Hermosa cabaña de estilo Key West en Canal tranquilo en Steinhatchee, Florida. La cabaña está en un canal de marea (adecuado para barcos de hasta 20 pies de altura sin parabrisas superior o medio o Jon Boat, muelle flotante con acceso al golfo en 10 minutos (sin zona de estela). Tengo un acuerdo con un vecino que se encuentra directamente en el río y tiene resbalones mojados para embarcaciones de cualquier tamaño. Mis inquilinos tratarían directamente con el vecino para reservar y tarifas una vez que se reserven las reservas. ADEMÁS, MIS PERSONAS PUEDEN CONDUCIR SU VEHÍCULO A LA CASA Y DEJARLO ESTACIONADO CON SEGURIDAD EN SU PROPIEDAD MIENTRAS ESTÁ EN EL AGUA. MIS PERSONAS HAN DISFRUTADO DE ESTA AMENIDAD.
Después de un día en el agua, simplemente saltas del bote al vehículo y regresas a casa en un minuto. En mi propiedad hay espacio para estacionar el remolque de su barco y un par de vehículos en la propiedad. TENGO UNA ESTACIÓN DE LIMPIEZA DE PECES EN MI CASA UBICADA EN EL CANAL DETRÁS DE MI CASA CON MUCHA HABITACIÓN PARA RELAJARSE EN EL MUELLE. COLUMPIO. HAMACA O GIRO DE HAMACA. UNA CHIMENEA RECIENTEMENTE CONSTRUIDA Y MESA DE COMEDOR EXTERIOR SND CHARCOAL GRILL.
Paraíso natural para algunos de los mejores pescadores de sal y agua dulce, piragüismo y festoneado en Florida. Bellamente decorada con un porche, balcón, TV en todas las habitaciones, cocina totalmente equipada. Duerme 6 en camas. A solo 10 minutos en bote (sin despertar) hasta el Golfo. .5 millas y menos de restaurantes, supermercados, Dollar General y rampa para botes. aproximadamente 1 milla a todo lo que Steinhatchee tiene para ofrecer. Wonderful Host and Beautiful Space!

I had an amazing stay! The place was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Check-in was super easy, and the host was very responsive and helpful throughout the trip. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

This is a very well equipped home with the owners thinking of everything down to K-cup teas, coffees, different types of sweeteners, etc. Plenty of cookware and spices to go with whatever you're cooking. This was like a home away from home experience and I loved the porch swing. Unfortunately, we were only able to stay one night. The ONLY reason I did not give this place an excellent is because we couldn't dock our rather large boat outside. A smaller boat would have worked, but otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and the place is right around the corner from the main restaurants in Steinhatchee. I would definitely consider another stay at this home, Woody's place!

What a lovely home!

The house was perfect. It had everything you would need for your stay in lovely quiet neighborhood. The neighbors were even friendly but you really would not know you had any. We would definitely choose this home to stay again in if in the area, Definitely recommend,

Good Weekend

Quick weekend trip to Steinhatchee. The house was perfect. Nice, clean, and quiet. Everything needed was onsite. The location is great. Walking distance to Kathi's restaurant and 5 minute drive to the marinas. I hope to spend more time there in the future.

Love Steinhatchee

We had a great time and enjoyed the convenience of being on a canal with access to the Gulf. Scalloping was awesome as usual. This was a very comfy place to stay, had all the necessities, and the owner was very attentive during our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Wonderful experience!

Fun times in Stienhatchee

Dropped by property early and met Michael. He was friendly, knowledgeable and gave advice on how to improve our stay. The house had every thing we need to enjoy our stay. We will trurn the next time we head to Stienhatchee.

As Advertised

A group of 5 of us stayed here the weekend and it was perfect. The AC got cold and water pressure was great after a day on the water. The ride through the canal is about 5 minutes but note that we were topped out with a 21 foot boat. Be cautious of the tides. The property was located behind Kathy’s and was very convenient. Would definitely stay again!

From Valdosta Ga. and purchased as a second home to go offshore fishing. Also enjoy fishing the river and inshore fishing along with scalloping. The home makes a great get away to relax and enjoy the many water and non water activities or simply spend time relaxing. Community does not have one stop light. I find many of the same renters coming back each year along with new ones as well. They tell me the house is always immaculate and kept freshly decorated and the location is the best. Give us a try and see how you like it.

One of the best areas in Steinhatchee and property is located only 10 minutes via boat to the Gulf (no wake ride). Yard is partially fenced in offering landscaping, private dock and floating dock to use Kayaks or Jon Boats. Private yard large enough to park your boat trailer. Dock is excellent area to relax and cook out or enjoy the firepit. There is a fish cleaning station on the dock. Home offers a large screened in porch and the master bedroom has a King size bed and a comfortable couch to relax while watching TV. Master Bedroom has a private balcony overlooking the canal with outside patio set to enjoy a cup of coffee or your favorite beverage. House is fully equipped with all amenities. High speed fiber internet with large Smart TV's in both bedrooms and living room with Firesticks and Youtube TV. Very clean, immaculate and furnished/decorated nicely.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

Nature fully exposed with river, wildlife, Gulf and beautiful sunsets! Several state parks are only a few miles drive to spend the day. The small community is blessed to have a Grocery store, several convenience stores and a Dollar General. If you need a charter for any water activity, they are always available and at great rates. Also you will find many locals who are ready to clean your catch of the day, from inshore, offshore fish and scallops. There are several great landmark restaurants located within a mile of our house. Several full service marinas to launch your boat or get fuel and bait/ice. Also available are rentals for boats, Kayaks and Golf carts so you can fully enjoy your vacation. Night time is always an adventure with a couple of local hot spots usually offering live bands and/or karaoke and the location is close or on the water with outside Tiki style bars. My property is surrounded by nature that encompasses large Oak trees, Cypress trees and many other natural elements great for exploring or photography.
