Buscando un poco de alegría de Florida? Lo encontrarás en este encantador tercer piso con balcón Suite Plus. Recientemente renovado, esta unidad es perfecta para toda la familia. La cocina está totalmente equipada con estufa y horno, microondas y nevera grande. La gran vista al mar alcanza su punto máximo a través de la puerta corrediza de vidrio en la sala de estar. Hay cómodas sillas de honda en el balcón y una mesa lo suficientemente grande como para disfrutar de una comida frente al mar. Las dos camas dobles murphy en la sala de estar se agregaron recientemente; son el lugar perfecto para disfrutar del gran televisor de pantalla plana de 42 ". El baño es encantador con una nueva bañera y barra de apoyo envolvente. El dormitorio privado tiene una cama king y un televisor de pantalla plana de 32 ". Great Location for a Small Family

This rental was a great fit for our small family of 4 (5y/o & 1y/o). It was very clean and had all the essentials. The Murphy beds were a hit and a great way to have space during the day. The pool and boardwalk to the beach made our days outside much easier when hauling everything you need for a day out. About 20 minutes away from St Augustine if you need a water break. Would recommend & truly enjoyed!

The bathroom smelled of urine the entire stay. The sliding door to the balcony was super hard to open and the handle actually broke off needing maintenance to come repair. There was sand in the bed sheets in the bedroom. No extra dish rags or paper towels on hand. The neighbors right across the hall were so loud and had a small dog that barked and howled a lot.

Loved having the convenience of the pool. One of the best features was the meeting room, where our family gathered for a family reunion. The condo was reasonably priced as well. We will be back!

Whole place needs updating

The complex is tired and needs remodeling I wouldn’t even use the 3rd floor ice machine The pool is nowhere near as big as the photos suggest. The beach is glorious. I would not rebook

Great Family Atmosphere

The building was clean, the pool area and grilling area was nice- charcoal Webber grills. Had laundry, ice machine and vending machines, as well as Landry detergent and sunscreen at the front desk. Pet friendly. Room was nice (very spacious compared to a hotel room) and well equipped to cook in and eat in if you wanted. This is our new vacation stay while in Florida.

Great home base for a fun extended weekend

Beacher’s was a wonderful place to stay during our time in the area over the weekend. We were able to enjoy Dayton Beach, the Daytona race weekend, St. Augustine, and Blue Springs State Park (manatee viewing). Would highly recommend.

Reviewer Comments: Beacher's Lodge Unit 326 was a wonderful choice for our mini-vacation.Positives:- Helpful on-site property management and maintenance staff (needed tv assistance)- Amazing view of the ocean from the balcony and main living space- Easy access to beach over boardwalk near the Lodge's pool- Great beach...clean sand with no rocks, shells or seaweed - Comfortable bed in bedroom and the murphy pull-down beds were a great idea to add to the unit- Air conditioning and fans worked well- Common area laundry facilities at $2.00 per washer or dryer load worked wellAreas for Improvement:- Coffee maker was a mini version and we suggest upgrading to a normal size coffee maker- Add a large wooden cutting board to the kitchen utensils (the glass cutting board isn't efficient -makes loud scaping sounds as its being used)- Add some cards, puzzles or board games to the unitRecommended Restaurants:- For seafood highly recommend Seafood Kitchen (amazing food and casual environment, 3 miles from Bleacher's Lodge); walk-ins welcome-For great atmosphere, music and food look to Prohibition Kitchen downtown at 119 St. George Street- For Spanish or Cuban inspired food look to Columbia Restaurant downtown at 98 St. George Street. We love Beacher’s

Each room is individually owned so the decor from room to room differs but the wonder cleaning staff make sure they are spotless. Maintenance requests are handled promptly and professionally.

We really loved having an office to assist us with our check in and check out. We've had a couple of issues in the past with using VRBO checking in and codes not working, so having the guest office was great. We were just steps to the beach. The unit was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. The kitchen was well appointed with dishes and cookware. The king bed was very comfortable. And they would come to your unit each day to make the bed and provided us with fresh towels. We would definitely recommend staying here.

The parking lot, elevators, stairways, walk ways, pool area and rest rooms are always clean. The staff is friendly and helpful. Our suite was clean and looked like the photos we saw online. The kitchen has the basics to cook a meal,nothing fancy but very workable. I will say that I did not find the bed very comfy. It might be time for a new mattress. The bedroom has plenty of storage. Small bathroom but it was fine. The view from the balcony is perfect! The location of the Lodge is great, laid back and quiet. There are restaurants and bars in the area. We love to eat Italian food at Violas. The Sandbar for a beer or two after a day at the beach. The Alligator Farm, Marineland and the Lighthouse are close by for those needing a break from the pool or beach. We had a great stay.

Fantastic, just fantastic!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My daughter and I spent three nights in a condo on the third floor. The view of the beach was wonderful, and to our absolute delight, we were able to see a rocket launch from Canaveral right from our balcony! We spent a lot of time walking on the beach. It was too cold to swim in the ocean, but we were able to swim in the heated pool at the lodge. The room was comfortable with two pull down murphy beds, and a king bed. It was very quiet and everyone we saw was friendly and welcoming. We took an evening boat ride in St. Augustine to see the Nights of Lights. We visited the Castillo and Fort Matanzas, both of which were very interesting. Also enjoyed exploring old St. Augustine. Overall a great trip. We would absolutely stay at Beacher's Lodge again!

St Augustine Getaway Weekend

We truly enjoyed our stay in the condo. It had all that we needed and the view is worth a million dollars. It is close to downtown St Augustine. Really enjoyed our stay.
