Este hermoso condominio está a solo unos pasos de la playa y cuenta con impresionantes vistas. También incluye uno de los pocos espacios de estacionamiento cubierto en Ocean Vista Towers.

El alquiler incluye acceso al jacuzzi de la piscina OVT y al área de juegos infantiles. Cocina completamente equipada y ropa de cama.

Aún mejor, no hay limpieza adicional del propietario ni tarifa compleja.

Great location and place to stay!

This place was a nice surprise. Super clean, sleeps 8, good amenities, and just a short little walk to the ocean. We are already looking to book for next year!

Family Beach Trip

Great property right on the beach. Owner was fantastic to communicate with. Condo was clean, well equipped, and just steps from the beach. A covered parking spot was an extra added bonus. We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely visit to SPI

This condo perfectly matched its listing. The condo was clean, comfortable, roomy and so so close to the beach. The pool was a nice touch as well. The kitchen had all necessary pots and pans! Thank you for the lovely stay!

First SPI trip

We had a very relaxing good time at this condo. It was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The balcony was exceptional with high chairs so that we can see over the balcony rail. Everything was wonderful! We will be back!

This unit was great! We are a family of four and the space was perfect. We loved all the space in cabinets for our stuff as well as all the amenities they provided. The communication was fantastic as well.

One of the best!!

We had a great stay in this condo during our 14 days in South Padre!! We come here often & this has to be one of the best!! The grounds were well maintained & our Condo was very clean & homey. Comfy beds, great pots & pans, dishes, etc. Great communication with owner ( even informed us of the SpaceX launch) Hope to stay again 😎

Fall break

It was a nice area. They provided all the basic necessities. It was quite refreshing to experience that being provided. It wasn't far from the beach which was very nice. We had several overcast days which was a definite damper, but we made due with the patio and watched the ships.

Best Vacation at SPI So Far

This is our third trip to South Padre Island in as many years and this was the best trip so far! The unit was exactly as described and we had no problems at all. It was clean, had everything we needed, and was right on the beach. Unlike many properties, this one has it's own private beach access, which is a nice bonus. As a family of five we had plenty of room and the washer/dryer in the unit was so helpful. If you are thinking of heading to SPI, definitely consider this property!

One of our best stays to date!

From the overall location of property, cleanliness of the unit, pool and beach accesses, and solid communication between owner and renters, this was by far one of our most favorite, and to date, best units to stay in for our annual vacation. We have been coming to SPI for 7 years now and this was an excellent view and unit to enjoy our vacation. Highly recommended and a fully stocked kitchen always helps when you’re in the mood to randomly cook (or bake a cake) for an over the top meal. Comfy beds and modern designs make this unit very homey and welcoming. We can’t wait to come back and stay here again. Thank you for everything!

Quick SPI Trip

This property was everything advertised. The property was extremely clean and well maintained. The condo was extremely well stocked with all needs met for cooking in. Every detail was thought about from soaps and towels to pens and paper. I’ve stayed at many properties on SPI, but I will have to say this is the beat maintained and cleanest we’ve ever rented. The property manager was easily reached and was a pleasure to work with making our short notice reservation. This location is highly recommended!!!!!

Surf and Sand Surprise

We had a wonderful stay here! It had everything we needed. Plenty of plush towels and a few beach towels. Great pots and pans and casserole dishes. Plenty of glasses and some plastic cups to take by the pool also! Super comfy beds! There were games available and some puzzles too! Door entry is the best we have had and the air conditioner worked like a charm! We will definitely be back here. It was nicely decorated and made us feel at home! Thanks Steve!

Padre getaway

We had an amazing time at 405 Ocean Vista towers. Would definitely stay again. The pool is a little small for the number of people staying at the property and wasn’t used by our group. But the tennis court was an added bonus and there was a ping pong table & work out room on the property. The condo itself was so cute, clean and well-appointed. The primary bathroom had a subtle smell that I suspected was the toilet and it was constantly running. I am not a fan of carpet in the bedrooms when at the beach because of the sand battle. Otherwise, the condo was perfect! I will definitely put this condo on my list of places to stay again for our annual SPI vacay.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay; owner was an excellent communicator and also gave us ratings on some neighborhood joints to check out. Overall very relaxing stay, and would 10/10 recommend for future visits!

Well-equipped and comfortable

The 2 bdrm/ 2 bath easily accommodated the 3 of us. Could easily sleep 6 if you don’t mind sharing a bed. Well-equipped kitchen and tastefully decorated. Beautiful balcony views of the beach and easy managed access to the pool and the beach. We took our own chairs and umbrellas in a heavy duty wagon (big wide wheels for the beach sand), but you can rent chairs/umbrella from the property office. The WiFi and TV options were solid. There were even card games in the drawer. We loved it overall and will use this property again.

Best condo I have ever rented

I have rented other condos in the past at SPI and other places, by far this has been the best condo I have ever rented. When we got there, it was super clean, it smelled nice, temperature was perfect, great beds and linens, and it had all the necessary things to start (soap, paper towels, trash bag, etc.). Stephen responded immediately to all my communications and concerns. There were no problems whatsoever so there was no need for him to fix anything. Covered parking space is a plus. Condo has a great view to the beach and is quiet. We really liked the sectional at the TV as we saw a lot of movies. Great experience and definitely will rent it again as soon as we can. Thanks Stephen!

Wonderful location

We loved this place. Very nice property, easy access to beach, great pools, beach umbrellas are available at the property too,. Property manager was extremely responsive. We had a small problem with AC on second day but Steve was able to work it out with us.
