Sunrise to Sunset Oceanfront Home with Creek Dock

Beautiful 6-bedroom Oceanfront home with Creek dock on the South End of Pawleys Island. Surrounded by water you will enjoy sunrises on the ocean and sunsets on the creek. Five of the Six bedrooms open onto a waterfront balcony or porch. House features an open floor plan including large great room with cathedral ceilings. Fully equipped kitchen with large dining area. Relax and enjoy magnificent views from your rocking chair on the oceanfront screened porch. Outdoor space with over 650 square feet of decks including 4 decks Oceanside and 2 decks Creek side.
Many previous guests have been delighted by the great layout of this home. Two enclosed outside showers with hot/cold water.

Two bedrooms are on the main floor, one oceanfront and one creek side; both have King beds. 1.5 baths on the first floor. The second-floor features four bedrooms and 3 full baths. Two bedrooms on the ocean side, one has queen, the other has one queen and a twin. Two creek side bedrooms; one with queen and twin and the other with 6 twin bunks.

House features central HVAC, Cable TV, VCR, DVD, Wireless Internet, digital phone, washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave.

Bedding Setup: 2 Kings 3 Queen, and 8 twins.
Max Occupancy: 18.

No smoking and No pets.

This Beach House requires Saturday to Saturday rentals (7) Night Minimum.

Guest Access: Guests will have access to entire house. Prior to arrival please feel free to message us in the messaging tool with any questions. After checking in we ask that you contact the front desk for anything you may need, when checking in they will provide you with 24/7 support number. Confirming Reservation: After booking we will send you message to confirm your reservation. Other Things to Note: -NO PETS ALLOWED. -Must be 21 years of age to rent -NO SMOKING ALLOWED.

Unit is individually owned and managed by Lachicotte Vacation Rentals; we ask our guests to treat it as they would their own home.

We loved this property--fantastic location (near the south end, on the ocean and creek), very large with a nice layout, includes both a screened-in porch and an open deck. There were just two of us staying there, so we had PLENTY of room. I thought it would be wonderful for a family gathering next year, with all of the bedrooms and bathrooms. But YIKES--the cost has more than TRIPLED next year to over 3000/night!!! It is a beautiful property, but not that beautiful! The check-in procedure could have been a little easier. We arrived at 3:00, and check-in with Lachicotte is at 4:00. Oftentimes with other property management companies, if you arrive early and if they have finished cleaning the property, you can go ahead and check in. But that was not the case here--there were no exceptions to the 4:00 check-in.

This beautiful house is right on the beach and had ample accommodations for our family of 7. The dock across the street was a big hit for just watching the sunset or crabbing. The property management company was very responsive to any questions and issues we had.

Location and accommodations were wonderful. A few maintenance issues but they were quickly resolved, so we didn’t miss a beat. Awesome sunrise to sunset. We would definitely come back.

Family Vacation

This home is beachfront and creekfront and therefore very good for a large, multigenerational group. You don't have to walk far to get to the fun, and you can basically watch it all from either the front or the back porch. Heads-up: there is no elevator; so, I had to escort an elderly family member up and down stairs, but the exercise was good for her. Although bathrooms are shared, the layout is good and the house was pretty soundproof.

Relaxation heaven

We had a fabulous stay at Four Suns. Location can’t be bettered if you want a relaxing time by the shore, listening to the waves. The house has so much space and everything you could need for a small or large group. Thanks so much for making a memorable vacation!

Our stay at Four Suns

This was by far the best rental house in 6 years. It had ample seating in living room (and it’s all comfy!!!) and we loved that it was super close to the beach. The kitchen supplies could use some updating but it had everything we needed.

We loved the house! We used to vacation at Pawley’s Island every summer when I was a kid, and revisiting the island with my own family was so much fun!
