Esta unidad ofrece un balcón frente al mar fuera de la sala de estar, una cocina de galera totalmente equipada, 2 televisores, DVD y lavandería que funciona con monedas en el mismo piso.

Great locaty

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Key pickup @ North Beach rentals was quick, already ready due to contacting them when we landed @ airport. Condo was clean, well equipped, outstanding view, comfortable, and staff @ condo complex was very nice. Pool area was maintained every morning including pool/ hot tub cleaning, chemical check, chairs set up and cement sprayed and cleaned.

We decided last minute to make plans to go to the beach for a few days. We like the area and were really happy to find this place. It was nice for the kids to have a pool and be so close to the beach.

Vacation

On Saturday the day of arrival we were informed one of the beds was no longer available. While an air mattress was offered we were not about to ask a guest to sleep on that for the week.

Not up to par at the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This would have been a very nice rental unit if the owners had removed the living room carpeting. The rest of the unit was very nice and comfortable, but since a great part of or time was spent in that living space it was uncomfortable. I would not recommend this place, choose another.

Reviewer Comments: The place was not like the pics it’s outdated the tv never worked and sure knew about it due to had a mention of it everywhere of how to fix it which never did bc switching it back and forth the hdmi inputs was what said. The blinds for bedroom where on the floor there was no slide door for the spare beds the carpet was nasty and need’s replaced each time we came back to the place after each time out it wld be a new smell whether smell like beer or others was coming from the drain so overall will not be staying in that unit again as for the property outside the room was great nice pool excellent views

Never again

Shower didn't work. They lied and told me they had good internet. I could never get no one on the phone. The refrigerator wouldn't keep my food cold.

Great location and best value

The location in Windy Hill is perfect and the pool and hot tub are amazing! The room was clean and good for what we needed. It's a great value for the location and amenities. We plan to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I was very disappointed with the kitchen. No baking pans or small skillets. 8 to 10 large skillets. Keurig coffee maker & storage pods took up the entire counter space next to sink. No available storage for any grocery supplies. We had to put items on top the fridge. Carpet in main room needs cleaned. Top bunk was held together with zip ties so I wouldn't let my 10 yr old grandson get up there.

Quaint Condo in Windy Hill

I stayed here solo during my one month stay visiting friends in North Myrtle Beach. The property was adequate for my purposes but if youre looking for something a little more updated, then this probably isnt the condo for you. It would also be a pretty snug fit for 7 occupants. Overall, the price was right, the uninterrupted beachfront views were excellent, the amenities were clean and well kept and I was quite pleased.

A place at the beach

Our family had a great time staying in this beachfront condo. It’s close to everything: grocery stores, restaurants, movies, has everything you need to cook basic meals. Private pool and hot tub, balcony, coin operated laundry facilities. The unit was clean, looks just like in the pictures, would recommend to families with children, couples or for a girls trip.

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Disappointed,first day we got there we saw roaches the bathroom sink was stoped up,next the sliding door was off track. We called maintenance four times in two days.we got in ok when we got back the second key didn’t work,they had given us a key they said wasn’t cut right. The carpet was filthy and the bunk bed was tied together wher it was brok.The maintenances guys were very nice and helpful but they didn’t bring back the sliding screen door. I would never stay there again. The rooms is nothing like the pictures on FB.

Reviewer Comments: Although this condo was clean it would appear that nothing has been done to update this place in about 50 years the appliances the utensils in the cabinets were just barely adequate and I can’t imagine sleeping seven people in this tiny apartment. We don’t regret renting this property but considering the cost we would’ve expected something much nicer. North Beach Realty was an excellent company to deal with and we will use their services in the future.

Terrible!

Unit was not Clean! There were roaches!! Property was sprayed the next day and we still seen a big live roach! Had a coffee maker but no pot until 2nd day of stay. With the Covid still going around I expected a clean unit. Our shoes were sticking to the floor! Smelled musty. Not worth the money. The unit was cute with easy access to the beach however, I will never stay there again!

The condo wasn't what we expected.

The condo needs an upgrade. Everything is very old and outdated. Bunk bed railing in one part was holding on with tie wraps. The rug was really dirty and the sofas had a bad odor, the microwave is rusted inside. We stayed in condo 311 two years ago and the condo was really nice and clean. We expected the same with this condo but it wasn't the case. I would not stay there again.

Great vacation with all my grown children and grand children

I wish this room had a wall between second bedroom and living room like my condo does it makes a big difference for privacy and is a minimal upgrade to the condo . We made the best of it . We all had a great time Myrtle Beach is a great place to vacation. We had three different rooms at the place at the beach that week.
