely recommend this unit and would definitely stay here on my next visit!

Celebrating in Venice

We celebrated a BIG birthday and NYE in Elisa,s PERFECT apartment. If there were 10 stars for all the categories Elisa would get all10s!! Apartment is so convenient to the Watertaxi from airport. The location is beautiful and quiet but just a short walk into the many Campo Venice offers. Interior is amazing. Kitchen is great. Baths lovely. Bed comfortable. Nice linens. We were met at the Watertaxi by Elisa who walked us to apartment- where she had left us a Christmas cake. She walked us through the entire place and then sat down with a detailed folder of restaurants, tours, water taxi schedules. She has a map color coded with some of her favorites. Her directions even included a drawing of npboth the dishwasher and washing machine with directions in English. We cannot overstate her thoroughness in every area. Best of all when we left she walked us to the Watertaxi and said goodbye as if we had been friends for years. Absolutely one of the best VRBO experiences we have ever had. Thanks so much Elisa. We will be back!!

If I could give more stars I would.

Starting with the excellent communication and replies to questions to the farewell walk at the Vaporetto stop, everything was top notch. Necessary soaps, towels, linens, directions, instructions and suggestions were all supplied. Highly recommend and would stay here again.

The best spot to stay in Venice!

I can't say enough good things about this property. Elisa was beyond helpful from the minute we booked her apt. She was so helpful with all the information we needed and helped with suggestions on everything from parking to where to eat( her recommendations were spot on!). The apt was exactly as advertised and pictures were exact. Views were amazing. She has everything you need down to coffee...:) Quiet spot away from it all, but a quick walk to all the major spots. Would have no hesitation booking with her again.

Place to return

We just spent three (too few) nights in this wonderful apartment. We left our rental car at the airport, walked peacefully to the site from where an Alilaguna boat (Blue Line) took us to Fondamente Nove, and there Elisa was waiting for us! We walked together perhaps 50 meters to the apartment, no problems with our pretty heavy luggage. We found a very nice, modern, well-equipped apartment with a wonderful view. Everything of good quality and well-functioning. You can cook what you want. Fresh coffee! Elisa explained us everything we needed to know of the apartment. Whenever we needed some extra help, Elisa was easy to reach. There are good shops close to the apartment, and cafes, wine bars …..We especially like Cannaregio area. When we had to leave, Elisa was again helping us. We could leave our luggage to the apartment until we finally took a boat back to the airport. Elisa took us to the boat, taking care that we were the first to enter the boat:). Wonderful apartment in wonderful location, and what a wonderful hostess. You come here once and return many times.

Lovely, comfortable apartment in the best Venice neighborhood

This lovely apartment is the perfect place to spend several days or a week in Venice. Just steps away from the Fondamenta Nove Alilaguna and ACTV stops, it is very easy to get to with almost no bridges to lug your suitcases over. The location is wonderful in that it is in a quiet part of Venice, but Venice being small and compact, the major sites are ten minutes walking distance. We loved this location because it was very quiet and yet a few alleys away were lively restaurants, bars and important sights. The apartment is very well equipped with whatever you might need including cooking utensils, soaps, extra towels, shopping bags, umbrellas, and -- for many Americans -- washcloths and hair dryer. The Wifi worked very well, as did the air conditioning, dishwasher and clothes washer. The rooms are good sized and comfortable, with plenty of storage in the bedroom. The shower is large, with plenty of hot water and good pressure. The mattress may be a bit hard for American tastes, but we found it comfortable. Best of all, Elisa is a friendly, welcoming and helpful host, both meeting us when we arrived at the Alilaguna stop and accompanying us to the ACTV stop on our way out. She provided a folder with information about her favorite restaurants and bars and encouraged us to visit some lesser known sights that only true a true Veneziana would know. The communication from start to finish was excellent. I highly recommend this apartment in Venice and we hope to return one day soon.

Perfect retreat in Venice!

