This is a true ski-in ski-out 4-bedroom, 4-bath townhome is located at Seven Springs Mountain Resort. The ski trail is located right off the back patio. The unit is also near many outdoor adventures such as Laurel Highlands hiking, sporting clays, golf and white water rafting.

You'll love the place because of the location, ambiance, and outdoors space and a 24-hour shuttle is provided for access to main lodge.

The basement is setup apartment-style and is ideal for multiple families or groups with a full sized futon, bunk bed, full kitchen, and bathroom.

A group of a six of us stayed for the weekend for seven springs wine fest. Beautiful and super clean condo! Tons of space and very comfortable beds/bedding. Thanks for a great stay:)

The property was excellent we would definitely stay again. There we 6 adults and 2 children. The one room with a queen and bunk beds was great for my son’s family. Everyone had their own bathrooms. Beds were comfy. My granddaughter’s named the deer head hanging on the fireplace. Plenty of room for everyone. Great communication with host. It is set up like a town home so stairs going up to main floor and stairs to bedrooms upstairs. One bedroom is downstairs which is nice.

Could have been better.

The Dryer was broken. So this means no washer or dryer. Lack of Towels. Eight towel for 10 people with no means to wash and dry. Towel were supplied on last day of our stay. Kitchen had limited supplies. It would be nice to know how many steps there was.We would have liked to have a walk in main floor but the description and pictures did not indicate or shoe this.

Family lake vacation

Perfect home for our families! The cove had no boat traffic so was safe for all to float and swim. The rope swing was a big hit! House had room for all to spread out. Highly recommend

Perfect Weekend!

We came with 3 generations to enjoy the skiing, and the snow was perfect! The condo was beautiful and just what we needed! The unit is easily accessible with the Southwinds lift, and the trail to the slopes is only a short walk around the unit. By day 2 we realized we could get to North Face without having to use the Polar Bear Express because of the location of this condo. A big plus in our book!! The condo layout is comfortable, with plenty of room for us not to wake up babies as we all came in for meals. Our ages range from 4 months to 53 years, and we all had a great time! Would definitely stay here again!

Great family place,

We visited in the summer for a large family reunion. Many of our group stayed in the Southwinds area, so we could visit place to place. Plenty of beautiful spots nearby and activities for the kids. The house was well-laid out very comfortable in ever way.

Family Ski Trip

5 stars across the board for our recent stay at Jennifer's ski in/ski out condo. The condo was very clean, spacious, and conveniently located on the Southwind trails. Jennifer was an excellent host and extremely responsive with any of our questions leading up to, and during, our visit. Definitely a home we'd love to come back to for future trips to Seven Springs!

As advertised!

We had a wonderful time at this property. It is nicer than what is shown in the photos. Everything was clean and up to date! There were nine of us and we all had plenty of room to sleep and shower after longs days skiing/boarding. We would definitely stay here again!

Great spot

Went with 4 couples, space was clean and big enough, everyone had their own bedroom and bathroom. Parking is tight at the house but there are other spots very close. Jennifer is very responsive, 100% recommend

Wedding

The place was very spacious for the whole family. I liked that it had a yard space for kids to run around a bit. It was not crowded at the time we were there, so we enjoyed the privacy too. It was well stocked with everything we needed.
