We loved the condo including the location, the beach access, the view, the umbrella and chairs included, the pool, and if that wasn't enough, being pet friendly so we could include our four legged family member too! We loved it so much we already booked our second visit.

Wonderful condo and location

Great location. Even though there is a busy street between the unit and the beach, it was still quiet inside the condo. Such an easy walk to the beach with daily chair and umbrella setup. Great pool as well!

We loved our stay at the Beach Retreat in Destin, FL. The beach is only steps away and absolutely gorgeous! The condo was well equipped with all the necessities for a week long stay, clean, and cozy! The pool area was a perfect setting as well! We would definitely recommend this retreat and hope to visit again someday.

This is our 5th stay at Beach Retreat, it never fails us.

We have always stayed in the Cottages at Beach Retreat, none were available for our dates. Tried the Condo and it was perfect for our family of 4. The views are fantastic. Proximity to beach is great. Would totally stay here again and again!

Lovely property with great view of Gulf

Check in was super easy and our small dogs were welcome! We enjoyed sitting on the patio and meeting new friends. Beach access was super convenient and beach service was appreciated! Just wish the weather was as nice as our condo!

Beautiful condo and great location

We have stayed at beach retreat several times but this was the first time in this unit. We loved the ground floor which was perfect for our pup.! Great beach access with beach service. It's walking distance to some great restaurants! The bunks are great for kids!

Great condo which is well maintained and is stocked very well with all essentials. Owners are very good to work with and checkin and out was very easy. Great location on Scenic Hwy 98 near restaurants and on beautiful stretch of beach. Would definitely recommend any of these owners properties as we have stayed at several of theirs and all were well maintained and nicely decorated,

Perfect Beach Retreat!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Perfect location, the house had everything we needed. There are some Restaurants close by. The view was amazing. Communication with host was great. They were there when we reached out and needed them and otherwise on our own, which we liked very much. We’d rent this place again for sure.

Location! Location! Location!

You cannot beat the location of this property. It is literally across the street from the ocean and walking distance to some fun restaurants. We were willing to compromise on a few things because of where it is located but were pleasantly surprised with it all. The apartment was clean, nicely decorated and everyone slept well on the mattresses. The owners were quick to respond when we had questions/concerns. 10/10 would recommend.

Great Location

This is our second time staying here for a total of three weeks. This week was spring break for a lot of students. The ones I met while walking my dogs were nice! My only issue was with the rental motor scooters, two and three wheeled. I don't think any of them have mufflers! I think I'll write a letter to the city! LOL!

*Absolutely Ideal*

In all of my years, I have never been SO thrilled with a beach rental. Upon arrival, I was delighted with the excellent parking area. Every square inch of the condo was spotless and well maintained. I honestly do not think the VRBO description does it justice. You can simply sit on the couch and enjoy the most peaceful and beautiful view, or open your door and walk 30 yards and be standing on the spotless beach. My communication with Renee was prompt, courteous, and efficient. I was able to bring my dog along, and that meant the world to me. I highly recommend and will be back.

Unit needs maintenance

For owners information: great location and beautiful furnishings. No housekeeping from prior guests, except clean linens. Also, washing machine is not usable and there were serious plumbing issues in master bath. You would not be happy if you saw how your unit was presented.

Family vaca

This is the 7th spring in the row that my daughter (and now granddaughter) have visited Destin. We have stayed at a different property until this year but that price sky rocketed. This was reasonably priced for the week. Direct view of the beach. It was very clean and we enjoyed the week very much. The pool was very nice to have also with a small toddler. Walking my two doodles was easy too! The air did go out mid week and we had a hard time contacting anyone. Fortunately it was mild weather and it did not bother us. We will definitely be coming back next year! Love the fact they are so dog friendly. My dogs always travel with me. They are my family too!
