En el centro de París, apartamento independiente contiguo nuestra residencia en la que por lo general la bienvenida a la familia y amigos. Edificio con un hermoso jardín centenario. Apartamento muy luminoso y cruce. En la primera planta.

Amplio y bien equipado con 4 camas con una sala de jardín (sofá cama y ropa de cama de calidad de los hoteles 4 *). Ventanas con doble acristalamiento. Sala de estar con cocina equipada (lavadora, microondas, campana extractora, placas de inducción ....). WC independiente. Hermosa sala de ducha. Sábanas y toallas.

Incroyable le séjour

On a passé un incroyable séjour de trois jours dans cette appartement. Les proprietaires très gentil, tout facile. L´inmeuble prope, bien gardé, avec enchant. On va le recommander sans doute à mes amitiés. Merci !!!

Je ne connaissais pas le 15e arrondissement. J'ai été charmée. Parisiens et vie de quartier, loin des touristes, c'est exactement ce que je recherchais. Et n'ouboiez pas le bistro du coin: cuisine familiale au menu. Laurent et Isabelle sont des hôtes remarquables et l'appartement est identique aux photos. Il est aussi super tranquille. Sommeil garanti. Nous y reviendrons.

Great place to stay for our week in Paris. The place was impeccably clean, new, and had all the necessities for our stay. Isabelle was very friendly and met us when we arrived and showed us around the place. Great location, within walking distance of la Tour Eiffel and Les Invalides, close metro stations, restaurants, boulangerie, and grocery store. The street was a little louder than we would have liked, but we were in Paris, so it really didn’t matter! Appreciated the restaurant recommendations that Isabelle left. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again in a heartbeat!

The hosts are attentive and very accomdating. The apartment is very well-maintained and well-equipped. The neighbourhood is safe and calm. Transport to city centre is convenient as Volontaires metro station is just 8 minutes walk away.

Un petit coin de Paris

Situé dans le 15ième cet appartement confortable, propre, calme et très bien équipé est un peu à l'écart des grands musées et lieux de culture. Toutefois, le bus est à quelques pas de l'appartement. Nous aurions aimé durant notre séjour de 18 jours un ménage et un changement de literie. La diligence d'Isabelle pour résoudre un petit problème électrique a été très appréciée

Beautiful apartment, wonderful hosts!

After a whirlwind tour of France, coming to stay at Isabel and Laurent's apartment was so relaxing, peaceful and rejuvenating. Isabel was there to greet us when we arrived and gave us a quick tour. It had everything we needed and was even cozier than the pictures suggested it would be. It was immaculately clean and very comfortable. Windows opening to the street and to the garden gave it a lovely cross breeze. My daughter slept well on the sofa bed and the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable. The street could get a bit noisy in the evening, but it always quietened down by about 11pm. It's only about a 6 to 8 minute walk to either the Volontaires or Pasteur metro station, and there is a Carrefour market right beside the building. Also, just across the street is a wonderful boulangerie where we would grab our daily pain au chocolat and croissants! Isabel and Laurent are absolutely lovely hosts. I can't wait until I have the opportunity to return to Paris and I will definitely want to stay at their apartment again!

Wonderful!

Isobel is the perfect host. Everything was as the post presented. Clean, bright and everything that you would need for a pleasant visit. It’s a residential area, so it was quiet and safe. 2 blocks to the metro station. Grocery store literally 20 steps away. Plenty of restaurants and bakeries close by. I would definitely stay there again.

Perfect stay

I've rented many apartments in Paris and Isabelle's was one of the best ever and a value for the money. Clean, modern, big bedroom and very well equipeed, it has everything you need. There is a grocery store next store and many transportaion links. If you want to experience living like a Parisian I highly recommend this apartmment. Plus, Isabelle went out of her way as a host when I had an issue. She deserves her 5 star reviews.

Absolutely fantastic - our stay couldn’t have been better.

