Nogales Palms is a beautiful and quiet oasis, blending open indoor spaces with private outdoor spaces to create the ultimate retreat for unwinding and relaxing. Multiple French doors open to the backyard, including a chic master suite with private bath. There is a covered patio for outdoor entertaining, and a gated-entry courtyard that surrounds the beautiful blue salt-water pool and spa. At night, enjoy scenic mountain views by the fire pit, surrounded by fruit trees.
Vaulted ceilings, a fireplace with a stunning floor-to-ceiling stone surround and a dining room with starburst chandelier opens to a fully appointed kitchen with white cabinetry, glass uppers and granite countertops. The beautiful landscaping also has a side yard adorned with orange and lemon trees. This stunning vacation home features a bonus entertainment room with designer carpet, polished white tile flooring, designer wall treatments and a two-car garage.

I am a creative director based on New York and California. I love to travel and have always enjoyed providing hospitality to others. Palm Springs has always been ones of my favorite places because it's such a unique escape from the hectic pace of our everyday lives. Nothing makes me happier than when guests tell me how much they enjoy the house and their stay in Palm Springs. I know what I expect from a vacation so my number one priority is to provide the same level of experience for my guests.

The house is very unique compared with many listings. It has a recessed living room floor and open concept, so you really get an indoor/outdoor feel with the french doors. Guest have told me the house is both "fun" and "cozy" and is the quintessential Palm Springs experience. It feel like you are on vacation the minute you walk in the door.

Beautiful outdoor area, which is completely enclosed and private. View of the mountain from the fire pit, and a gorgeous pool and spa surrounded by greenery. We have 3 fruit trees: orange, lemon, and limes. There is a hammock for reading or dozing off, and several loungers for suntanning or resting under the umbrellas if you prefer shade. It is very quiet and the neighborhood is extremely safe. You are walkable distance from Albertson's, a large supermarket that has everything you'll ever need, including beer, wine, and spirits. It really does feel like private oasis in the desert.
