An Amazing Midcentury Home In The Exclusive Deepwell Neighborhood
The Chartwell House!! A completely updated, midcentury home - just a short bike ride to the world-famous shopping on Palm Canyon Drive.
Very private resort-style yard with heated pool and integrated waterfall spa. Covered outdoor living pavilion, fire feature, and absolutely gorgeous mountain views. Free-flowing sprawling floor plan. Gas fireplace, foosball, and a great interior bar.
The Primary Guest must be at least 25 years old at the time of arrival. No more than 5 cars at or near the property. No outdoor music or amplified sounds. Quiet hours are from 10pm until 10am. No glitter or confetti. No nails, thumbtacks, or staple holes in walls. Only painter’s tape is allowed on walls & ceilings. Any violation of these rules will result in additional charges or fines and immediate termination of your stay with no refund. All payments must be made 30 days before arrival to avoid cancellation of the reservation with no refund.

Perfect location and amenities!

We enjoyed everything about our stay in Palm Valley. The house was exactly as described and seen in the pictures. With a beautiful backyard and gorgeous Mountain View’s and so close to all the shops, restaurants and sights in town, it was the perfect location. We would definitely stay here again!

Couldn't have been better!

The house is just as it appears online and very spacious. The outdoor space was very relaxing with sun and shade options. The neighborhood was so friendly too, which I haven't really experienced in Palm Springs before (not rude or bad before, but not friendly like this). The grocery store was very close, there were great restaurants in walking distance and it was a very short drive to downtown. Would love to come back again!

This house was perfect for us. Tons of space to spread out but also great spaces to gather. We used every bit of it, too. Location is great. Check in and check out we’re very easy and convenient. Jeremy was very flexible, and he responded to any question very quickly. Thanks so much!!

This house was great for our family of five with three generations. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space, we all loved the foosball table, and the outdoor area was lovely with covered and uncovered areas for relaxing. Would definitely book this house again!

The Chartwell house exceeded our expectations! Tons of room for the kids both inside and out, well appointed and very comfortable. Loved the unique artwork and overall midcentury modern aesthetic. Beautiful and quiet neighborhood, would go back in a heartbeat!

Such an Amazing Place!

This was the perfect spot for a little getaway for the whole family. It looks even better in reality than the pictures. Love the location. The setup was perfect. We’ve found our new favorite spot in Palm Springs

Beautiful!

We visited with two other couples for my husband's birthday and had such an amazing time! The house and property are beautiful! This is a semi-annual trip for us, and we all agreed it was our favorite PS house so far! We were greeted by the property manager Jeremy, who was absolutely lovely and showed us everything we needed to know. The living spaces offer so much room to lounge, the bedrooms are spread out for optimal privacy, the neighborhood is beautiful and quiet, but a quick drive or Lyft ride to an array of local restaurants, shops, etc. The kitchen appliances are updated and make cooking a breeze, and the sunken bar was a DELIGHT! Such a nice place! We hope to return someday soon with our doggies. :)

Spacious and fantastic location

The property manager met us as soon as we checked in to welcome us and give us the rundown of the house. It was awesome for the 6 of us to relax, and float in the pool. We went in the HEAT of the end of July, and it was actually quite enjoyable. They house is fully stocked with anything you could need.

Spacious and Comfortable

We really enjoyed our stay here. The house was very comfortable, and the neighborhood was beautiful and convenient. There were only 4 of us, but the house could easily accommodate more people. We had a wonderful time all around.

Great place, friendly hosts

The house is as advertised. Great, spacious home in a wonderful neighborhood. Very nice walking streets and not far from downtown. Plenty of restaurants nearby. Jeremy and Nick were very welcoming hosts who quickly responded to any questions or requests. We’d stay here again.

Perfect for girls trip of 5!

This house has plenty of room to spread out, the hot tub heats up really fast, the neighborhood is gorgeous and close to everything in Palm Springs proper. Would stay again!

Perfect Palm Springs getaway Home

First, the property manager actually checked us in - great customer service in an age where that seems to be missing. We therefore were able to easily move in and use all the lovely amenities (pool, spa, etc.) This is a perfect property to entertain family without feeling a lack of privacy due to the great layout of the house, which is located in a great neighborhood.

Fantastic stay

My friends and I enjoyed our stay at Chartwell very much. The property is clean and spacious and the location is perfect for exploring Palm Springs. Pics are very accurate. I'd definitely stay here again.

Great location

Very spacious. Lots of amenities: pool, hot tub, foseball, games, pool floats, beach towels, cable, etc. More space than we needed but very nice to have. Location was good, plenary of privacy, yet only a few blocks from grocery store, pharmacy, Starbucks, bakery, restaurants, etc. Jeremy the host was very good and responsive.

Beautiful peaceful neighborhood

House was everything it was advertised to be. Very well kept and plenty of room for us. Decor fit with the style of the house. Lots of amenities. Pool and hot tub were clean and enjoyable. Backyard patio great place to hang out and enjoy time together. We would stay here again.

Exceeded Expectations!

The Chartwell House not only delivered all the comforts and amenities you expect with a vacation rental home, it EXCEEDED EXPECTATIONS! We all LOVED it! Three college friends from east coast, west coast, and the mid-west AND our hubbies (who did not know one another) gathered for a mini-reunion. It was important to us that each couple had plenty of privacy. Not a problem! The house is spacious, elegant, and comfortable. The bedrooms are lovely, private, and each with easy access to the yard. The four bathrooms are unique and beautiful. AC and overhead fans made it so comfortable in 100 degree heat and the large pool made being outside enjoyable. We didn't do a lot of cooking but found everything we needed in the clean and modern kitchen. The quiet neighborhood is convenient to amenities yet tucked away from the hustle and bustle of downtown. We loved everything about our stay and would return to the Chartwell House without hesitation. Jeremy and Rick were great communicators, addressed our questions and needs immediately, and made our stay just that much better!

Great for groups - beautiful pool area

Our 2nd time staying at this property, my group really likes it here. Nice outdoor/pool area with lots of privacy. Big kitchen, huge fridge, newer appliances. Has two central air units and some mini splits, important when temps are really high.

Palm Springs Paradise!

This could not have been a better place to spend our friends birthday weekend at! The home is immaculate; every single amenity we needed was here, with a fully stocked kitchen, and three beautiful bedrooms. The property management team were communicative, efficient, and gracious when we checked in. Five stars all around! Will definitely be coming back!!
