Esta conveniente unidad de planta baja tiene todo lo que necesita para asegurar una estadía cómoda para su familia de 6.

Este condominio costero decorado ayudará a que todo su estrés desaparezca tan pronto como entre por la puerta. La sala de estar ofrece un cómodo sofá con un diván para disfrutar de un partido de fútbol en el gran televisor de pantalla plana o mirar por las puertas corredizas de vidrio y disfrutar de la vista. El sofá también tiene un sofá cama Queen.

La cocina es hermosa y está totalmente equipada con refrigerador grande con máquina de hielo, lavaplatos, microondas y estufa. Se proporcionan todos los utensilios de cocina y cubiertos, así como una licuadora y keurig. La mesa de comedor se encuentra entre la cocina y la sala de estar y tiene capacidad para 6 comensales con facilidad. Beautiful Condo in a Great Location

Condo was wonderful! Well-decorated and clean. All the usual kitchen amenities were available. Pool was very close by, and the beach was just a short walk away. My kids haven't shared a bedroom in a few years but loved being together for the trip (surprisingly to me.) LR TV was a smart TV so we were able to do some streaming at night as we recouped from the day at the beach.

Unit 116 review 8/11 - 8/21/23

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Upon arrival the unit seemed ready, it was clean and all the trash cans were empty. The garbage disposal made a terrible noise and upon further inspection, I found two half lemons or limes which were not breaking up, so I removed them. Master shower curtain had 1 hook that was not attached which caused the inside curtain to be attached wrong. The other bathroom the shower curtain had to be reattached as it was not attached to the rod. Eventually, a very large water bug or Roach either got in or was a resident, and I stepped on it and left it on the floor to show cleaning staff it was there. We also found a child's headband which was not ours. I washed everything and put all the dishes away the night before we left.

Ground Floor Unit—Close to Beach and Pool

We were so happy to be on the ground floor with two toddlers. It was easy to pull our wagon up to the patio after a beach trip. The unit was well stocked with necessary kitchen items(pots/pans/utensils). We really appreciated the linen exchange and being able to swap out towels. The A/C and ice maker kept up wonderfully. The property manager responded very quickly to us with arrival/departure questions. We really appreciated being able to check in a few hours early since we arrived earlier than excepted. Loved the chair service, and Alan was kind and efficient. Great stay, and we hope to be back next year.

Honeymoon Destination

I've never used VRBO and rented a condo. I didn't necessarily care for the extra agreements required. I've always in the past communicated with the owner. All of this was different. As far as the property, it was managed well, the pool was tended to daily and we felt secure in the location. The actual unit was as described, close to the pool access and not a horrible walk to the beach. I was very disappointed in the stains in nearly all the upholstery in the unit. It needs a through cleaning or replaced entirely.

Great Location

It was a great room for a short stay. It was nice to have a ground level room for easy access. Pool was a short walk away. Longer walk to the beach but very easy and accessible walkway. I would stay here again.

The Unit was updated with granite countertops and appliances and very clean inside. The A/C worked great and was keeping up with the hot temperatures. We already booked another week trip. The Unit was also convenient because it was located on the first floor by the pool and BBQ station easy walking distance. The Islander employees were working in the morning spraying down the sidewalks and both pool areas. The staff was great.

Overall Great Family Vacation!

Reviewer Comments: Although our “platinum” room could have been a little cleaner upon arrival, and I would consider it more of a “gold” rating, we had a great trip! My husband and I came down with our 2 year-old son and my husband’s parents. We loved sunset dinners at Louisiana Lagniappe, which was very close by. Bric a Brac and La Paz were also good nearby dinner options. We could see the Thursday night air show from the pool and we’re able to view the fireworks from the beach. The jetty is a short walk down the beach for beautiful snorkeling! We saw so many pretty fish! We loved the gorgeous white sugar sand beach, and the beach attendant, Alan, is so friendly and helpful! We were lucky enough to see a few dolphins from afar as well. Overall the property is pretty well-maintained and fairly clean, but it is definitely starting to show signs of aging/wear and tear. Our room was overpriced for what it was in my opinion (at $2800/wk), but we did all enjoy ourselves.

Great time at Holiday Isle!

We had a great time in Destin. This condo had a pool and hot tub just a few steps away. The shuffle board game was also right outside. The beach service and additional chairs and umbrellas made it very easy to go to the beach every day either there are anywhere else we wanted to. Great time!

Each family gets their own space, and we gather together at the beach, pool and pavilion. The condos, with 2 bedrooms plus a pullout couch, and 2 full baths easily accommodated our family of five. Our particular condo was beautiful, well appointed and clean. Lots of extra towels and towel exchange twice a week. Each unit receives 2 beach chairs and an umbrella, set up by an extremely friendly young man. The beach was gorgeous - powder white sand was never hot, water was crystal blue with enough waves to be fun but not dangerous. We will be back!

Wonderful stay!

Great property and condo. Very clean and updated. Perfect location. Very close to swimming pool, grill gazebo, and large grass area to play in. Three minute walk from beach. Will definitely be back!!

Excellent Time!

We had a fabulous time at The Islander in this condo. We planned a quick spring break road trip to FL to get away for a bit! Our condo was nicely decorated and clean!! Easy check-in and check-out. Great Location to the pool and beach. Our first time to the fabulous Destin Beaches! We ended up ordering take out for dinners and many restaurants close by. Target is conveniently located nearby for groceries or other items you need. We did our souvenir shopping at night (as there would be less traffic) which there are several shops nearby as well. One word for our vaation = Awesome! We loved it! And will be back someday!!
