Loved this condo! The location is amazing! We walked to the pier for supper every night. It’s also steps from the beach with a lifeguard on patrol in the area. The pool area was also very nice and never got too crowded. Great for families. The beach chairs & toys were great to have included in the condo. We had great waves for boogie boarding. The only negative I have is the lack of hot water for showers. The 1st night I thought we ran out quickly because my husband and son were showering at the same time. But on the 2nd night I was the 1st & only one showering, and it ran out in less than 10 minutes. The sofa is also different and not a sofa bed, but we made it work.

Very nice rental

Loved the beachfront room - to look out on the ocean during breakfast was great and easy beach access was wonderful. Roof top is really cool for sunrise/sunset. Great location. We used the kitchen extensively; as well as the gas grill (this is a must for me!) Place was clean - could have used a few more floor mats at entry (for sandy/wet feet.) Master bedroom would benefit from some better curtains; the blinds let alot of light in from the surrounding halls. Regardless, we all really enjoyed our stay and will likely be back someday soon!

Great Location

We very much enjoyed our stay at Chateau by the Seas. It was a perfect location and had spectacular views of both the sunrise and sunset. The property was clean and well appointed and we were all very comfortable. Thanks for a great stay!

Super fun and close to the pier

Awesome spot with views and we got to see a rocket launch from the rooftop deck. Pool was great and the help was super polite and helpful. I can't imagine a better place to stay in Cocoa Beach. We are for sure coming back!

Perfect stay

Property was excellent. Clean, new and well situated to enjoy everything Cocoa Beach has to offer. We even watched a Falcon 9 launch from our balcony!

Chateau by the Sea

Nice location on the water. Inadequately furnished for four adults. Furniture on balcony oversized with room for people! Misadvertised: two master suites but only one had a king size bed. Bathrooms were very small and poorly lit. Not enough towels.

Great Place To Spend a Week

Our family of four really enjoyed our stay at Chateau By the Sea. We stayed in Unit 207 which had a great view of the beach and pool. The condo was clean and perfect size for our two little ones. Pool is in the shade in afternoon but that was actually a good thing after being at the beach all day! We were able to walk to many spots and didn't need a car. The staff on-site was very accommodating. We will be booking another stay here for sure!

Great Fall Break

We had a great time at the condo. It was well stocked and clean. Loved the views from our porch. Very easy to get to the pool and the beach. My kids wish the pool was a little warmer! Management was amazing and easy to contact. Peaceful and wonderful trip!

Loved the location and the access to,beach. The kitchen was small and water pressure in bathroom sinks was terrible. The patio area on balcony was tight and only room for two people. Otherwise, everything was great.

Great during the day; noisy late at night

We really enjoyed our trip and the condo, except for not being able to sleep well at night. I think maybe it was just bad luck for us and I will say the host seemed to take complaints of noisy guests seriously and attempted to establish quiet hours beginning at 10 pm. I think it’s just difficult to control and the bedrooms share a wall with the outdoor hallway so that you can hear everything going on outside.

We spent part of our kid’s spring break here and regret not staying the whole week. The condo was absolutely perfect ! Only downfall was ,we didn’t have enough time to enjoy all the beach had to offer!! Perfect location! Condo had everything you would need!! We plan to visit again hopefully later in the summer! Thanks for opening up your condo for families like mine who enjoy making memories!!!!

Our stay at Chateau by the Sea was terrific. The condo was immaculate and included everything you could need for a short or long vacation stay. The appliances, cookware, and dishware were all clean. Our unit had a dishwasher and washer and dryer, convenient after a day at the beach or pool. Our unit also included bath towels, beach towels, brand new beach chairs, and umbrella! The location of Chateau by the Sea was the best. We were close to the pier and walking distance to lots of restaurants and bars. We would highly recommend Chateau by the Sea!

Nice spot on the beach

This is a great condo for the price. It was great to have a spot to bring the dog and our toddler; we really enjoyed the sunrise view, beach proximity, easy dog walking sidewalks (no dogs on beach at this location), and the pool. The pool was heated, but rather sporadically- I think they were doing some improvements. Overall, nice spot to enjoy cocoa beach. Thank you!

Great Location

Overall really nice place and great response and communication from property manager. Master Bathroom drain was clogged and they came and unclogged it quickly. Master bath is a little tight, but not a nuisance by any stretch of the imagination. One thing I would suggest is to install a garbage disposal. Although, to be fair I am not sure if they are not allowed or something like that. I would reccomend staying here. Quiet place for as close to the pier as it is, which is very very convenient.

Perfect Beach Condo

Our stay in Cocoa Beach was perfect!! The condo was very clean and exactly what we expected. We found a dog friendly beach a short drive away, which allowed our Golden Retriever to enjoy the fun. We would definitely stay again!!!

Great Location

Upon our 16 hour commute the cleaners had not been there so we arrived to only clean that first night. Sent pics and phones call Steph/Bri and Bri finally called back. It was late! She offered to let us stay in another condo for the night but I was almost done cleaning and my family was exhausted. They did reimburse some monies to compensate for the mess. After that the rest of stay was nice. Cleaners did come next day to wipe the place down and we enjoyed the rest of our stay. Neighbors are quiet so we all got the rest we desperately craved. Enjoyed the beach and pool time. Walked to the pier for dessert and sat outside on balcony to enjoy dinner and hear the waves roll in. Location is amazing

Great View

This was a very convenient location. Very near the pier and there was a grocery store and other shopping nearby. The building could use a little updating, but the unit was clean and comfortable. The bathrooms are small and rather dark, but spend very little time in them, so who cares? We were able to see a rocket launch right from our balcony. Loved that. Dog walk area is very nice. We had a nice week.

Lots of family fun

Our family of 4 had a great time! We loved the view from the balcony, had lots of fun on the beach! Being close to the pier was fun, played lots of beach volleyball! The hosts were very responsive, and providing boogies boards and beach chairs was was a really nice gesture!