We loved our stay in Venice! Elisa was a fantastic host. The apartment is perfectly located walking distance to everything, but quietly situated. The view is amazing - you can watch the boats pass by just outside the windows. The apartment is super clean and very comfortable. Every amenity is available. Elisa carefully explained how to take the vaporetto from the train station and met us on arrival to escort us to the flat. She provided excellent information and maps with suggested restaurants, etc. We enjoyed every minute of our stay!

Weekend in Venice

What a find this property was! We enjoyed the location near Fondamente Nuove, the view of the lagoon, and also being away from the crowds while still being close to all the sights. Usually pictures do not live up to reality, but this apartment exceeded the pictures. The owners have done an excellent job remodeling and we had all the comforts of home. We would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you Elisa for being so attentive and helpful!

Lovely in every way

Elisa met us at the vaperetto stop in a storm at midnight what more can I say great location elegant furnishings spotless clean nothing to want for As far as rentals go this is one of the best in Venice I’ve no doubt we looked long and hard before choosing this Great host wish I could have stared longer you can watch the boats go by out of the window on the lagoon with views of Burano what could be better Away from the crowds but a lovely 10 min stroll to Rialto bridge everything you need in the apt bedroom most charming with original beams and modern bathroom and kitchen thank you Elisa we will be back

Fantastic experience

From the fast and detailed communication with the property owner before we even booked through a six day trip we will never forget, this was the perfect rental. Elisa helped prepare us for our stay at her beautiful apartment (overlooking the lagoon with views of the neighboring islands) with a handy guide book and instructions, answering every question we had. The apartment was immaculate and had every amenity we needed. The location was ideal, far enough away from the crowds to feel like a local yet right next to a vaporetto station and within easy walking distance to all the sights. I enthusiastically recommend this rental for a memorable Venice experience.

Great apartment, fabulous view, wonderful host

This beautiful apartment in the Cannaregio is in a great location - right at the ferry to the airport. It's easy to walk to everything in Venice or to take a vaporetto right at the front door. The view is incomparable, looking out over the Lagoon to Murano. The apartment is very thoughtfully set up with everything you could want. We cooked a great meal there on one of our three days in the city. One of the problems of not staying in a hotel is that you don't have a concierge, but Elisa is a great one. She gave us all kinds of tips and recommendations for staying in this beautiful city. Highly recommended, would stay here again

Wonderful apartment, amazing views and a very convenient location!

The apartment is very easy to get to. We caught the Alilaguna blue line boat service straight from the airport to the Fondamante Nove stop which is within 50 yards of the apartment. Many of the vaporetto lines also stop at Fondamente Nove, which makes the apartment a very convenient place from which to explore Venice, including direct boats to San Michele, Murano and Burano. The apartment itself is lovely. Beautifully furnished and fully equipped with everything that you could want during your stay. The views over San Michele and Murano are magnificent and the boat activity outside is a constant source of entertainment. The doible glazing is really good, so the apartment is very quiet both during the day and at night. Elisa, the owner, could not have been more helpful, from meeting us at the quay on arrival to making sure we got away on time for our return to the airport. We had a lovely holiday.

We felt immediately at home !The view from the apartment is exceptional. You can see the lagune and the boats passing by. The decoration in the apartment is authentic and also luxurious. Not a "5 Star" but a "6 Star" in Venice

What a blessing to stay at Casa Fondamente Nuove 1 on our visit to Venice! This is beyond a "5 Star" accommodation so we give it 6 Stars. On the water, in a quiet neighborhood, close to the vaoporetto (water bus), amazingly equipped, beautifully decorated, and a gracious host. You will want for nothing if you stay here for Elise will make sure that all is well for you. Her orientation to Venice, guidance on getting around this beautiful city, and the guide book that she has prepared will assist you in your travels. If you are planning to come and enjoy this beautiful city, then this is the place that you need to stay.

A fantastic experience in every regard!

My wife and I had an exceptional stay in Venice, in large part due to the outstanding experience thanks to Elisa and the wonderful accommodations. The apartment was in a fantastic location - right on the water, close to the water bus transportation and near many restaurants, shops and activities.
