You'll Never Want to go Home!!!

Our end-unit condominium has been renovated with vinyl flooring, freshly stained trim, and bedding. The decor is warm, comfortable and inviting.
Conveniently located in the Woodridge Village of Seven Springs, it is perfectly situated for a multitude of year-round activities.

The unique open floor plan includes a spacious sunken living room with comfy couches and a cozy floor-to-ceiling stone fireplace, a well-stocked kitchen and a dining area for meals/cards/board games. A kidney shaped, marble-topped island centers the kitchen with pub chairs alongside for casual dining or computer work. Kids of all ages can enjoy the gaming set-up in the double over double with trundle bunk bed room. The room offers gaming rockers that have charging stations and cables to connect just about any type of gaming equipment!! The condo comfortably sleeps 11.

Enjoy the outdoor living spaces as well! Savor sunrises and morning coffee on the balcony off the master bedroom. In the warmer months, play games, have drinks, or eat a meal on the outdoor bar top/gas fire pit which seats 6-8. A gas grill with equipment is also available for preparing meals. Our condominium faces a densely wooded area for privacy and has yard space suitable for games.

We are within walking distance to hiking trails, mountain biking, a communal pool and hot tub (available Memorial Day through Labor Day), sand volleyball, basketball court, tennis courts and a playground.

Ski season is taken care of as well! A lockable shed for housing your skis/poles is adjacent to our front door. The foyer includes benches for ski day prep, cubbies for gloves and boots, and shelves for helmets.

Take the on-call shuttle (stop is right outside of our condo) to the ski lodge, restaurants, spa, golf resort, clay shooting range, fly fishing, zip lining, the alpine slide, indoor mini golf, bowling, ax throwing, horseback riding and other activities offered in the 7 Springs area. Our condo is not ski-out but could be ski-in. We are about 200 yards from the Village Trail (slight uphill climb). It is easiest to take the shuttle to the next development up the hill or up to the top/bottom of the mountain.

This was a beautiful condo especially with the lovely decorations. Everything was well-stocked- kitchen utensils, paper products, towels, etc. Everything was in good working condition- nothing but positive things to say. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend to all.

Relaxing Get Away

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and a great variety of spices in the cabinet. Will recommend it to everyone I know.

The layout worked great for our group! We could all hang out comfortably in the family room, all fit at the dining table and kitchen was roomy for several of us to cook together! Would recommend for friends with kids getting together!!

Just what we were looking for!

We couldn’t have been more pleased with the home. The location was convenient to the slopes. The home was just as advertised. It was clean, welcoming, and well appointed. The kids loved the bunk bed room and squirreled away in there after skiing. The house had plenty of space for our party of nine. Communications with the host were informative, quick, and friendly. We’d stay again if we go to Seven Springs next season!

Wonderful winter weekend

Great weekend at a lovely property. It was generously stocked with kitchen items , small appliances, games and linens. The gas fireplace was a welcome addition on a cold and snowy weekend. Although we didn’t use the shuttle to/from the resort we saw it frequently in the plan. Our grandkids loved the bunk beds and the gaming chairs.

Perfect vacation getaway at perfect condo

We are repeat customers and love staying at this property. It's extremely well stocked - an abundance of linens, dishes/utensils, pots/pans, even spices! We brought our clothes, ski gear, and meals, that's it. Made for easy vacation prep. The shuttle service is a bonus. And the condo is very nicely decorated. It's clear that owners care about their property and guests who stay there.

Perfect Weekend!!

Can’t say enough about this property. We’ve stayed in many rentals at 7-Springs and this one was by far the best! Kitchen was stocked with everything one would need to cook for 12! Immaculately clean. Decorated so tastefully. Located directly across from the shuttle stop. Owner was immediately responsive. We will definitely be back!!!

Perfect ski getaway

Incredibly well-stocked condo (including lots of games, nice TP, charging stations and anything else you could need)! Easy shuttle service to and from hotel/main lodge/chairlifts. Ski storage locker outside the front door and shelves for ski boots inside the entry were very helpful. Would be a nice place to stay in summer too, with several outdoor spaces and a bit of yard. Loved that it was an end unit, as you can hear the neighbors on the attached side. Quick + easy communication with the owners. Would definitely rent again!

Family Reunion

We shared the house with our daughter, our son and daughter and law, and their three children. We were attending a family reunion and other houses were rented in the Villages. The house was perfect for our needs and we very much enjoyed our stay. We highly recommend the property!

Great family ski vacation at a lovely decorated and exceptionally well stocked condo. I loved that we didn't need to bring sheets or blankets or towels. And the condo was very clean when we arrive. The shuttle service to the ski resort was a breeze to use. And the owner was readily available and responsive when we had questions. Great family memories made during our trip. We will return again!

Great stay!

