When I was looking for the perfect place to invest, Dunes of Panama, Building A immediately stood out to me, and here's why. The low-density design of this building was a major factor in my decision. With just 7 floors and only 9 condos per floor, there are only 63 condos in the entire building, which is rare for a beach property. This creates an intimate, more exclusive atmosphere that you simply can't find in larger, overcrowded resorts.
What I truly love about this property is the sense of community it offers. It’s small enough that you can get to know your neighbors and feel a personal connection, yet it’s spacious enough to offer all the privacy and peace you could want. As someone who values a relaxing, tranquil environment, I knew this would be the ideal place to offer guests a getaway that feels like home. It’s the perfect balance of serenity and accessibility—far from the crowds but still close enough to enjoy all that Panama City Beach has to offer.
