Qué buenos momentos te esperan: un juego de billar en la amplia sala de estar, la ociosidad debajo del rancho o en la piscina infinita y 4 habitaciones, cada una con su propio baño o ducha al aire libre que da a la terraza o al jardín tropical. Claudia was amazing setting up airport transfers, drinks in the van, golf cart delivery and replacement when the battery wasn’t up to par, being the chef for 4 amazing meals! Beautiful home with full sun on the roof and periods of sun and shade at the pool.Only a few minute golf cart ride to the main road, beach and town center.I only wish that road to the main one was paved, but that is not in the VRBO’s hands.Would go again!!!

Amazing stay

We had the best time! Walking distance to the town, beautiful property with gate entrance. Property manager Claudia was amazing, she helped us with everything we needed and went above and beyond making sure we were all taken care of! If we ever came back we would definitely stay here again!

The property looked even better than the photos, and easily accommodated the 10 of us. The staff was helpful in arranging activities, and always made communication easy. Highly recommend staying here!

Amazing House!!

The property is exactly like the pictures, a true getaway in Costa Rica. The house had everything you needed, whether it was cooking a dinner in, lounging by the infinity pool, or playing a game of pool with the family, this house delivered. Claudia was amazing with communication and making sure no details were missed. It’s a great location, a short golf cart ride to numerous local restaurants, the beach for boogie boarding, or seeing howler monkeys just outside the neighborhood entrance, the house has it all. We stayed for 7 nights, would definitely stay there again and highly recommend!

Beautiful home in beautiful location. Seamless check in and check out. Claudia was very helpful with excursions,etc. Definitely need a golf cart. You *can* walk to the beach but you will need a hat and a lot of water. Great experience!

Excellent family stay

Great stay at the property. Claudia the property manager made our stay relaxing and easy by arranging our activity, airport transportation, meals, reservations, golf carts and served us three fabulous meals as our private chef allowing us to relax and enjoy Costa Rica and time with the family. More comfortable seating arrangements would be a plus and the outdoor bathrooms are “interesting” but still highly recommend!

Tamarindo Winter Escape

This house was amazing. We stayed with another family and we had a great week. The rooftop was very special, unique and comfortable for sunrise and sunset watching! The house was just the right distance to town - we could walk in for a meal or a trip to the beach and then go back to the privacy of the villa for a dip in the pool and/or cocktails on the roof. The management company went out of their way to return some personal items we left behind. We highly recommend this house.

What an amazing Holiday week in CR 2022

I can’t describe how hospitable the host and management team was to work with! Huge props to Claudia and Samuel for the warm welcome and generosity. The home was in a great location, everything was walkable for those who do not mind walks. I highly recommend golf cart rentals as it makes trips to the hot spots so much fun! The home is in a private community that is gated with 24/7 security and one who travels so often this home made you feel like home:).

Couples Vacay

Overall our stay was great. Don't use Paradise Rental for golf carts. We had a dud during the entire stay and they were not helpful even when Claudia tried on our behalf. It would have been nice if the kitchen was stocked with a few basics, like coffee and fruit for some sort of welcome. Especially when they want you to come immediately for check in and not stop along the way. The house itself fit our needs and the pool was excellent.

Birthday trip

I’m pretty late writing this review lol but I stayed here for my birthday last year may 2023 and I had an AMAZING time. Claudia was very accommodating and helpful. She booked everything for me : personal chef, golf cart , excursions, transportation to and from the airport. She even sang happy birthday to me in Spanish and French lol. The house was very clean and exactly like the pictures. The neighborhood was very safe. All the food and shops are legit 5-10 mins away no need to rent a car, just a golf cart. But my entire experience was a 10/10 I would recommend to everyone.

