Anniversary Vacation

Location was super clean, very quiet, within close proximity to everything we needed and wanted to do. Pool and beach on site was an absolute plus. Kevin is an awesome property manager and truly cares about the property and guests. Thanks again Kevin! Definitely be back next year!

Perfect stay

This place was close to everything we needed. I had an issue with needing something mailed to me that I forgot at home and the property manager was easy to communicate with and accommodating. Beautiful place to stay.

Nice and quiet

The condo was nice and clean and bigger than your average one bedroom. We loved the large pool and beach area. This is a nice place for rest and relaxation. We hope to visit again!

Perfect location.

Perfectly located between Miami and Key West. Beautiful drive in either direction. Lots of great restaurants and activities in Marathon itself. Would definitely return!

New Year Tradition

My husband and I head down to Keys after Christmas every year and stay through the New Year. This was our first year staying at Royal Plum Club. We really enjoyed our stay. Room was comfortable and had everything we needed. Plenty of bath and beach towels. Management and other patrons were very friendly. Beach, pool, and overall property was was well maintained. Great value for location.

Excellent experience!

The condo was clean, located on the beach, quiet community, great pool, great communication with the check in and check out process. Located in the middle of the Keys made it easy to explore in either direction without too much traveling. Exactly what we were looking for. Would stay here again for sure.

So Relaxing

Kevin is a great host! Only met him a couple times during our 10 day stay but every time he would always ask if we needed anything. It’s so peaceful and relaxing at RPC. Would definitely stay there again. The pool was wonderful and I loved the 2 kitties that we would see almost every night there. Great stay! Looking forward to going back.

Just what I needed

I stayed here at the end of May and it was wonderful. Most days I was the only person on the beach and 75% of the time I was the only one in the pool. It was the relaxing getaway I was hoping for.

A relaxing, enjoyable stay.

This was a lovely property and had a very relaxing atmosphere about it. The only drawbacks were the very old stove and frequent interruptions of the cable service. Replace the old stove with a modern appliance and the unit is golden.

Great stay and good value

The location was great; just a short drive to great restaurants and things to do.The condo was comfortable and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed the screened in balcony with the garden view. It was a very short walk to the pool and oceanfront. They provided chairs for the small beach. For the price, it was a good value, but it could use some updating, especially the bathroom. Kevin, the manager was attentive, and the other guests at the complex were friendly and helpful.

Great location for the price

Condo was well stocked with kitchen supplies the condo is dated but is still overall very nice for the price point great pool and community. Beach is cleaned off everyday it’s in a nice quiet area with great restaurants near by. Property manager Kevin was very prompt when we called about something. Bed was super comfy, air worked perfectly deck was nice and screened. Overall very happy with our rental. Will definitely recommend this area to family and friends.

Lovely condominium complex with easy access to beach and heated pool!

We absolutely loved this location and our vacation condo! The only thing that I only gave it four stars for was I was told before coming that the seagrass was cleaned up once a day to try to keep the beach clean and during our 7 day stay, it was only cleared twice. But everything else was absolutely beautiful and if you could ignore the seagrass so was the beach the nice thing is they have their own higher level beach that was absolutely beautiful to still sit on and look down at the water

Family vacation

The condo was spotless. Even though we were on a beach, there wasn't any sand on the floor when we arrived. We happily walked barefoot the entire stay. Kevin, the property manager was great to talk with and easily made changes when needed. Every complex needs a property manager like Kevin. The grounds were also spotless.

First Keys visit

Convenient, clean, cozy and comfortable. Kevin and Meghan were very friendly and helpful. Thanks for your hospitality! There were plenty of amenities for a week long stay. The AC and ceiling fans worked beautifully; however, the oven and TVs need updating. Even though there were record temperatures, The pool was too warm. There should be a way to lower the heat in the pool water. Thanks again, we had a great time!

Overall satisfied

This is a older property, with decor and furnishings that are dated but comfortable and kind of cute. It was mostly clean, but we did need to wipe out the tub before we used it. There were actually hairs and some grime in it - not horrible but definitely not what you would expect. Otherwise clean, and worked out well for us.

This 1/Bdrm 1/Ba condo is a beloved second home, quaint and cozy with spacious, breezy, and uncluttered rooms where
you're able to relax. The screened in balcony overlooks the peaceful garden area, and is just a short distance from the complexes' large, heated
pool and the sandy, little, beach right on the Atlantic Ocean.
Tile floors except in bdrm. King size bed. MAX 2 people, with host approval ONLY, may accept 2 parents and small child or infant,
totaling 3 persons. NO boat, PWC or trailer parking, there are marinas nearby. MUST sign rental agreement. Lic#VACA-20-598
