The largest floor plan at Vista Waikoloa at 1428sf: This newly remodeled unit has an abundance of natural light and privacy curtains throughout.. I also provide nice breakfast items for your first morning. The fruit plate is to die for. Then enjoy eggs, bacon, muffins and more. Pizza provided for late night arrivals.
Ground floor unit with immediate access to the lanai and yard: A Two minute walk to the 75ft lap pool and spas. A Five minute walk across the street to the unique and famous (Anchialine Pond Preservation Area: An anchialine system is a landlocked body of water with a subterranean connection to the ocean.) with a trail to the shoreline, beautiful unique Hawaiian sunsets and A Bay beach.
A Ten minute walk to Kings Shops and Queens shops. The Best Waikoloa Resort has to offer. We had such a wonderful time, we were here for two weeks and would definitely stay here again! Our condo was lovely, well stocked with spices and cookware as well as beach gear. Our host was extremely responsive and the location is great!

We had a wonderful 10 days staying in Waikoloa. Enjoyed the warm lap pool & hot tubs as well as the local beaches. Loved that it was quiet & comfortable as well as having many items (spices, dry goods, oil, etc.) on hard for cooking. We arrived after 10:00pm so having some lovely breakfast items on hand was a nice touch.

We had a wonderful stay at Baileys beautiful Waikoloa condo. The unit had everything we needed and MORE. The proximity to the beach and shops was amazing and all within easy walking distance. The kitchen is stocked with lots of spices and cooking essentials that you just don't get at most vacation rentals. Bodyboards, umbrella and cooler are provided for your trips to the many beaches The Big Island has to offer. The large fresh fruit platter that Bailey left for our first morning breakfast and welcome to his home was very thoughtful and absolutely delicious. We can't wait to return very soon. Randy

Excellent Accommodations & Host

The unit was fantastic and met our expectations. Our host Bailey was very easy to deal with and even left us a few breakfast items to enjoy our first morning there. I would highly recommend Baileys unit and hope to stay there again in the future!

I moved from Seattle, after two years in the Peace Corp, with my wife and four kids, We lived off the grid in Paauilo in a Yurt for twenty years before moving to Puako. It was wild!

The scene at Vista is very mellow and low key. It's great as my place is very quiet yet you can take a short walk to either the Queens shops or the Kings shops or the long white sand beach at A Bay. I think its the best of all worlds

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

I say Rent the best and leave the rest behind and why do I consider my unit the best. First, most of the Vista units are smaller at 1200st. Mine is the largest size condo available at 1400sf plus. It has been completely remodeled and upgraded and everyone tells me how beautiful it is. It is on the first floor and guaranteed quiet with concrete walls and floors. You can walk out the door and you have the entire outdoors in front of you, not a second or third floor with lanai blocked by glass railing. Take a two minute barefoot grass walk to the 75foot lap pool or another two minutes to the Vista lanai and six barbecues for outdoor cooking. It really is an awesome space. Thank you.
