This calm and bright 2-rooms flat, whose insulation have just been renovated, is located on the 4th floor without elevator, consists of a living space of 40 sq. m and includes:
- a living room, enlighten by a church stain glass, with a comfortable sofa-bed,
- 1 cozy bedroom with double bed,
- 1 bathroom with shower,
- a well equipped open kitchen (kettle, coffee machine, toaster, oven, micro-wave, hot plates, fridge, dishwasher),
- TV, Wi-Fi, baby bed,
- vacuum cleaner, household products, washing machine, ironing equipment, fan.
An underground parking lot is included in the accommodation.

Our flat is located in a central and commercial district, in a calm street. Close to transports, it will take you just a few minutes to explore the city’s treasures. Beside Part-Dieu shopping center, one of the biggest in Europe, plenty of adresses will delight you : Le Petit Ogre and Le Danton restaurants, Le Piquin taqueria, the wine bar Le Harner are just a few minutes walking from the flat.

## Transit

Located in the heart of Lyon, our flat is just nearby La Part-Dieu, close to shops and restaurants. It is a perfect place to explore the city : the location is well deserved by public transports (bus and metro).
From Part-Dieu train station → 500m
Gare Part-Dieu - Vivier Merle metro station (line B) → 500m
Garibaldi metro station (line D) → 850m
From Saint-Exupéry airport → 35 min by car