Isabelle’s apartment is delightful in every way - great location, very comfortable, the bed is perfect, the back garden is beautiful. We loved our stay and we’re sad to leave. I would absolutely recommend the apartment with no reservations.

Wonderful apartment

A great little apartment, well situated and very well appointed. The beautiful courtyard was an oasis of calm in the city. Everything you might need was available, and it was wonderful to have a dishwasher, laundry machine and Nespresso machine. The owners Isabelle and Laurent were wonderful and very helpful, we would definitely stay here again!

hands down, the best!

this place was perfect for my trip. its exactly as described, and a little more! great bedding, towels, kitchen supplies, fans at the ready for a heat wave. the garden is blissful, neighborhood is full of markets and restaurants. if you're a light sleeper and in the front room you might need ear plugs as the street is a bit loud. dont let this distract you though from a truly great property.

Parisian charm and convenience

This apartment is attractive, well equipped, and immaculate. The bedroom overlooks a leafy garden courtyard and is country-quiet in the middle of the city. The neighborhood is mostly residential, but there are plenty of parks, outdoor markets, and nice restaurants nearby, and excellent bus and Metro service to anywhere in the city. We felt we had a taste of really living in Paris! Isabelle, the property manager, is very efficient and a pleasure to work with. This is our second stay in the apartment, and we will certainly go again.

EXCELLENT

My husband and I were interested in spending two weeks in Paris and thought a VRBO would be the best option. A previous host from Nimes suggested we always stay at a Premier Host designated site. We followed his recommendations and found Isabelle's apartment. The online pictures do not do the space justice. It is much larger than indicated and it was a perfect site for all our adventures. The apartment is not just clean and light filled, but generously furnished with everything a long term guest needs. We enjoyed visiting the twice weekly market for our fruits and vegetables and the various bakeries for our morning pain au chocolat. I began the day with an expresso and ended with herbal tea thanks to her appliances. There were three grocery stores chain stores in close proximity and the Volotaraires metro stop was seven minutes away. We wanted to stay in a non tourist area, but in a location easily accessible to all the major sites. The eat-in kitchen and living room provided plenty of space and true separation from the back bedroom. The shower was a dream, large, spotless and plenty of hot, hot water. I could rhapsodize about the bed. I am a poor sleeper on trips, but this bed was DIVINE! It had the perfect firmness and I awoke refreshed every morning. The bedroom is located on the back of the Eiffel constructed building and overlooks a garden. We never heard traffic noise. I anticipate a return to Paris and this is where I will stay.

Really sweet little apartment. A good mix of being well and centrally situated and at the same time with the quiet and local atmosphere of the neighbourhood I stayed there a month due to work. And there was very much room for 1 person but also sufficiently room for 4-5 when my family visited me.

Een mooi apartement voor 2-4 personen. Modern gerenoveerd en in zeer goede staat. Bakker en supermarkt om de hoek. Metro op loopafstand (5-10 min). De gastvrouw is erg aardig en behulpzaam. We hebben een zeer aangenaam verblijf gehad.

Wonderful stay in this charming and very comfortable apartment

My husband and I just stayed one week in Isabelle's apartment. It was truly one of the best places we have ever rented in Paris or anywhere. The apartment is very modern, well appointed, with everything one needs...the bedroom faces an inner courtyard and garden which is very charming and peaceful. The bed is very comfortable with high-end quality sheets and comforter, the bedroom has a lot of space to hang clothing and a great book collection on the shelf. The bathroom is small but the shower is modern with great water pressure. My cousin who lives in the south of France came to stay with us for the whole week and she said the sofa bed in the living room was extremely comfortable. The open kitchen is fully equipped with espresso machine, tea kettle and all the necessities so you don't have to buy essential things like sugar, salt, etc...There is a grocery store literally next door which is very convenient, bakery down the street and the apartment is a 5 to 10 minute walk to Rue de Vaugirard and the Volontaires metro station. Isabelle was very welcoming and lives right across the hall, and was quick to answer any questions by text or telephone. I highly recommend's Isabelle's place and would stay there again on another visit to Paris.
