Wonderful Stay!

This condo was amazing. Very clean and had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family. Loved the view from the spacious balcony and easy access to the beach. Would definitly stay here again.

Nice Condo in Older Building

Outside of buildings look tired and dated. Handrails on balconies look extremely old. The view appears to be less and less over t in me due to sand dunes growing

We love dunes

We love Dunes of Seagrove. This unit was great and super clean. My only complaint would be - I don’t think it should be listed as a 3 bedroom. The bunk beds are basically a hallway. I know it explains that in the description… but don’t think you should have to go through all that to find out it’s only 2 bedrooms. We originally booked under the impression it was 3 bedrooms as it stated… and the only reason we didn’t fight it was because we love the condo itself. Definitely not 3 bedrooms.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There were a lot of things we loved about the unit. All the furniture was very comfortable (including on the patio), the kitchen was well stocked with great pots/pans and sharp knives, everything in the unit seemed new/remodeled, very nicely decorated. However, for a few reasons we would never stay in this unit again. The bunk room is not closed off (although another unit with the same layout did have a door installed at the bunk room) so it absolutely did not work for our young children to stay in (too bright and noisy when people were still up in the living room), there weren't any blinds on the narrow window at the front door and that let in a lot of light, also there weren't any blinds on the sliding door so the livingroom was very bright overnight and hard for anyone to sleep on the couch. Lastly, the tub was so tall it made it hard to give our kids a bath (although I did know that in advance from the photos). The property company was very helpful and responsive!!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been visiting the 30A region for over ten years and this is the fourth time we have stayed at this exact condo unit. We love the location, beach access, pools and overall cleanliness of the unit and how it is furnished. The first few times the unit was still owned by a private owner. I am not sure if it is still owned by a private owner or if Benchmark owns it. That is a great thing. No reductions in service.

Perfect condo and perfect location

This was our first time staying in 30A. We loved this condo and the location. The pool was amazing and so was the private beach. The young man that set up our umbrella and chairs everyday was fantastic. He even helped us this our wagon when we were having a hard time pulling it. We loved how close we were to seaside, rosemary and alys beach. We would definitely rent again.

We saw a couple ants by the sink but wasn't a big enough issue to call. I wish there was more of a pantry but we used the rolling cart in the closet. We will return!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental was absolutely beautiful. We loved how the pool was never crowded and there was no problem getting a chair. Also, the beach wasn’t bad because it was blocked off just for the renters and owners.The management company was great upfront getting all of the information to us that we needed for a smooth check-in. We had one small issue during our rental and contacted the management company. The person handling it was not very informative or friendly. I was supposed to get a notification before the person got there to fix our issue, but never did. I contacted the company two hours later since we had gone to the pool, The same person answered and was not friendly. She did tell me at that time they were on the way but held up in traffic. I never received a confirmation that they were there to repair the issue or any type of communication. The day before we checked out, I sent a message to the Text line to ask what the procedure was since I was not sure. I received a message that the text line had changed, so I sent a text to that number. I never received a response. I just went ahead and did your typical checkout procedure and washed the towels, ran the dishwasher, removed all trash, etc. Other than the poor communication from benchmark management during our stay, I would say the rest was great!

They were very sparing on the supplies for the condo. I don't thinkk it is possible to buy such tiny bottles for soap ect. Maybe they had then specially made. I called management 3 times with no response and texted once with no response. We could not sleep in the bunk bed as the mattress was like sleeping in a ditch. Stay at the Dunes, but rent from a different management company!

Perfect Vacation

The condo was just as described! It was clean and beautifully decorated. It was perfect for my family of four and my parents. There was plenty of space. The balcony was amazing! It was gigantic. It over looked the pool and my parents could easily sit on balcony and see us when they were tired of swimming. The condo was family friendly and not in the middle of all the hustle and bustle. It came with two beach chairs and we had to rent more to accommodate our party. We will be returning in the future. Thanks so much for a wonderful vacation!

Beautiful condo

The accommodations were wonderful. Newly remodeled and nicely decorated. The kitchen was well stocked. We have stayed in dunes of seagrove and love the proximity to nearby restaurants and stores as well as the large beach that is not overcrowded and the extra large pool. We will be back for our next vacation!

Clean and updated

Really enjoyed the condo that we stayed in. The updates were exceptional and contemporary. The pool was huge and also very clean. We would recommend to families.

Great stay, just some maintenance needed

We stayed in May 2021. The unit overall was perfect for our family. I agree with other reviews that some general maintenance is needed. The master bed mattress was awful. There were small things broken (door handles, bathtub jet cover) and the kitchen disposal didn't work. The front bedrooms definitely needed curtains over the blinds for privacy and also to let the kids sleep past 6am when the sun came right in the window to their bunks. Would definitely stay again! Overall had a great experience!
