Family gathering

The house was great. As described in the listing and pictures. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were comfortable. It was easy to contact the host. He responded quickly and came over the next morning to fix the TV. Overall a great place.

Wonderful property

Excellent! plenty of space, great neighborhood, quiet location. The outside grill is end of life, but there is a new George Foreman grill inside (liked it so much that we may buy one)

Stayed to attend conference at JW Marriott

The house is exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Lots of space - indoor and out. Well furnished. In great condition. And it’s right on the golf course and conveniently located near the JW Marriott and surrounding properties. I will definitely stay here again next time I am in the area.

Great stay perfect location

Great location in North Scottsdale. It was close to many restaurants and 25 to 30 min to Old Town Scottsdale. Bryan was on top of any issues we had and the family had a great time. Wish the weather would have cooperated to be able to use the pool but overall would stay there again.

Weekend Getaway

We met family here for a long weekend. We were traveling with small children and the house was perfect for us. We mostly just hung out at the house enjoying family time and the pool. It was very clean and comfortable and we highly recommend it.

Family time

I gave this home a 5 star because it truly was perfect. The backyard and pool was so peaceful and tranquil. I really hated to leave. 😢 Most VRBO’s have a long list of to do’s when you leave. It was nice to not have to worry about stripping the beds and starting the laundry for them. It was a relaxing check in and check out. The owners thought of every way to make the stay perfect. I will definitely be back. Hopefully real soon!

House was nice, quiet neighborhood with plenty nearby (restaurants, shopping, golf, etc.). Rental team was communicative and clearly interested in us having a pleasant stay. We'll look to rent here again.

Great home, great owners and a great experience.

This was probably the best vacation rental property we have stayed in in the last five years. The home had soaring ceilings which made everything feel grand, it was furnished with everything we could need including toys, highchair, bikes and everything that we would want to do in a home. All of the rooms had plenty of space and the master felt like a resort suite. The owners were extremely helpful, communicative and accommodating. We could not have asked for a better experience. We were in the process of a local move and this was a great oasis between packing, moving and unpacking. I highly recommend this home and these owners as any family that comes into town that needs a place to stay, we will make sure they stay here.

Loved the house

My husband and I took our daughter, son-in-law and 3 grandkids to Arizona. The house was perfect for the 7 of us. The kids loved the swimming pool and all the pool toys they provide. I would highly recommend staying at this house.

Even Better Than Advertised

This house could not have been better for our group. Very spacious, very clean. Large TV's, large living room area and community spaces for entertainment, and pool table. Great backyard with a nice view of the golf course, with a pool and large turfed areas for games. Our group generally thought the house was even better than it looked in pictures. The host was also very accommodating of our groups couple of special requests. Overall- would absolutely stay at this property again. Highly recommend!

Beautiful clean home and overall 5 star experience!

Our family of 4 (kids 11 and 12) stayed here and absolutely loved it. The house is gorgeous and was very clean. The backyard was awesome: pool, grill, outdoor frig, gas fire pit, outdoor tv and seating, view of the golf course. One of the things I appreciated most was the clear and thorough communication by the owner. We got the check in info about a week ahead of time, but the day of check in got an email welcoming us and giving pertinent info. There was also a great booklet of information about the property as well as local businesses that I found very helpful. Amenities were provided such as coffee and bath/shower products. They clearly strive to provide an excellent experience! We will definitely stay here again in the future!

Perfect heated pool and golf course view

The house was amazing and my wife and I played golf on the course in the backyard everyday- JW Marriott Wildfire golf course. We chose to have the pool heated and went in the pool in the mornings and had coffee by the fire after.

Nice experience

The house was very nice clean and well-maintained. A few basic requirements were lacking. No Kleenex provided, only 3 coffee cups and one pot to cook our Italian meal. We bought what we needed and enjoyed our stay.

Super Clean

This place was perfect for our family! It was clean, plenty of room, had all amenities needed, and the kiddos loved the pool. And, the owner was nice. Would/will definitely stay here again if we are ever in Phoenix!

Wonderful!

We had such an amazing time. My main concern is always safety, and cleanliness. The house was pretty much spotless. Only went out twice to pick up food. Our children loved the pool. Communication was great. It was a perfect weekend getaway for us. Will definitely book again when we visit Arizona.

Amazing Property

Overall Review

Came to Phoenix for 4th of July weekend. My overall experience staying at Bryan’s home been great. Home was very clean , in great location and check in process was easy. He was very flexible with check in and out times as well as responded in a timely manner. I highly recommend this home to others!
