This is unit 210 at the very popular Eastern Shores Condominium! Azul is a one-bedroom/two-bathroom condo with twin bunk beds, allowing it to accommodate four people comfortably. We are a corner unit on the second floor, facing the ocean. The Eastern Shores building is located on a private stretch of sand on a dead-end street.
AZUL has been carefully renovated to reflect family needs and has been tastefully appointed with relaxation and comfort as the primary objective. Right away you will find beautiful materials and inviting furnishings that provide the perfect backdrop for you to sink in and enjoy the ideal beach vacation.

• No Boats, Trailers, or U-Hauls are permitted.
• Golf Carts Not Permitted

• Must be 25 or older and staying at the property for the entire stay.
• The primary guest is required to sign the Kismet Properties Renter’s Agreement
• The Primary guest is required to upload a copy of their photo ID.

CANCELATION POLICY:
Guest receives 100% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 60 days before arrival; Guest receives 50% (less $250.00 cancellation fee) if cancellation occurs more than 30 days before arrival; No refunds within 30 days of arrival.

Great location

We had a wonderful stay at this property! The condo was clean, up to date and literally steps away from the beach. The only complaint we had was the mattress needs up dating. It curved to the middle and was very hard! Would recommend other tan yay !

Azul is a nice clean condo on the beach.

Azul condo located in Eastern Shores is an older condo that’s been renovated which is made it a perfect spot to stay on the beach. The air conditioner was not working properly so Kismet Properties sent a technician out the next morning and got the unit running again. Thank you!

Perfect location and beach

What a beautiful condo , the owner was very communicative.It was fully equipped with lots of towels , pots and pans. Everything was perfect.. the view was amazing . We saw three beautiful sunrises , we will make it a tradition to stay here .

I've vacationed in this area ten plus times at other rental properties, and this has been the best of all. Brand new condition The next time we definitely re-book this location.

Beautiful condo, right on the beach!

We loved this condo so much. It’s absolutely beautiful, and had so many special little touches (especially in the upstairs kid’s area) that made it fun for all of us. Super clean, very convenient to get to the beach, and the kids loved being close to Eastern lake and exploring there. Had no issues - will stay here again!

Awesome Views

The location of Azul was great! We had easy access to the beach. The unit was clean and aesthetically pleasing. It is a corner unit so keep this in mind because there is not total privacy while on the balcony.

Overall, the condo was great, and a great location. Everything was clean and we had no issues throughout our stay. The only suggestion I would make is that it does get a little stuffy in the bedroom at night, a fan would help quite a bit

Just a few steps to the sand!

The place is very stylish and just as the photos show. The stairs were close to the entrance of the condo and at the bottom of the stairs you are right next to the gate that leads to the beach. The parking spot for the condo was also very close to the stairs so if you have lots of things it’s convenient. We enjoyed our time here and would love to come back again.

Great condo

This is our second time to stay in this unit and we love it! The location is the best!! It is clean and comfortable. The only issue we had was that there was no baking sheet for the oven. I called management and she said that she would bring one the next day but no one ever showed up with it...very disappointing since everything else was so amazing.

Great condo, perfect location!

Our family had an amazing time staying in the Palmazul this summer! The location is between Seaside and Rosemary Beach so you can easily explore the restaurants and shops down 30A. Being right on the beach was a dream! It was so easy to pack up our cooler and spend the whole day down at the beach. Along with the amazing interior design the condo is so functional and all beach necessities are included! What a perfect vacation spot... we hope to be back soon!

Great place

We stay on the street every time we go to the beach and this condo was great! Only issue would be please use cotton sheets. All bedding sheets were polyester which I’m sure is more rental friendly but very sweaty. I would stay here again and bring my own sheets next time love this place
