BTR#1734 Waterfront property, perfect getaway for quiet relaxation or family fun. Come explore our gorgeous, resilient Gulf Coast:) Beach bungalow with all of the amenities. Have the house and pool with waterfront oasis all to yourself. Just step out the front door and walk 3 blocks to the sandy shores of Indian Rocks Beach.
Main house has 2 br 1 ba. Pool house is essentially a 1 car garage with French doors to the pool area, a full private bath, laundry, bikes and beach gear. It is not a finished space for sleeping. Update February 2023: One exterior security camera is on the property. It faces the street and driveway. This is used to monitor location of the trash bins, as the city began fining us hundreds of dollars each time the bin is out at the wrong time. We have never needed cameras to monitor our amazing guests! Update Jan 2026! Pool heat available with $25 daily charge!

Fantastic Property

This place is perfect! Beautiful water views and privacy! My wife and I loved the house and it’s close to everything you want to be close to in IRB. It’s an easy fast walk to the beach and the property owner is fantastic! Gave us great recommendations on dining and attractions and a breeze to communicate with. We will definitely be back as this is the best place we’ve stayed in IRB.

Perfection

Just bring your clothes and your toothbrush and you will be all set! Loved this house. Everything about it is comfortable and relaxing. We caught a few small fish and saw some dolphins right behind the house. Location is close to food and the beach. Process was super easy and host is amazing. My husband and I got married at Indian Rocks Beach almost 5 years ago so we were glad to have such a great trip and spend some more time there.

IRB Cottage

Laura was great to work with. The home was cozy, clean and decorated nicely (coastal vibe) . We really enjoyed our visit and the pool was refreshing on warm days. Beach is close and lots of nearby restaurants to choose from.

Perfect getaway

Everything was as advertised. Easy check in and clean. Enjoyed the outdoor fire pit while I caught and released a few fish from the dock. Walked to a few good restaurants and took a stroll on the beach.

Lovely place and great location.

Our family really enjoyed the stay at IRB. The location of the house was great and having the pool and the ICW made it even better. Short walk to the beach and to restaurants/bars. Didn't use the car much at all other than to get fishing supplies and groceries. Would highly recommend the house. Laura was a wonderful host and responded quickly when we had questions. Would stay again.

Weekend Getaway

We were looking for a nice weekend getaway to a place that had everything to relax. We had 4 adults and 2 children. The amenities were thoroughly enjoyed like the pool, dock, backyard, and outside toys. Very close to the beach and many restaurants. It was exactly what we wanted. Would definitely return.

Senior spring break

I took my daughter and her friend for her senior trip and we had an amazing week!! This house is in the perfect location. We enjoyed the private backyard and pool very much. We loved watching the dolphins off the dock in the backyard. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. We enjoyed catching the trolly at the end of the street and going to clearwater and John's pass. This house was perfect for our trip and I highly recommend and we would love to come back!

Beautiful Getaway

This is a fabulous location that is perfect for exploring all that Indian Rocks Beach has to offer. The pool was quintessential for relaxing during the afternoon heat of July. Home has all your necessary supplies both in the kitchen and bathroom. Community panty is a huge plus for the little kitchen items most people forget to bring. Would DEFINITELY book a return visit.

Best Vrbo we have stayed at!

The location was perfect, we rented a car but really didn’t need it. Beach was right down the street as well as restaurants and groceries. We took the bikes everywhere. The house was so well stocked with towels, beach equipment and kitchen necessities. The pool and dock were amazing and we hardly left except to eat and lay on the beach. We had zero complaints and the owner still checked that we were having a great time. Relaxation at its finest at this true home away from home .

Quiet retreat

This house was perfect for our family of 4. Our boys enjoyed the pool and fishing from the dock. The short walk or bike ride to the beach (they especially loved the double bike) was made easier by all the beach supplies in the garage. We loved having game night in the living room when it rained.

Labor Day weekend getaway

My husband and I had a great time! Such a cute property! Great pool and the house had everything we needed and is so cute and cozy. We enjoyed the bikes and I loved the pool:) Just wish we had more time to spend there. Laura was great:) We brought our 12 year old lab with us that has a hard time getting around and she had plenty of yard to enjoy and hang out by the pool with us. You really don’t need to drive anywhere if you want to go to dinner local you can walk or bike there. Awesome spot:)

Perfect IRB Rental

We have been coming to IRB for several years and this was by far the best little beach rental! The property is perfectly located close to the beach, restaurants and shops- if you don’t want to drive you can ride one of the many bikes provided or even walk. We saw dolphins several evenings from the dock, caught all kinds of fish and enjoyed being able to jump right in the pool! The house and pool are very well maintained and there are more than enough beach toys, chairs and towels available at the house so you don’t have to bring it from home. The kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook a meal in if you want. The owner is super nice and is easily reachable by text if you need anything!

Overall five stars. A few minor complaints I will outline below. Not enough to remove stars but want to note for clarity.Great:-Quiet street, centrally located-Amazing access to intercoastal water way. Even had a manatee come by-The most thought out/well stocked VRBO I've ever been in. Plenty of dishes, trash bags, zip lock bags, etc. You can tell they think everything through-Plenty of fishing rods, but the reels and line were in varying states readiness. I brought my own reels as advised by the host, just heads up to anyone wanting to fish seriously. There is a bait shop 2 minutes up the road that will get you taken care of if need.-Host was extremely proactive and responsesMinor complaints:-Bath house got pretty hot, but worth it to have the extra bathroom-The alarm on the back door was annoying lol. You have to push a button when you exit and when you enter to prevent triggering it. Completely understand why it is there if you have small children. But my youngest was 8 and I was allowed to come and go as he pleased in the backyard. If there was an option to disable it if not required that would be nice.Overall, if you want a quiet place with easy access to the beach AND intercoastal water way for a fair price, this is the place to stay. I will100% stay there again on our next trip!

2 weeks was not enough

LOCATION! This home was perfect for my 2 week stay in IRB. This home was clean and perfectly located. Short walk to the beach and to restaurants. The pool is nicely maintained by a "pool guy" that comes twice a week. The house is located on a dead-end street that is quiet with friendly neighbors. The house is well stocked with toiletries, pantry items, beach toys and plenty of towels. I really enjoyed having access to the many bicycles as well! The extra 3/4th bathroom in the pool house is a plus for larger groups. Also, new washer and dryer in pool house came in handy. Laura is EXTREMELY responsive and a joy to talk to. An extra surprise that is not in any of the photos, is the desk space in the eating area. I did work while I was there so having a place for my computer and monitor that was out of the way was an added bonus! I would definitely stay at this location again and/or check out other properties by the same owner. (they have a couple). You will not be disappointed. I chose this house for the location and the outdoor space, and it was exactly as expected. Thank you!

Adorable cottage

Great to be back to Florida

We love this area of Florida and this was a new rental for us....it was lovely! The beach is just is short and pleasant walk, the yard is both spacious and cozy, the pool and dock and waterway were great, and the house was beautifully decorated. The pool house was an added bonus! We will be back next year!

As soon as this house came on the market, we knew we had to have it. We live in Tampa and come over often to swim and relax by the pool. Sunsets are amazing from the waterside fire pit area or the short walk up to the beach.

Privacy, privacy, privacy. I get the question a lot about if the pool is shared or if others stay in the second building. Nothing here is shared. The second building is essentially a 1 car garage full of bikes and beach gear, laundry room and a full bath. It's all yours!
