Casa Buenaventura es la entrada a las Conchas y es una hermosa casa de entrada y salida, tiene 3 dormitorios y puede alojar hasta 8 personas, la hermosa decoración clásica lo hace realmente atractivo. tiene una gran cocina que está totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos básicos que necesitabas, utensilios de cocina, utensilios planos y utensilios de plata, todo listo para que uses cuando cocines una comida con tu familia y amigos. El salón tiene un sofá en cuero, tiene un sofá grande y dos sillas y 1 sillas, en cuero marrón. El juego de comedor es de madera pesada; tendrá asientos para 6 personas, está lleno de luz natural de todas las ventanas que rodean esta área. Absolutely beautiful house and beautiful location! Beds were comfortable, house was very clean, there were beach chairs available for use and games to play. The only negatives were outside shower is rusted off so there is a hose to use instead and the fire pit is not useable. Already recommended this house to friends and would rent again!

Overall the property was in a perfect location. But a bit disappointing with some of the amenities, the canopy that’s listed for use was broken as was one of the umbrellas. The property looks like it can use some TLC a lil run down . The description on VRBO is conflicting as for the bedrooms it says two rooms have King beds and there is one room with king bed not a big deal but they should correct that in the description . It’s also advertised that there is a BBQ grill available for use , as that’s how we planned most our meals to be out on the patio grilling and found there is no grill on the property , even though it was checked off on a check list as been cleaned and ready for use . I messaged the Managment company and got a “ unfortunately there is no grill available on the property due to modifications and changes made by the owner “ laughable response. So no grilling for use this go around . Location, location , location was perfect, the property needs some help and the description needs to be updated to reflect amenities available at the property. I will find a different spot next go around.

Great stay

The house was so clean and well stocked. We felt safe in the neighborhood and it was a perfect home for our family vacation. The concierge staff helped us book a chef who made a DELICIOUS seafood feast, and were so helpful with arranging other activities like a sunset cruise. I would definitely book again!

Everything was great! Great house, great company, and great views…. I think we actually only left the place long enough to go buy groceries. Very well set up with everything we needed.
