Any boat trailer over 30' in length will have to find alternate parking off property. There are several places to store boat trailers. Complex provides bike paths, tennis courts, coin operated shared laundry facilities, onsite boat ramp. The community is close to Coco Plum Beach, a public oceanfront beach.
