Real Escapes Properties se enorgullece en presentar nuestra nueva propiedad: ¡1204 Demere Road! Esta cabaña de 5 dormitorios y 3 baños es de nueva construcción con un amplio y espacioso plano de planta. Mejor aún, es amigable para los cachorros. Aún mejor: ¡hay una piscina privada en el patio trasero cercado!

Te encantarán las paredes de solapa con el suficiente color agregado en toda la cabaña para saber que estás en un lugar especial.

Todos los electrodomésticos son completamente nuevos, incluido el enfriador de vino. La mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para 4 personas y hay asientos adicionales en el bar de la isla. La sala de estar cuenta con un gran televisor de 55 ", así como muebles nuevos y relajantes.

La Master Suite está en el piso principal y cuenta con una cama King, TV grande, baño con hermosa ducha y un armario principal lo suficientemente grande como para vivir. Hay dos dormitorios adicionales en el nivel principal, ambos con camas queen y TV. Entre las dos habitaciones hay un baño completo con bañera / ducha.

Our family enjoyed the house and the amenities. The pool was perfect for our grandchildren. We wish we were a little closer to the beach. The adults could walk without issues but the younger grandchildren could not walk. The house was perfect for our family. The number of rooms and bathrooms worked perfectly!

Pretty house but a few things to know

The house itself is a perfect size and well done. It fit everyone comfortably and has ample living space. Our only complaints were that a lot of the rugs, though clean, seem to be covered in animal urine stains and the towels also seems dirty and super used. Finally, the tap water was almost unbearable—the smell of sulfur made it difficult to even shower. I’ve been to SSI so many times before and have had no issues with tap water (and during this trip, I had no issues anywhere other than this property). Finally, make sure you bring toiletries for the shower. There weren’t even travel sized ones available upon check-in.

Great house and location

We had a great time in SSI. The house was perfect. We enjoyed the backyard, pool and solo fire pit. Great location to shops and restaurants. The driveway/parking area was a little difficult to navigate.

Lovely Time

We booked this house for a week in late February/early March. My husband and I were unable to go due to a sick pet but but my sister in law was able to still go with a couple of friends. I was a little hesitant to rent the home based on several of the reviews that complained about the parking situation and nasty neighbor. Our party followed the parking guidelines and had no problems at all. The home was immaculately clean. We would not hesitate to rent this home again in the future.

Grandchildren holiday.

There were a few areas of concern. 1) The 16 inch Webber grill was totally inadequate for nine people. 2) The Bosch refrigerator was great but again the ice maker was Inadequate for nine people. 3) The back deck between pool and house was very slippery when wet. This was pointed out in two previous posts and should be remedied ASAP to limit owners liability exposure.

Reviewer Comments: I rented this property for my son and his family as an overflow house for our larger family who were staying in a bigger house 3 driveways away. All of us checked out the house and were envious of how great this house was. It was clean with a great layout and the closets were massive if you had to set up a crib. And there are tubs for bathing babies/kids which was fantastic compared to most rentals. The only ding would be the house sleeps 10 but the table only seats 4. Otherwise, I would highly recommend.

Better than the online pics

This property was great for our week long stay. The house was larger than I thought which was nice. It was nicely decorated and very comfortable. It was located a short walk from the beach. The pool was great for hot afternoons. Parking was ample, and marked nicely. I saw in other reviews that the neighbor sharing the drive was difficult to deal with. We had no problems, he spoke with us and was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this vacation house.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved our stay here! The house is gorgeous and up to date. We spent a lot of time on the porch outside by the pool. Also the location of the home is perfect, only a few minutes drive to Massengale Beach and to the pier/shops. I do wish the parking spots could be bigger for a 5 bedroom house but we were able to make it work with 2 trucks and a car so that we didn’t block the house behind us. Would stay here again!
