For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. Great condo

This condo was perfect for us. The free beach chairs for the entire building were an added bonus. The beach was not too crowded in this area. We loved the location of this condo building, and this specific condo was nice. The only issue we had was figuring out the door keypad, but the management company was quick to respond on how to use it properly.

Great view, relaxing location

We really enjoyed our stay here & recommend it. As you can see, our pros far outweigh the few minor cons. Pros: balcony view, great location, bike rentals that came with the rental, easy access, all cooking amenities except larger saucepans, quiet Cons: no towel hooks in the primary bathroom other than the one on the shower stall that was right by the toilet, beds & pillows not the most comfortable (but this can be subjective)

Perfect for a small family!

My family of 4 stayed here for the 4th of July, and it was the perfect size for us, 2 Adults and 2 children. We are already planning on staying at Beachcrest again next year! Parking was easy, no long wait times for the elevator and an easy walk down to the beach. It is nice having a private beach and it wasn’t too crowded. My only minor complaint is, I wish there were some type of blackout curtains on the sliding doors to keep the light out early in the mornings. Other than that we loved our condo!

Reviewer Comments: The location was perfect,so great to sit on the balcony and see dolphins in the AM and hear the ocean.love the chair set with the rental unit. The rental itself is fine. The laundry door broke the minute we opened it which is an easy repair. There is peeling on the bathroom ceilings and we saw some bugs in the unit. Not dealbreakers but could use some repair in the offseason. The rental company is easy to work with.

Quiet and great location

Located just east of Seaside with all their amenities but without their crowds and heavy traffic. The room was exactly as shown in photos. The beach and beach service (chairs/umbrella) are great. Bunkbeds with 2 roll out beds kept in 2nd bedroom closet, plus there is a pullout couch. Lots of bed options if you have multiple guests. The management company stayed in touch via text throughout our stay, providing check in & check out directions, and to make sure everything with the rental was ok. Only negative is ceiling over the tub in guest bath was in a state of dis-repair, I’m sure caused by steam. Wasn’t an issue with using the shower, was unsightly. All in all we had a great time.

But the state of the inside of the unit, particularly the bathrooms, need repairs. The ceiling in both bathrooms over the showers was peeling off. The master bathroom shower leaks all over the floor. Some cabinet hinges in the guest bathroom and kitchen by the sink didn’t close completely. The laundry door was off of the track. And the dishwasher was hanging out from the counter opening, along with the tile near the dishwasher being cut incorrectly.

Old Unit, Moldy Ceiling

needs an entire overhaul. looks like it may have been updated once maybe 20 year ago. primary bed small and hard, pillows are flat. mold on ceiling in primary bedroom, and in primary bathroom. diswasher works, but cannot understand how it manages to do so. many plugs did not work, and we were wondering why there were so many power strips. seems that was the only way to get power out of some of the plugs. would prefer another unit if i booked here again, preferably no mold, and better sleeping accomodations and linens/pillows.

Amazing location

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We wanted to be beach front for our vacation and this condo was perfect. Small issues we reported to management were attended to in a timely manner. Nothing that inhibited our stay. It was nice to sit on balcony in the morning and evening to enjoy the ocean. You can't see the entire sunset from this balcony but so easy to enjoy the full sunset from the beach. Only suggestion is some stemless plastic wine/juice glasses. We drank our wine in coffee mugs :)! This location you can walk or bike into Seaside. It is about 1.5miles. We walked down to enjoy Black Bear bread company and a Mimosa from Modica's Market. Also enjoyed Prema which is across the street from this condo. They have Amazing healthy smoothies and bowls. This unit came with 2 chairs and and umbrella as well as credit to rent 2 bikes. So much value with these added benefits! We enjoyed our vacation with Benchmark Management. Thank you!

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the stay was fine, but I would not recommend anyone stay there unless the owner: buys a new king size mattress for the master suite and updates the furniture. I had just assumed there would be a king size bed in the master suite, and I won’t let it happen again. The mattress was old and had a egg crate pad on it that made it worse. As far as the office staff, we arrived a few hours early and asked if the room was ready. We were told the room was cleaned but it was being “inspected” . We asked to be texted when it was ready and we were told to “check back”. Because they didn’t bother to spend two seconds texting us, we didn’t bother to text them when we checked out early the following Saturday.

I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was actually a bit disappointed with our experience this time. We have been staying in different condos within the Benchcrest complex for 5 years straight, but this one was not as well maintained. The condo did not seem to be cleaned as well as our previous stays and the sheets were not properly on the bed. I had to wash the sheets before we stayed in them because they were inside out which may have been a simple mixup by the cleaning crew, but it made me feel a little uncomfortable considering the condo was not swept well. The shower door in the main bathroom was off its hinges and the dryer seems to have a heating issue. (We were finally able to get it to dry our items, but only on the perm. press mode). Otherwise it we enjoyed the complex and all it has to offer as we usually do.

Great Location--Poorly Maintained Condo/Customer Service

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Condo was not clean at arrival. Floors made our bare feet black as soot from insufficient or lack of mopping in who knows how long, also sticky hairy stuff on floor under dining table. Shower was a dangerous situation not told to us ahead of time or shown in any rental pics online--those glass sliding doors could shatter and hurt someone and putting up a shower curtain rod as a temp solution is inexcusable negligence on owner's part. Blinds missing and broken in master. Master bath light fixture has electrical/wiring issue making light flicker whether dimmed or not and hard to see to do anything. Screen door to back porch all off kilter/the track/jammed. Tub bathroom was clogged with sand with no care to use some draino or something to maintain as this will happen at a beach location and needs frequent checking. Asked to have Benchmark come clean the floors at a bare minimum and they never showed up. Did get my cleaning fee back which is least they could do. Also to owner, outdoor table/chairs while very nice Polywood brand and in great shape/looks recently replaced--way too big for size of porch and hard to even sit at it even if you wanted to. Beds were hard with foam toppers to try and help. Pillows were cheapest you could find with no support. Couches in living room were extremely worn out/sagging with slip covers trying to hide their poor shape.

Nice Condo - Washer did not work
