¡¡Nuevo!! Tranquila villa a pocos pasos de la playa!

Nuestra Villa azotada por el viento se encuentra a pocos pasos del camino de la mundialmente famosa playa de 10 millas de Kiawah. El entorno es tranquilo y muy "Kiawah". Nos encanta la belleza de los edificios costeros de tejas enclavados en el entorno natural que nos atrae a la isla de Kiawah en primer lugar, y ha capturado nuestros corazones para siempre. Disfrutamos saliendo cada mañana con una taza de café a dar un paseo por la playa. Más tarde en el día podemos tomar nuestras sillas de playa y un libro y relajarnos al lado del océano. En algún momento cada día nos montamos en bicicletas para explorar la isla a lo largo de las millas de senderos para bicicletas que serpentean a través del bosque y pasan increíbles cabañas junto al mar y mansiones arquitectónicamente impresionantes. Nos encanta que no tengamos prisa. Sabemos que debemos tomarnos nuestro tiempo y disfrutar de la tranquilidad y la belleza de la isla durante nuestro corto tiempo aquí. No hay multitudes NUNCA. Incluso durante las vacaciones más ocupadas, estamos gratamente sorprendidos por la poca gente que comparte nuestra pequeña experiencia de vacaciones. ¡No hay otro lugar como este!

This property was just fantastic. I was looking for a place to stay with my daughter while we enjoyed a little beach time, but we also needed to be in downtown Charleston, Daniel Island, etc for some appointments due to the purpose of our trip. The location is great for quiet beach and resort time, but it's convenient enough to the other Charleston locations that you can easily get out and about. Even on Labor Day weekend, traffic on and off the island itself was no trouble at all. "Steps from the beach" is completely accurate... just a quick walk down a well-manicured and landscaped pathway. The resort itself was beautifully maintained - lush landscaping making for enjoyable walks. The village shopping and groceries was wonderful, and we visited several coffee shops and stores. The condo itself was very pleasant - loved all the coastal and antique decor. Furniture was very comfortable. We did not cook, but the kitchen has everything you will need if you'd like to eat in. We brought a few housekeeping necessities but needed none of it - owners had the condo well-stocked and ready to go! I loved the layout - we only had 2 staying but there is plenty of room for 4 without being cramped. The TV was easy to operate and download your own streaming apps - the owners have taken great care to leave detailed instructions for you, including how to operate the TV and remotes. I would 100% recommend this condo if you are looking for the perfect way to enjoy the Charleston area!

All I can say is WOW! I have been coming to Kiawah for 30 years with my family and now I get to come with my toddler! This is the perfect location if you are looking to be central to everything on Kiawah! It is literally a one minute walk to the beach, about five minutes or so from the nest and Night Heron (that has nightly activities during the summer months for children) and maybe a 10 minute walk from the sanctuary! The place was very clean, had everything you would need for the week, and very comfortable. I reached out a few times to ask the owner as a question and they responded immediately. We loved our stay and had a great vacation and will certainly be back!

A short but pleasant stay

The property was well maintained and easy to check into. All the appliances were in working order and the villa was clean and comfortable. The hosts were great to communicate with and were friendly and helpful. Do stay here if you want a short walk to the beach and a comfortable place to stay.

Clean and modern condo so close to beach

This property was well maintained and stocked with everything you could need for your stay. The owners were responsive to questions and the proximity to the beach path couldn't have been closer. It really was literally a 2 minute walk from our spot on the beach back to this property. We especially enjoyed the woodsy deck. It was also very close to Freshfields Village. We recommend this unit to anyone looking for a comfortable stay super close to the beach.

Lovely villa in beautiful Kiawah Island

We only had a few days to visit, but this villa offered a great location in an amazing, serene setting on the east side of Kiawah Island. The Villa was stocked with everything we needed for an amazing retreat. And, the owners were on top of anything we needed. We hope to go back and visit sometime again!

Loved This Villa

Everything about this villa is topnotch. My husband and I stayed here for a month. It was very quiet, no one else in the other three units in this building. The bed was comfortable and the furnished were nice.I loved that there was a nice collection of cleaning supplies, even stainless steel cleaner for the appliances. Most renters probably would not think this is a plus but we were here for a month.The shower is excellent, great water pressure.The washer and dryer are conventional and in their own separate room.We had space to store our bikes in the storage area beneath the unit. Locked and safe.Check in was easy and the extra keys were appreciated.I would recommend this villa to any couple looking for a relaxing stay. We are planning to return again next year.Thank you to Tom and Anne for renting to us.

We have been vacationing on Kiawah for more than 20 years. After visiting many "typical" vacation communities with my family over the years, we discovered the unique vacation experience of Kiawah in 1998, and fell in love. Although we live in Omaha, NE, we have been coming here ever since.
We have 4 children, and we stay in a 3 bedroom Night Heron Cottage when we come as a family. We bought this villa in 2018 and rented it to guests through the Kiawah Island Resort for the past 2 years. However, we found that the resort management did not provide a high enough level of vacation experience for our guests, to justify the inflated prices charged. We want our guests to feel that they have a wonderful vacation, as well as a good value. So...we have taken over control! We hope to have many happy guests who want to come back to Kiawah year after year like we do!