Loved the cozy decor and feel of the house, very tasteful. Tons of cooking utensils and spices, pots and pans. My kids loved the bunk beds and kids room set-up. The ample space for ski boots and winter accessories by the door were much appreciated. We even made use of the games and puzzles! Shuttle stop to the lodge is right outside! My husband and his mom were able to ski in and even ski out with a little walk. Loved our stay, thank you!

BEST SKI WEEKEND IN THE COZIEST CONDO!

A huge thank you to Bryan and Lisa for an absolutely AMAZING weekend stay in their beautiful condo! You don’t have to hesitate booking this one! Bryan and Lisa were wonderful with communication, answering of all questions, and their condo is PERFECT! We arrived and were able to gain access to the condo via an easy to use digital keypad at the front door! The ski locker right outside entrance was perfect for storing ski equipment and was able to be securely locked! As you enter the condo, you will find immediate storage for all of your ski gear, and a fan to help dry damp items! Going down a few stairs, you will find an absolutely BEAUTIFUL and cozy family room off the kitchen, with oversized cozy couches and a gas fireplace to warm up after a day on the slopes. The kitchen is well stocked with absolutely everything you will need to cook, bake, or just gather around the table/island to enjoy family and friends! There is a full size coffee pot AND Keurig so just bring your coffee/K-cups to enjoy! 1/2 bath on this floor, and in the closet was a stackable washer and dryer too! Tons of crockpots, cooking items, games, tool box, and extra’s of many items in storage closet! These awesome owners thought of EVERYTHING for your convenience! As a nurse, I am always EXTREMELY concerned for the cleanliness of bedrooms, sanitizing of bathrooms, and kitchens when I rent, and this FAR EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS! There is a 4 bedroom layout which has a king with its private bath, queen with its private bath, queen with a full bath across hall, and a double over double bunk set with a trundle for all the kids to hang out! The barn door to bath and closet, with a wooden accent wall in one of the queen rooms was beautifully decorated and my FAVORITE! There is a hall storage closet with extra towels, bath mats etc! The shuttle stop right outside of the condo which is Stop #31 ran all day/evening and was very convenient for everyone hitting the slopes! The description in the listing is spot on, the condo was definitely able to be a “ski in” and very convenient to simply take the shuttle over instead of trying to “ski out” and having to climb up hill. Thank you so much Bryan and Lisa for sharing your beautiful home for my family to enjoy an AWESOME ski weekend to celebrate my son’s birthday! Plan to return next year to make it a tradition for a fun family weekend! Thank you so much for great memories we made at Seven Springs!

Thanks so much. The property was great. Too bad Mother Nature didn’t cooperate. We came to go skiing in January. It was in the 40’s. Snow melted on the slopes. Paid for tubing and in 2 hr time slot went down hill 3 times. Lanes closed and lines were super long.

Everything you Need!

This house was beautiful! It had everything that we needed! Cooking utensils, gadgets, appliances, etc. Bryan was great to work with and accommodating. The shuttle was super convenient. We will definitely be staying here again!

A must-stay

We cannot say enough about how great our stay was, thanks to the careful attention of the owners who have made this space the perfect home for a mountain getaway. The condo is beautifully renovated, with plenty of modern amenities throughout. From conveniently-placed phone charging stations to a fully stocked kitchen (kitchenware, utensils, etc.), we had everything we needed throughout our stay. The space is clean and cozy; we felt right at home, and will most certainly be back.

Fun Winter Weekend.

Brought the kids and grandkids for a winter get together and the property was perfect for the 6 adults and 4 kids. Close to the resort and all its activities. Grandkids asked if we can come back next year!

Long ski weekend

I really enjoyed my recent stay at this property. Plenty of space for my 3 teens to spread out and relax after a long day of skiing. Everything was very clean and cozy. Would definitely stay here again.

“Casa Seibmahlendine” is a partnership between immediate family members (Bryan, Lisa, Tom, Barb). We all live in Zelienople, PA, which is north of Pittsburgh. Lisa and I have two grown daughters and love spending time golfing, hiking, skiing, and playing board games with family. I work in food sales and Lisa is a retired Kindergarten teacher. Barb and Tom are retired and they love spending time with their grandchildren here in our mountain home.

Our mission is to provide a warm, friendly atmosphere where our families and friends can gather to experience the great outdoors as well as many other fun activities available at the resort. We have enjoyed our time here on the mountain immensely:)

Our group has worked hard to make the vacation space welcoming and comfortable. We look forward to your positive feedback to help us attract new guests. Your suggestions will help us to improve where needed.

We are situated in the quiet Woodbridge Village and are a short walk from the pool, playground, volleyball and basketball courts. The shuttle service will transport you to many resort activities in all seasons. We are the first shuttle stop in the Villages plan which is, conveniently, a 5-10 minute ride to ski-in/ski-out stops.
