Excellent location for restaurants and shopping along with easy private beach access. The condo is spacious for two to four people and the management kept it very clean. My friend and I enjoyed our stay very much.

My friends had the best time during our stay. Everything was clean and well maintained. We were close to restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk back and forth from the beach to our condo. It was a wonderful stay!

Beautiful Condo

The condo is beautifully decorated! Definitely looks like it was renovated recently. It was clean and only steps away from the beach! It is very close to Seaside and right on highway 30A, so it was a busier area when we went in June. My only complaints were that either the dishwasher or the provided dish soap doesn’t fully clean dishes. And the mattresses were a little firm, but I prefer softer mattresses. There was also spotty WiFi, but it did warn you in the description, because it’s due to the congestion. There was construction next door, but it wasn’t super loud.

Beautiful condo

The location is great! Convenient to everything. My husband and I walked everyday and there was a great walking/running path all the way down 30A. The beach was beautiful. We had a peaceful and relaxing weekend! We would stay again.

The condo was a perfect location. It was a short walk for the beach and very close to shopping and restaurants. The place was very clean and had all the necessities for my family. The decor was a seaside theme and reminded me of the beach and was warm and inviting. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

Just what we needed. Newly remodeled, very nice bathrooms. Bedroom was small but all we needed. Kitchen was very well stocked and loved all the books in the living room. Only negative I wish the bedrooms had ceiling fans. But will not deter me from staying here again! Perfectly located for walking to shops and breakfast or dinner.

Okay, but wouldn’t stay again.

Blankets were dirty. Older, but cute unit. Super close to the beach. Over priced. Sleeps 8, but was cramped for my family of 6. Seagrove beach is perfect!

Amazing location

This was a great last minute trip for my family of four. I have two older teens and this condo was perfectly appointed and in a great location. Very short bike ride away from Seaside activities and restaurants, which is a must for our family.,We had everything we needed and the beach access was perfect. The only reason it wasn’t a 5 star review was that it had a smaller queen bed and got a little warm at night. We did find a really nice table top fan in the master to help. I would come back and stay here without hesitation.

Rotten Fish and intruders

When we arrived the kitchen garbage disposal was full of rotting fish, and the whole condo smelled like rotten fish. This was not addressed. Also, internet didn't work, and someone showed up the next morning and did not fix it but came in unannounced while we were still in bed. Also, there was only one fork, so we had to share a fork at mealtimes.

Somewhat unkept

The location was good. The unit was not very well cleaned. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we arrived. There was a problem with large roaches. One was so large I heard it on the floor in our bedroom at night. We found several. Very little space to store food in the kitchen. Sliding glass door had a problem that looked like a separation of the glass and the casing.

July 2016 visit

Pros: -close access to a private beach entrance - short drive to Seaside, which has lots of good places to eat; shops also -condo was well stocked -beds were comfortable -only a 30-minute drive to Destin -spacious enough for our family of 4, which includes two teenage boys -washer and dryer in the condo were very nice Cons: -floors were NOT cleaned well before we checked in. My husband saw pet hair under the kitchen table; after he swept the kitchen and living room, there was enough pet hair to make a small cat/dog - it is way past time to either replace the sofa and love seat OR have them professionally cleaned; they were stained and gross -also time to replace the fabric shower liner in the master bathroom. It is stained with pink mildew -the comforter in the master bedroom had pet hair all over it. In hindsight, it seriously makes me question just how clean the sheets were

Disappointed. Dirty. Moldy. Very loud.

The condo was not as expected. It was not exceptionally clean, the cabinets smelled like mold (and everything in them), the Keurig had not been cleaned and my coffee smelled like mold. The bed in the second bedroom was very uncomfortable and lumpy. The condo was cluttered with too much Knick nacks and unnecessary furniture. No space to even put groceries because the counter was so cluttered. The noise level outside was extreme. The road noise and just loud people all around kept us up and disturbed our sleep. There wasn’t even a very usable vacuum to keep the sand and gravel from the parking lot cleaned up. Positive - decent proximity to the beach without being beachfront, the bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. If staying make sure you bring a noise machine to get some sleep!

Close to the beach.

We were extending a current stay at the beach by a day & couldn’t stay in our current rental & needed a place to stay for a night. We wanted to check in early, but never got a response from the property manager from the email we’d sent the day before. Ended up calling them & they were able to accommodate a 2 hour early check in which was good. The location was convenient. One building off of the beach access which was private. Be aware that there is no chair or umbrella service in that area of the beach unless you trek down to the public beach area. No chairs or umbrellas provided by the unit either. This particular unit is on 30A & lots of construction going on across the street which was very loud (starting at 6 am the morning we were there). Master bed was very uncomfortable & in need of replacing in our opinion. Master bath was very dark & in need of brighter lighting. Overall everything seemed pretty clean. Kitchen had all the appliances you could need, but could use a remodel & didn’t appear to have been cleaned well in certain areas (splattered coke? On cabinets) when we arrived. Front entry area needs some sprucing up of the landscaping & possibly a pressure washing & paint We did not experience any issues with bugs that we had seen in other reviews, thankfully though. Overall the property was ok for one night for the price.

Property in need of much upkeep! Not 30A worthy!

This property was very well photographed, and very misleading. Bathrooms are nicely updated but it really stops there. Outside is run down, chipped paint, dirty front door with paint splattered on it. The stairs leading to the unit are filled with rusty nails and banister is nothing but chipped paint. The place does not look like a it’s been cleaned in the outside in years. There was old beach equipment laying around and a bench that was rusted and falling apart. Horrible parking for this unit. Even with one car it’s an issue. You have no room to get out on the passenger side. NO GOLF CARTS welcome. So don’t rent one. Kitchen is very outdated and not well equipped. The ventahood was very outdated and dirty. There weren’t simple utensils such as a spatulas. Stained ceiling, in more than one area, electric sockets taped with old medical tap. Broken furniture in the bedroom. Beds were sunken in, old and the most uncomfortable I have ever slept in. The back patio consist of rusted nails and railing that is missing more paint than it has paint. Back sliding door hasn’t been cleaned and very dirty and doesn’t lock. Broken outdoor receptacle. We were harassed by a man that appeared to be with the HOA about using the beach access. He didn’t believe our children when they told him were staying there. This property should not be rented out until it is properly updated and all issues are addressed. The owner should be ashamed. Vacasa was very nice however I question what their standards are and when this property was last inspected. This property did not get like this overnight. Don’t rent!

Great location

Perfect location, we were able to walk or bike almost anywhere we wanted to go (Seaside, Watercolor, several amazing restaurants). It was also an easy walk down a short flight of steps directly to the beach. The accommodations were perfect for our trip for 2. I think 4-6 people could comfortably stay here but any more than that would be pretty cramped. Overall we had a wonderful stay and would definitely consider renting this place again!

Needs a deep cleaning. Good location!

Nice location but was not as clean as it should be. Baseboards, walls, fans, rugs and front door need to be cleaned thoroughly. Bath rugs were sour smelling and top of fridge was filthy. Appeared the place had not been really cleaned in over a year. New mattresses needed and slept terrible as a result. Also cooking tools were not available, specifically a spatula for hamburgers. Found beer cans in a laundry basket in the closet. Owners might want to get a new cleaning service because the ones they have are doing a horrible job.