Nice place

Overall, we were very pleased with the property and the service we received from Claudia, the property manager. The home was very spacious and had everything we needed. The room space air conditioning was sufficient to keep the indoor very comfortable while the outside was hot and muggy during the day The pool and outdoor space was very nice. We really loved the town of Tamarindo. Great place to hang out with quality beaches, restaurants and services. No huge resorts so it felt a little more local. We went out a few nights to listen to some great live music. It is worth noting that the home is a good 3/4 of a mile to maybe a full mile from the commercial part of town and the beaches and it’s up a hill. We rented golf carts to get around. It’s certainly possible to walk to town or the beach but just be prepared for a good walk.

Nice Home

House was nice and clean. Entrance gate can be a little tricky so that could be improved for sure. It didn’t really coincide with the quality of the rest of the house. Would have been good to have some simple cooking essentials like oil since if you buy it it won’t be all used so then there is waste. Having a good designated place for the plexiglass glass pool table cover would be good. Or just not have a cover at all, it doesn’t make it look nice. Water in the lower bedroom shower didn’t get hot, that would have been nice. Location is a little far from downtown Tama to walk, closer would be nice. Thank you!!! Overall it was a great place to stay.

Spacious Villa

Enjoyed our stay at Casa Crucero. Away from hustle and bustle of Tamarindo Town. Claudia and her husband were super helpful and communicative, thank you. The walk to town is fine...15mins to centre but the uphill on way back may be a bit much in heat of the day for some. Car or golf buggy helpful. Rooms were clean. Indoor and out door sitting areas nice spaces to spend time. Good A/C. Plenty of towels and washing facilities. We were visited by frogs in our lovely outside shower rooms which added to the charm :) A few areas need help. Two bathrooms suffered from drain odour. Lifting boards around pool were a trip hazard. Outdoor furniture on roof terrace very scruffy. Kitchen needed better equipment ie a salad bowl, serving dishes, sharp knives, for a group of 8. There were no bedside lights in bedroom. It's a great villa, a little tired and needing a little more love.

From the moment we arrived, this home exceeded our expectations! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The beds didn't look comfortable in the photos but were very nice. Our host, Claudia, went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect! She was great with communication and quick responses, and so welcoming! We can’t recommend this property enough and can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful house close to town

This is a beautiful & new house with an awesome pool & deck area. We loved that it was close to town & just a short golf cart ride away. It was easy to get ahold of property manager when help was needed. Just be aware (property manager did tell us beforehand) there’s new construction in the area so loud banging starting early in the morning & throughout the day. Only small improvements I would suggest for the house is more glassware & perhaps thicker curtains in the bedrooms. Overall very happy we stayed at Casa Crucero!

The property is perfect! Clean, well equiped, spacious! the sunsets from the rooftop terrasse are incredible, the pool is amazing. People came to clean the outdoor space and pools several times during our short stay and maids came to clean the villa twice. It’s a little further away from the main part of the city but with the golf cart it was pretty easy to get around everywhere. Cart broke down and we managed to get it back repaired overnight!

Modern Comfort Close to Tamarindo

Our stay at Casa Crucero was perfect. The house looked exactly as it did in the pictures. Claudia and Samuel were always available to ask any questions and help check us in so we had no issues. They even helped us arrange for a car service to pick us up and drop us off from the airport. The pool and rooftop were big hits. Amazing for day AND nighttime lounging. The beds were all comfortable. The kitchen has all the basic utensils you would need to cook as well as a coffee pot to soak up all that good Costa Rican coffee. The house is close to town however the house is on a bumpy dirt road that gets muddy during rain. Claudia recommended that we rent a golf cart while we were there and I was so happy we did. We could drive 5 minutes in and out to town every day (most of the time twice a day) and not have to worry. The house was also a 5 min drive to Langosta (check out the Langosta Beach club). If you are staying in Tamarindo and need a house to accommodate a group or even a family this is a perfect spot!

The house is nice and convenient only a few steps to town and Uber’s are no more than 5 dollars to wherever you need to go. The downside to this place was that because there is a 9 pm curfew that we were unaware of we had to take the party back to the house but the neighbors didn’t like it too much. The host Claudia was so accommodating and helped us with everything we needed I would definitely recommend.
