¡Alojamiento lujoso en la única comunidad cerrada en el Seven Springs Resort en Laurel Highlands del oeste de Pennsylvania! Acceso de esquí desde la cubierta trasera! Con un remonte privado para la comunidad cerrada, servicio de transporte gratuito al complejo y acceso al centro de recreación Southwinds, que cuenta con una gran piscina al aire libre, bañera de hidromasaje, sala de juegos y gimnasio, este es un lugar privilegiado para una escapada en cualquier época del año.

La gran casa adosada de tres habitaciones y tres baños ofrece un plano de planta abierto con televisores de pantalla plana, dos chimeneas de gas, encimeras de granito, aire acondicionado central para el confort del verano y muchas habitaciones para dormir. El nivel de entrada tiene un garaje para un solo automóvil. El segundo nivel ofrece la sala de estar, comedor, cocina, un dormitorio con literas y un baño completo. Ubicada en el nivel superior, la suite principal cuenta con una cama queen, chimenea a gas, un lujoso baño principal con ducha de azulejos, bañera grande para relajarse y lavabos para él y para ella. El nivel superior también cuenta con un segundo dormitorio con cama queen y baño completo adicional.

Las actividades del resort para el aventurero de invierno incluyen esquí, paseos en trineo, recorridos en motos de nieve y raquetas de nieve, y tubos de nieve. Las actividades en el interior incluyen bolos, minigolf, patinaje, sala de juegos, natación, relajarse en una bañera de hidromasaje o disfrutar del spa. Para los amantes del clima más cálido al aire libre hay golf, recorridos en tirolesa, ciclismo de montaña, tobogán alpino y torre, golf de disco, pesca y paseos en telesilla.

We had a great stay! The location is fantastic and is truely a Ski In/Out unit. The home was very clean and had all of the ameneties needed. The owner was very responsive and we will definitely be back in the future!

We stayed there Thurs. -Sunday. The location was great and we really enjoyed staying there! The host was quick to respond. The check in was very simple and place was clean. There were a few minor things during our stay which is the only reason I rated 4 stars. The fireplace in the bedroom didn’t work and the bottom was open exposing wires. Also, the dishwasher did not wash well. Most times I had to rewash the dishes and a couple times the door popped open in the middle of the drying cycle. When we first got there the smoke detector was beeping like the battery was low, but there were no batteries to replace. The place was great, host was great. The ski in- ski out was amazing and It was also nice having shuttle to take us to and from main resort. I would definitely stay there again!

Great Ski House

Perfect for our ski trip. Clean, well stocked and ample room! Would definitely rent again. Only issue was the lift that enables ski in was not working; however you could ski out!!

The property and accommodations were excellent. Great choice to stay, along with the ease of skiing in and out of the condo. I would highly recommend for all ages. The property manager was prompt and extremely helpful with any questions.

The house is very nice and the neighborhood is my favorite at Seven Springs. Everything was clean and the beds were very comfortable. My only complaint is that the lift to Southwind was down (and has been down for months) and all the runs in Southwind were closed and not groomed. In my opinion this changes the value of the rental as it is not the same ski in/ski out experience that I like to have and that I pay extra for. Had I known this ahead of time I would’ve probably booked a different house in a different area. Although that one area was a disappointment the home was very nice and our family had a good time! Thank you for sharing your home.

Perfect location with access to slopes.

Overall a great stay, however, the bath water in one bathroom was yellow and some of the dishes had to be washed prior to use as they were in the cabinet dirty.

Stephanie thanks for staying with us and we apologize about a few dishes were dirty bad sometimes the previous tenants do dishes and they do not notice them when they put them away. We are now cleaning all prior to the next tenant. As far as the water the water company worked on the water main break that weak and the lines were not fully flushed. We strive to be a 5 STAR listing and sometimes small things we can not control. We are glad you did enjoy your stay

Annual Family Skiing Trip 2023!!

We had a fantastic family skiing trip! House was top notch and very clean! Location was awesome - very easy to ski in and out! Had everything we needed!! Check in was keyless - host was very easy to get back to with any questions I had! Highly recommend this great place to stay - will be back!! Love Seven Springs!!

Wonderful place for a winter/ski vacation

This is our third year staying here and we keep coming back for many reasons. Just enough room and nice baths for our crowd. Wifi, Netflix, Hulu, etc and nice kitchen. It truly is ski-in/ski-out - many places advertise this but are not truly SI/SO.

We stayed at Brian's property this past weekend because my son was getting married at Seven Springs at Meadow View and the reception was in the lodge. The condo was great. Had all the space that we needed. Great location and pool!
