Brand new 3-bedroom 3 bath condo is right in the heart of Port A and within walking distance to the beach! The resort-style pool, complete with a slide, and BBQ area is the perfect place to round out a day of fun at the beach. This 2-story condo offers two bedrooms with king-size beds and the third bedroom has a twin bed with a twin trundle. The loft upstairs has a Queen size sleeper sofa, and the living room downstairs also has a Queen size sleeper sofa. This condo is gorgeous and is the perfect spot for a family vacation! There are two parking spaces for this unit.

There were just a couple of little kinks to start off. (Tv in main living room was not working and downstairs bathroom sink was clogged) the pool was advertised as being heated, but it was not. Maintenance was available pretty quickly and those issues were resolved. The place overall was nice and comfortable for our family. We enjoyed our time there.

So so!

Property not nearly as new as advertised. Condo was ok, very dark in lower main level. Bare minimum for what you need to stay . Pool area very nice, but not cleaned the whole week with the pool restroom disgusting. I even dumped the heaped trash container myself it was so gross. This was after I contacted the management. So to say the least it was a so-so property.

Loved the town and location!

The town and location of the property was so perfect. The pool was amazing and nice and warm. Our beds were comfortable. The rug in the living room definitely had seen better days and needed a good clean. One of the couches was pretty dirty too. A little extra effort to shampoo and deep clean those stains out would’ve been nice. The washer was great to have and nice and big.

Nice location

Nice little place for a vacation. Has a pool nearby and beach is short 3 min drive or 10 min walk. Kids enjoyed it. There were a couple rowdy groups (late party music) in the condos, but that isn’t the fault of the owner. Would recommend their golf carts too.

Enjoyed our stay!

The condo was clean and generally well appointed. We lacked pillows and blankets for the pull-outs (sheets were there), but called next day and management quickly responded and had them delivered. Location was great, a few blocks from beach. I recommend a golf cart, but it’s definitely walkable if you’re not carrying too much. The pool is great as well. I definitely recommend this property. The water hose in the front does need to be replaced, however. Thanks for an enjoyable Memorial Day weekend with the family!

Poor internet & cable, water hose broken

Through out our stay we had very poor cable and internet connection. On our first night we called the property manager and they attempted to fix it. It only lasted that night. We had to repeatedly hit the restart for each of the five TVs in the room every day of our stay. Plus restart the internet box several times every day of our stay. Additionally, we try to water down our beach items and under our vehicle but the water hoe was broken with a leak causing no water pressure for the hoe to work properly.

A great Spring Break Getaway

The property was in excellent condition. It has everything you would need to eat in. (we mostly dined out and brought it back to the townhome. The check-in process was great we just had an access code that only we knew to get into the property. It has a washer /dryer which helped out on those sandy beach days. The kids loved the pool which is heated (Dad did too!) The beach was a golf cart ride away. Which I do highly recommend renting one as they have the pass to stay on the beach. I would definitely stay again in the future.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Townhouse was really nice and beautifully furnished. The location is also great. The pool looked nice even though we didn't use it, smaller than the pictures depict, but still nice. The only complaint is how dark the townhouse was. Since it since in between other units, there are no windows on the sides and only natural light comes from a back door in the downstairs bedroom. Upstairs bedrooms have windows/doors with balcony so that was nice.

Great trip!

Although our trip was cut short due to Hurricane Hanna, the place was great! The management staff went above and beyond to keep us informed of beach restrictions /closures and was extremely responsive. The condo was clean and stocked with everything you might need for your stay. We highly recommend and will be back!

Great beach getaway

My family found this property to be an affordable option to get away for a few days to Port Aransas. The townhome is comfortable and very well decorated. The beach was walking distance, but we opted to drive because the walk was a bit long with children. The kids loved the community pool and it was never too crowded. My family would have benefitted from a water hose near the entrance of the townhome, similar to the neighbor's, to wash the sand off and keep the townhome cleaner. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay.
