The condo is very spacious & updated, the views are beautiful. The management company is quickly responsive, although the answers vary depending on who answers the phone. Pack extra supplies (TP, napkins, laundry det, etc), as not enough is provided. Our only major complaint with this location is that there is public beach access in between this building and the one directly next door. So although you will have a "private" beach, there is a lot of traffic and some people who are headed to the public beach decide to use the private beach instead. They were asked to leave by the young man setting up the chairs, but several parties refused. When my husband asked, we were told there's really nothing they can do. Apparently, "private beach" is a courtesy, not a law. And if they set up camp close to the shoreline, they are within their rights (just as people can walk along the shoreline on a private beach). So despite have our chair setup in the first row, the public beach goers would camp out right in front of us. Very frustrating. Otherwise, we had a great time and would consider staying here again.
